I have used the company many times over the years and have always been very happy with the work carried out. Ian is excellent at responding to emails etc and they always are punctual for the job. The guys always clear up to a high standard too. Can't recommend them enough. 5 star.

We contacted Brentwood Tree Care recently to carry out a thorough tidy and clearance of our late father's seriously overgrown garden. Ian promptly visited and took care to listen to us and advise. We were impressed from the outset with his professional attitude and knowledge. Together we worked out a plan to overhaul the very overgrown garden and the unloved apple tree. On the day, Ian's team led by Dan, (who dealt expertly with the tree) were excellent. They arrived on time with some impressive equipment that dealt with the garden waste as soon as the garden was cleared. We appreciated the advice that Jamie gave us regarding ideas for how the garden could look and he even spotted a wasps nest in the shed. The whole team were courteous and friendly and very hardworking. They were diplomatic with our tetchy neighbours which we appreciated. They achieved great results in an impressively short time. When they left the garden looked light and clear with a much happier apple tree. An excellent service at a fair price that I would thoroughly recommend.

This was my first time using Brentwood Tree Care. Ian was extremely professional and the service provided was second to none! From the site visit to obtain a quote (A very reasonable price considering the amount of work involved) up to the completion of removing a huge eucalyptus tree from my property, the service was excellent! The tree was removed, and the site was thoroughly cleaned of all debris. I would highly recommend Ian and his team. They will be my go-to tree surgeons from now on, and I will definitely be hiring them again to cut the protected Oak tree on my property!

I asked Brentwood Tree Care to cut back a big conifer encroachment from the neighbour opposite, great communication start to finish, great bunch of lads, knowledgeable, very polite, hardworking and punctual, arrived date and time as agreed, they didn’t leave until the job was done, cleared up all waste and debris and disposed of it, such a great experience and recommend very highly. It was easy to contact BTC and they came back to me straightaway. The site visit was quick and professional and the quote was very clear. On site the team arrived as planned and did all required work, plus a few things which came to light as they worked. Once the jobs were done everything was tidied away and paths swept, etc. On site they were respectful and seemed to enjoy their work ,which sets a nice tone, rather than the sighing and tutting which some contractors do. The final bill was exactly what I was expecting I would not hesitate to recommend BTC to anyone wanting a good job done.

All perimeter conifers beautifully shaped and trimmed, two large trees substantially reduced, shrubs also shaped and reduced. Great clearing up afterwards up, always a pleasure to have them work at our home.

Dan and the team turned up punctual and friendly. Trees and hedging were trimmed quickly and efficiently and they were all knowledgeable. All trimmings were taken away and the area was left clean and tidy. A good job and a good price. Would definitely recommend them.

Having recently used Brentwood Tree Care for my elderly mum’s tree work requirements, I would highly recommend their services. Their quote was very reasonable and, on the day of the works, Scott and his team transformed my mum’s garden from an overgrown, light-restricted space into a bright, spacial garden. Scott, particularly, took time to kindly explain the works involved to my mum and he then regularly checked in with us to ensure that we were happy with the works as they progressed. The team also took great care to ensure everything was completely cleared away/swept up once they’d finished.

We have used Brentwood Tree Care on several occasions and we are very impressed with their complete professionalism. Yesterday we had six large conifers removed. This project was carried out very efficiently and they didn’t leave until they had finished at 8.00pm, having done a great job and leaving our garden clear of any debris. This is the 3rd job Ian and his team have done for us, prices are always cheaper than local competitors and the team are always polite, conscious of our neighbours boundaries, do a great job efficiently and always clean down behind themselves, including hosing down the patio after a particularly muddy job. Ian is always very responsive on messages and quotes. No complaints!

Brentwood Tree Care cut back two mature wisterias in our back garden & we were very happy with their work. Ian came to assess the job initially & on the day the team arrived promptly, were very friendly & helpful & did a good job including clearing up well at the end. The work was quite tricky in some respects & they communicated with us throughout to make sure we were happy with everything, which we appreciated. The original quote was adhered to. We will be getting them back to do more work & highly recommend their services. They are a very useful company to know because as well as being qualified tree surgeons, they also carry out general garden clearance.

I looked at a number of local tree surgeons for the removal of my trees and general cutting back of conifers. Brentwood Tree Care were in the middle of the range price-wise and good value. The most important aspect to me though was Ian himself and the sense of confidence and trust he gives you. His team turned up on time and were polite and hard working. They did everything I asked them to do and some more with a good attitude. They left my property cleaner than they found it. I recommend Brentwood Tree Care.

We had two large Ash trees which needed reducing and were concerned as the growth had spread over two of our neighbours gardens. We selected three tree companies to quote as we had no idea of the cost and of course required a company that we were relaxed with. Well, the first company felt it was too far to come and the second did not turn up to quote, so we were very pleased when Ian arrived. He was most helpful in discussing and agreeing what was required and gave a quote there and then which was confirmed a couple of days later with a start date. We felt this was a good company to undertake the work. Dan and the team arrived as agreed. They were cheerful, polite and went through in detail what we wanted. The work was handled very professionally and completed on time. The team cleared up the mess from our garden and also from both of our neighbours’ gardens. The trees look great and we are very pleased. The invoice arrived which was as quoted and we have no hesitation in recommending Brentwood Tree Care who we will be using again for all future tree work.
