About
Brightspace was established in 2015 and has grown over the last few years to the current team of 3 electricians, Chad, Steve & Martin and two apprentices, Louis & Alby.
Working in both commercial and domestic installations, we provide free quotations for jobs and will happily visit the site to discuss the requirements with customers.
I am an apprentice trained electrician, with 20 years experience, initially working on the South-West coast and gradually moving into London and Kent. I have a large level of experience in new build properties and also responsive maintenance.
We are an NICEIC Approved contractor, all of our works are certificated and Part P building control certificates issues when and where required.
We cover all aspects of electrical work, including: general maintenance and repairs, rewires, fault finding, LED lighting conversions, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (Landlords certificates), fuse box upgrades, new installations and outside lighting.

Bright Space were sub-contracted by Garden Buildings Ltd to install the electrics in a new garden building and reconnect existing garden lighting. Chad and Stephen did an excellent job between them. They present well, arrive on time in smart vehicles and get on with the job with minimum fuss. Chad communicates quickly and effectively, something that cannot be said of many smaller enterprises these days. Most importantly, their work is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to re-engage them myself, or recommend their services to others.

Bright Space Electrical Service supplied and fitted security cameras around our house. They were polite, clean and friendly and you hardly knew they were there. They made sure everything was set up before leaving us with excellent clear pictures on the cameras 24/7. Chad and his team wired a new garden building including CAT6 cabling to run an internet connection from the house. Despite being a tricky job, Chad and the team delivered exactly what they said they would . They were always punctual, delivered the work to a high standard and always left the site clean. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Chad if/when I need additional work carried out.
