Brighter outlook did a great job removing a massive eucalputus tree and a large robinia tree from my back garden. The team were really pleasant and worked very quickly to get the job done in the minimum amount of time. They were flexible and agreed do a bit of extra work for me as well as removing the two large trees. They left everything pretty tidy given the amount of work they had to do including obviously lots of sawing. They were also great value for money.

The Brighter Outlook team trimmed a 60 foot length of leylandii hedge, including the top on our neighbour's side, pruned a silver birch and removed an overhanging eucalyptus branch. They arrived punctually and the work was done with a combination of care and speed. We were consulted before the work began and the results were excellent. The site was left very tidy and the team of four were all friendly, helpful and polite. We can highly recommend this company.

We had x2 branches fell down from a big 60 foot cedar tree. Joe came straight away. His team reduce the height by 3M all around and removed a lot of dead wood and put harness around it. They also did some additional work. They did a fantastic job. I could not have had a better service. They were also reasonably priced.

I would use this company again. I was so pleased with the outcome. I had a large sick and ill 80 year old Damson Tree cut down to a stump. The work was next to the pavement and the team were very professional at setting up a safety zone looking after foot-traffic/passers by. The site was left clean/tidy. The fee was as per estimate. Joe carried out the preparatory planning application despite receiving misleading information from the council. On receipt of approval, Joe and his team carried out the work in an exemplary manner, on schedule with no dramas despite having to fell a tree with telephone lines running through. They covered the fish pond so that it was free of sawdust. On completion the site was left in a clean and tidy state. They were polite and courteous at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Brighter Outlook felled two trees for us - a large leylandii and an elderberry, and ground down some of the leylandii's roots which had been lifting some paving stones. This is the second time we have used the company: a few years back they felled a large maple tree for us. Their work has always been excellent and their staff helpful and courteous. All done as set out in the quote. We would certainly recommend them.

Joe and his co-workers arrived first thing and got to work immediately. They made sure there was plenty of floor protection as all the wood and trimmings had to go through the house and at the end they cleaned up after themselves. They gad to gig back three trees, take out some bushes snd cut back others. They did a very good job and I would recommend their work. All the workers were very friendly and they even took the shredded wood to my allotment. The invoice was as quoted.

I have used Joe and his team before and had no hesitation in inviting him to quote to reduce the height of 3 large conifers and a Magnolia Grandiflora together with large overhanging branches from these trees and neighbours’ trees and also light pruning of a Lime and Catalpa trees. Joe’s team arrive promptly and set to work immediately in a very professional manner. They are extremely hard working and friendly, helpful and polite guys. They left my garden clean and tidy at the end of the day. I always find them very professional and skilled in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants tree surgery undertaken. Joe and his team recently did an excellent job of removing and disposing of our old but sadly diseased olive tree. Joe's quotation was one of four from competing garden maintenance companies. I needed 2 giant hedges trimmed down severely and a huge buddleia and 2 rambling roses removed. Joe and his team carried out some major work on two large horse chestnut trees, two old pear trees and some hazel trees in our back garden. They carried out the work with the minimum of disruption and cleared all the resulting debris away. They were a friendly and efficient team who communicated well with us throughout the duration of the work. Some of the work was carried out on trees under a preservation order and Joe obtained the necessary permissions for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them:they did an excellent job.
