Paul fitted a new boiler. The job was not completely standard, and Paul gave a very clear statement about what needed to be done, and arranged everything. He carried out all of the work to my complete satisfaction on the day promised. Paul responds to emailed questions almost immediately, and is genuinely helpful. It has been a real pleasure to deal with Paul.

I contacted Brighton Boiler Man about a noise my boiler was making. Paul got back to me straight away when I contacted them via their website. I was quite worried about potential repair costs but Paul carried out a service which rectified the problem with no repairs needed. I was very pleased.

Hot water wasn't coming on all the time. Paul was very friendly and knowledge explaining the problem and potential solutions. He made a few adjustments and he agreed we should monitor it. Will call him if the error occurs again

I found Brighton Boiler Man's details shared on a local social media site. I had a gas drop coming from my Kitchen hob which I wanted looking at. He came with 24 hours, was punctual and polite. He appeared to be quite thorough and did not leave until happy with the gas levels. The invoice matched the quote and was very reasonable for the amount of time spent on the job. I have had no further problems and am confident that the small leak has been fixed. Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Brighton Boiler Man.
