Our house is quite literally in need of extensive repair due to its age, like anything over 100 years old, its wearing out. They came to look at a crack in our ceiling and we discovered that it was about to fall down. The team were great at putting us at ease and rescheduled their work to repair it immediately. Before we knew it the house was covered in protective film and the ceiling removed and replaced on the landing. We are delighted with the service and the quality of the workmanship. The plastering is perfect. The price was fair and we would totally recommend this company for a great job!

We required a new consumer unit that was also re-sited to a different location. We also had new electric clay core radiators installed in every room with towel rail and extractor fan fitted in the bathroom. On top of all that the property needed extensive re-wiring, additional sockets in each room and wiring to a new thermal store. Each stage of this major endeavour was completed on time, to budget, with minimum fuss and mess and to an excellent standard. We had always intended having solar panels fitted and had already had companies give us quotes prior to all the above work, but we knew that no one else would now do - so Russell also fitted all our solar panels, battery storage including setting up the Wi-Fi enabled app for us. Finally, as much of this work took place over a period of a few months (our decision as we needed it to fit in around our own schedule) it’s important to feel at ease when you have strangers in your home for long periods, Russell and his team ensured the disruption to our lives was minimal and the whole team was a pleasure to deal with.

We spoke to quite a few builders before deciding to go with Richard and Russel. We got burned by some dodgy work before on the roof so we really made sure that we used a good reputable company. During the initial process they came in and discussed our plans and worked through them with us. They knew exactly how to tackle the jobs and explained it to us. We had various load bearing walls knocked through, bathrooms added, bathrooms renovated, new electrics everywhere, new kitchen, door added to garage, flooring repaired, radiators added etc etc It was a big job. We got to know them quite well. The whole team is incredibly friendly and polite. They always cleaned up after themselves and we genuinely liked them. Any challenges or issues that appeared they were only a phone call away and came very quickly. They genuinely wanted to make sure you were happy. My father, a retired joiner/ Clark of Works, seen all the work and never had a bad thing to say. Quite the opposite. My only regret is that we didn't speak to them sooner and use their recommendation for an architect etc. They are very well connected and everyone they recommended was very good and fair.

After moving house early this year and seeing the exceptional work done at a friend's home (new extension and revamp of most of the downstairs) Richard and Co came to gut my bathroom, 1970s yellow suite included! The quote was very competitive however due to my expensive tastes and various changes - all mine! It rose considerably as new windows and doors were added. The team were brilliant, funny but courteous and clean and tidy. Helpful and handy with words of advice where needed. The work they did was top class, the finish excellent and great attention to detail - and I am fussy! Already rebooked to extend and replace my kitchen next year, Many Thanks to all the team x

I am delighted by the electrical work carried out by Russell on my kitchen and other parts of my house, also the building work both inside and outside was done to a very high standard. Russell and his team sorted my electrics out brilliantly, not an easy job for them as we were living in the house whilst the work was being done and it happened during the heat wave, well done to them for coping with the heat in the loft. The work was completed on time and on agreed budget. Russell was very understanding about my situation, explained what was happening and when and always willing to discuss options and give advice and ideas. Russel made light work of a few electrical issues I was having at my property, he quickly diagnosed the fault and offered several solutions on how to go forward. He was clear with what was needed and punctual upon his return. Happily recommended.

Russell complemented a small garden project for us. We wanted a hot tub in the garden so he provided me with a 32amp supply so the hot tub could be delivered and connected. He was very flexible with the work required as he needed to complete part of the job before the delivery and then finish the rest after the delivery. He also added some lighting to our pergola. Everything was completed neatly and professionally.

Booked Russell to remove old existing outside lights and fit new led ones.turned up on time and did a fantastic job at a decent competitive price.would definitely recommend this company.true professionals.nice to see decent tradesmen still exist.

Russell did an excellent job supplying power to a new log cabin in our garden. He worked efficiently and well, he was good to have around. He did the job as specified at the agreed cost. He left the place neat and tidy. We would readily recommend him to others.

Russel arrived to install new sockets in a shed. The install was very quick and caused no disruption. Everything was clipped neatly leaving no hanging cables. When he had finished he asked me to check over the work to make sure I was happy before he left. Charge was as quoted so no nasty shocks. Russel will be my first call next time I need any electrical work

Russell fitted a spur to an electrical circuit on the first floor to create two double plug sockets in the loft. He ensured that there was minimum disruption to the ceiling and tested the current from the extension extensively afterwards. A really professional job and I would recommend Bradley & Croll.

Richard and Russell have a can do attitude and did a great job removing the wall between kitchen and dining room as well as installing 2 windows, some brickwork, 2 new radiators, plastering and core drilling holes. Always friendly and happy to talk through the job and any options. Unexpected arisings such as a uneven floor and extension of a stud wall were taken on and clear invoices provided as the job progressed. Would recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

We decided to use Bradley & Croll following a recommendation from a family member. We found Richard to be professional and yet down to earth answering all of the many questions we had along the way. I was kept regularly informed of the progress and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and without any stress or hassle. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful, better than we hoped for. They left the house very clean and tidy and we have already booked them in to do further works for us. Highly recommended.

We chose to use Russ and Rich after recommendations from two different friends, who had both had work done by them. They were professional, worked at pace and cleaned up after themselves when finished. The overall service they provided was excellent. They explained their approach to the build throughout and provided guidance on possible solutions to issues when necessary. I would highly recommend them. We will be using them again in the future, if we decide to have further work done.

Russell & Richard from Bradley and Croll have done a fantastic job of our new kitchen. It has been fully reworked, moving the kitchen to the other side of the room, adding in french patio doors, moving a WC door, new electrics, etc. Nothing was too much for these gents, even when I was indecisive, they helped advise what options I had. Very reasonable price, excellent finish. We will be having them back to do some more work on our house!

Russell from Bradley and Croll carried out an investigation into an electrical fault which could have been originating from the loft or first floor. He had a logical, systematic process of elimination and made improvements by replacing junction boxes in the loft. Russell identified the cause of the fault and stayed back beyond the scheduled finish time to get it resolved that evening. It was also really easy to contact Russell by phone or text between his visits. I'm really pleased with Bradley & Croll and would recommend them.

I have now had two jobs completed by Bradley and Croll. I had a complete new bathroom and more recently a new kitchen. I chose these builders after the first meet as they were so friendly and just gave a good first impression. They fixed any problems they came across but communicated with me first abiut any extras that needed doing. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of small adjustments to be done a few weeks later which will be finished this week. An excellent job.

We had our whole bathroom replace. All work was carried out to a high standard, and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and use again.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by the team at Bradley and Croll Building and Electrical Services Ltd. They removed our old suite and tiles and moved the door to accommodate the new stand alone shower. The plumbing was completely re done even the down pipe was replaced to bring it up to standard. There workmanship is very thorough. They are a lovely bunch of guys and were a joy to have around nothing was to much trouble. When the work was completed they made a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
