All of our windows and doors needed replacing. They were informative and helpful from the start, easy to chat and work with and the team kept the inside and outside of the house clean. So far we are really happy with the results.

Very pleased with the results, the work was completed to a high standard, good advice given when ordering. The fitters we efficient and friendly. The work was done within the timescales specified and to the budget. We have now placed an order for a Skyroom, to be installed next year.

Apart from having to ring the main office twice to find out when installation was going to be completed on the second day as guys doing work had been sent to another job I cannot fault the finished products and the workmanship that was carried out. The team doing the work were very friendly and professional and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend family and friends to use Bradley Scott windows on the future.

On the day of installation, the fitters arrived on time, were very pleasant, explained everything in detail, took the old door away along with all the debris and left everywhere spotless I'll certainly be using BSW again and would highly recommend them *****

We have used Bradley Scott Windows previously when they fitted a complete set of windows for the front of the house. The work just carried out on August 13th/14th was a complete set of windows for the rear of the house. The quotation was in my view reasonably priced, within the time parameters advised and on budget. The initial survey was carried out by the MD and was followed by an assessment by one of the team. The fitter (Matt) who carried out the installation was efficient, competent and displayed great attention to detail. He displayed courtesy and helpfulness and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure everything was cleared away and left tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

A little longer wait from order to installation, but all work carried out to my satisfaction, when I have saved some more pennies, I would use them again.

Fantastic job from start to finish. No hard sales, worked with me to find the best replacement windows and doors and at an extremely competitive price. Absolutely fantastic customer service from the office staff to the fitters, cannot praise them enough. We arranged for 7 windows and a french door to be installed. The Sales and Order process was efficient and painless. We received good advice and support and the company were open to our requirements. Payment was arranged well and we feel we got a fair price. Installers arrived on time and completed the work very promptly and efficiently. They were professional throughout and the house was left just as they found it. A snagging list was agreed between the installer and ourselves and the points on it were addressed with no issue and as required. Overall a very good company ad one I will definitely recommend in future.

Quotation done after only a couple of days from my request. Thought that lock down 2 would delay installation until 2021, but pleased that the doors were delivered quite quickly and installed the day after. Just a minor hiccup when one piece of glass was delivered incorrectly, but the job was soon finished and everyone has said how much they like it. Well done lads!

An excellent job undertaken in awful weather conditions. An obliging and polite team of fitters who worked well together and who fitted frames and glass without undue disruption to our lives. Finish of work excellent as are the frames. Just one communications hiccup with office resulting in work starting a day later than arranged which, in this instant, caused no problem. From the moment of meeting Andy, I felt this was a professional company. He gave me all the information I needed and provided all documentation at the point of visiting my property which included detailed Covid information should they be awarded the contract to provide a new patio door. Definitely better than his competitors that I had contacted. I was kept informed of progress (there was a delay due to shortage of products) and the two installers met all the requirements and standards he stated would happen. Whilst there was a slight hitch at the end of the installation it was rectified on the same day. A very positive experience from start to finish.

From start to finish our experience with Bradley Scott was very satisfactory. Andy attended the day I called, explained the products available and showed me how they would look once fitted. We ordered three replacement windows and a new bay window. The three replacements were fitted on day one and the new bay fitted over the next couple if days. All were finished to a high standard and any concerns we had were answered and the work carried out as we requested. All debris was cleared away and floor vacuumed each day. We would certainly recommend Bradley Scott to family and friends and won't hesitate to use them again when our other windows and doors need replacing.

Bradley Scott Windows fitted a replacement window in the kitchen and formed a new opening with a new casement. Both jobs were done professionally and both look perfect and match the existing windows on the house. I would definitely use them again.

I had previously had a single window replaced by Bradley Scott, so had no hesitation in asking them to install a new patio door. The survey was done just before the covid-19 lockdown, so installation was delayed (no fault of BS), but once they were able to complete the job, it was done in a very professional manner. The quality of the product is first class, and the installers were superb and overcame the existing out-of-plumb and -true walls without fuss. They left the working area clean and tidy.

From start to finish our experience with Bradley Scott was very satisfactory visiting their showroom and discussing various types of doors and fittings was very informative in helping us to select the types of doors we required. We ordered two doors one for the kitchen which was wider than normal and one garage side door, the kitchen door had a Venetian blind incorporated in the glazed unit, the side door was a standard type opening outwards. Both were fitted over a 41/2 hour period and finished to a high standard any concerns we had were answered and the work carried out as we requested ie. the bedding of the cills on mastic and foam insulant. All debris was cleared away and floor vacuumed. We would certainly recommend Bradley Scott to family and friends.

I had a conservatory from Bradley Scott Windows fitted a good 10 years + ago and it is used daily as a home office and has proved invaluable over the years - so when the time came to replace my original aluminium patio doors with UPVC French doors incorporating integral blinds - it was an obvious decision where to go. The whole process from order to install took less than 3 weeks and the price paid was actually a lot less than I had expected - and the fitters that completed the work were superb - precise in their workmanship and they did a great job of tidying up afterwards despite the rain. The doors look superb - the install was seamless and the owner of the business even dropped by to check everything was OK. Superb - 10/10 service and highly recommended to anyone looking at replacing secure windows or doors or having a high quality conservatory.
