I contacted Joe about an upright cherry tree in my small garden that had grown much bigger than expected, not only very tall but very branchy, creating dense shade. I had anticipated that felling would be the only realistic option, so I was really pleased when Joe said he would be able to reduce both its height and its density, whilst keeping its attractive upright shape. Joe and his team were prompt to arrive, and quick and tidy in their working, first reducing the height and then taking great care over branch removal in order to maintain the shape and character of the tree. I am delighted with the result - the tree now no longer dominates and darkens my garden but adds a leafy and airy presence, as it used to before it became overgrown. I would not hesitate to recommend Brighter Outlook.

We are extremely happy with the hedge cutting service provided by Brighter Outlook, so happy we’ve booked them again for next year. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren & Sam, very pleasant guys who went the extra mile to ensure our hedge was done to our satisfaction, they removed all the cuttings & left everything tidy….. well done guys!

Joe's quotation was one of four from competing garden maintenance companies. I needed 2 giant hedges trimmed down severely and a huge buddleia and 2 rambling roses removed. I found Joe down to earth, extremely affable and had a no BS attitude. Brighter Outlooks quotation beating the others was the icing on the cake. The work was carried out by 3 of his team and they worked efficiently, with good humour and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Joe and his team recently did an excellent job of removing and disposing of our old but sadly diseased olive tree. We have used their services on previous occasions for shaping and reducing the height of other trees and every time their work has been very effective and professional. The guys are always polite and they do a great job of clearing up. We would definitely recommend them.
