Brighter Outlook Tree Surgeons were engaged to remove a very large pine tree that overhang two wood buildings and to remove the stump. The work was undertaken in a highly professional manner using high-quality equipment whilst taking care to avoid any damage to said buildings or the remainder of the garden as the tree was removed from site. On completion, the site was cleared and left in a useable state. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Joe about an upright cherry tree in my small garden that had grown much bigger than expected, not only very tall but very branchy, creating dense shade. I had anticipated that felling would be the only realistic option, so I was really pleased when Joe said he would be able to reduce both its height and its density, whilst keeping its attractive upright shape. Joe and his team were prompt to arrive, and quick and tidy in their working, first reducing the height and then taking great care over branch removal in order to maintain the shape and character of the tree. I am delighted with the result - the tree now no longer dominates and darkens my garden but adds a leafy and airy presence, as it used to before it became overgrown. I would not hesitate to recommend Brighter Outlook.

I got three quotes to bring down a large tree in our garden, they were the most responsive and the cheapest. diligent, on time and left everything in great order.

These guys know their craft - period. I missed out on the joy of watching them hike up a 20-something year old palm tree (situated in my elderly parents front garden) and seeing them at work, as they were done in 20 mins flat!! Why am I recommending Joe and his team? 1. Incredibly efficient. Joe responded to my email request for a quote within 24hrs and had scheduled a visit to site and had me booked in for the work within the week. I was scheduled for 8.30am, today - 24.11.20. 2. His team (of 2) arrived at 8.20am and just got straight on to it, with work commencing at 8.30am (!) By 8.50am the tree was felled and all branches and trunk pieces removed. Not only was the garden left meticulously clean of leaves and tree saw-dust, but the neighbouring garden was cleaned too. 3. Brighter Outlook provided great value for money and I will certainly be using them again for any future landscaping/gardening needs. Thank you Joe and team!! Amazing work!!! Team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, were polite and amiable. They cleared a path to their vehicle, so that they didn't damage anything, and tidied up once complete. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent service from Brighter Outlook. They reduced the height and width of our large Oak Tree and removed an Ash tree . They turned up on time and worked hard to complete the job in a day. Joe checked regularly with us that we were happy with their work, everything was left clean and tidy and their charges were very competitive. Joe came to quote for the work promptly after we first contacted him. Having obtained the planning permission required in this conservation area, his team subsequently carried out the work (3 trees of various species) to a very high standard, including remedying previous "butchering" of an apple tree. They arrived promptly on the agreed date, were extremely pleasant & efficient and left the site in excellent order. All that for a very fair rate. We have recommended them already to a friend and will certainly use them again ourselves.

Had Joe and his team up our massive Gleditsia Tree for the entire day and they did a great job. The three gentlemen that came along from Brighter Outlook did a first class job on our three trees at what we felt was a fair price. Also they arrived exactly at the time and date agreed and tidied up beautifully before departing. In conclusion the garden looks far better and we will have more sunshine getting through to our garden next summer

I recommend Joe and his professional team. They gave advise whilst they were cutting the branches to give balance to the tree and yet let in more light through to my garden. They were very polite, cost was reasonable and they turned up on time.

I have used Joe's services before : on this occasion the task was to reduce & trim a tall conifer. Work was carried out very professionally & area was tidied afterwards, The team also removed 2 tree stumps that had been left following previous tree jobs - they did not ask for extra money but I was happy to add to the original quote. We had the stump of a large bay tree ground by Brighter Outlook. They did a very thorough job, clearing many of the thick roots in the immediate vicinity of the stump, for a very reasonable price. I was impressed by the attention to safety during the job, too.
