I had a new composite front door installed perfectly, to schedule and it looks absolutely fantastic - great service from Scott, Keith and the guys who did the work on the day. The whole thing could not have gone any better and I would highly recommend Brampton Windows. I would happily use them again if we needed any further work.

We recently used Brampton windows to replace 10 windows on our bungalow in Barnehurst (Kent). From our initial quote with Keith, to the gentlemen who came to measure and later fit we were extremely happy with the professionalism and excellent customer service which we received. We have wanted to change our 1980 windows for a number of years and we a lot of research to help facilitate our decision on who to use - Bramptons experienced team and quality products made the decision to use them very easy! The work took 3 days and was completed so tidily you can’t tell we had even had windows taken out (except now they are beautiful as opposed to blown, aged and awful!). We are already seeing the benefits of our new windows, one advantage is it’s so much quieter! The windows are robust and look fantastic! We are extremely glad we used Brampton and would thoroughly recommend.

We needed to replace our front door and decided to approach Brampton’s for a quote. Keith in sales was brilliant; he took us through all the options carefully and helped us make an appropriate choice. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and at no point did he try to push us into a sale, this was hugely refreshing and a massive departure from the behaviour of other companies we spoke to. In addition the price quoted for a quality product was more than reasonable and what we had expected. Brampton’s came round to our home soon after for a site visit, we finalised all the details and some weeks later the installation team arrived to change in our new door. The installers were great, they had our old door off in minutes and managed to fit our new one in no time which was no mean feat considering the typical structural abnormalities of our Victorian house. They were polite, clearly very skilled and cleared everything up at the end, what more could you ask for? From sales to survey to fitting we had an excellent experience with Brampton’s. This is a company that clearly prides itself not just on highly skilled experienced staff and quality products but also the kind of personal touch that means you don't just feel like an order number but a valued customer. I would not hesitate in recommending Brampton's to anyone looking for windows or doors.

Brampton Windows were employed to fit a new porch and 2 windows. It was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. Every communication with them was clear and prompt. The doors and windows are good, secure products which come with guarantees. Their professionalism didn’t stop as soon as the fitting had finished as over a year later I needed to change the locks and Brampton Windows quickly, with no fuss accommodated my requirements.

Nearly 6 months ago Brampton replaced old windows in my bungalow...2 largish bow windows & 3 windows ( lounge, bathroom & kitchen). I always refrain from writing reviews on building work until a period of time has elapsed in case of unforeseen problems emerging. The work was done efficiently in 3days & the new windows are fine. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

We recently had two square bays fitted with sash style vertical sliders plus a single window and new front door. It was a complex job as there was some resizing and building work on the facade occurring at the same time. Brampton were very accommodating and returned at various stages to complete the job and provide the finishing and sealing once the rendering had been finished. The windows and door are very good quality and they have been fitted well. The whole team at Brampton from sales to surveyors to fitters and office staff are all professional and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
