The solar panel installation consisted of designing and fitting x 12 solar panels, a 9.5 Kw storage battery and additional attic roof insulation. The work was carried out on schedule and in a professional manner with tidying up each day following the daily work routine. The scaffolding was kept to a minimum and the latest black solar panels were fitted with a anti nesting skirt. They look smart and very discreet. The battery was installed in my garage and looks very professional. The roof insulation included the fitting of raised boards recommended to provide additional storage. The system has now been in operation for almost a year and I am well pleased with the overall service and the benefits of the system as recommended by Brimstone Energy. I have no hestation in highly recommending this company to provide solar installation.

Brimstone Energy Limited was contracted by me to install a Tepeo Zero Emission Boiler. From the initial discussions right through to commissioning the boiler Matt Hilton and his team were helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of the product shone clearly through as they advised and guided me, ensuring that decisions were made wisely to future proof the set up. An excellent experience overall.

Brimstone Energy Ltd installed a GivEnergy 13.5 kW battery system alongside my existing Solar panels, from start to finish they provided a highly professional service, guiding me through all the technical jargon and install process. During the installation there work ehtic was neat, tidy and efficient keeping me informed of progress all the way through. Once commissioned everything was explained to allow me to manage the system via the App and their support went beyond their responsibility when I had a few teathing problem. they even responded out of hours when GivEnergy support was closed. A company I have and would recommend. I have even gone back to them to supply an EV charge point shortly to be installed.

Brimstone Energy engaged in preliminary discussions to assess what renewables best suited our needs We chose the combination of a Tepeo heater to replace the existing gas boiler, larger hot water tank, Power Vault battery and an array of solar panels on the roof. We were advised of timescales and alterations required to the property ahead of commencement of the project. All went to plan and we are now 'off grid'. My apartment is in an all-electric utility building. We suffered greatly during the past winter due to the poor heating in our apartment. While searching for an efficient heating solution, I came across Brimstone (Matt), who conducted a survey, discussed my options, and recommended what he believes is best for the property. What I like about the Brimstone team is they are always available to answer your questions, have no marketing pressure and, above all, listen to what you are saying and work with you to achieve it. Matt and his team helped source and install my new energy-efficient heating (ZEB by Tepeo) and Hot Water (Sunamp Thermino) system. The project was well-planned and executed with outstanding professionalism. Although I was initially concerned about some pipework, after the installation, as Matt and his team had previously mentioned, I barely noticed anything, and the house was left tidy and clean. I have a couple of new projects coming up and will contact Brimstone to carry out the job. Now, my wife and I are looking forward to using our heating system in the winter.

Late 2023 we decided to upgrade our new build house with ASHP, solar panels, storage battery and EV charger. The ASHP was installed by a different company. The property came with three small panels on a west facing roof. We researched solar pv panels, battery storage and EV chargers and after viewing a lot of YouTube videos we decided that GivEnergy gave us the best options and that we could replace the existing small panels with new bigger ones and increase the number to 11. Brimstone Energy are an approved installer for GivEnergy so we made contact in February 2024 to get the ball rolling. We wanted Brimstone to project manage the whole process, deal with the necessary paperwork, certification and arranging for various trades to work on our house at the right time. Work started on 02-04-2024 with a trench being dug the electricians engaged by Brimstone to take the cables from the meter box to the garage where the new battery storage would be sited. The battery arrived the following week and was commissioned by Brimstone along with the new EV charger. We contacted our energy supplier Octopus and changed our tariff to one with cheap rate supply at night to charge the batteries (house and car). The next stage would be installing the new panels. We needed scaffolding for this which was organised by Brimstone Energy. As we were having in-roof panels which would mean existing roof tiles being removed and as spring weather can be very wet, we decided we would have a canopy over the roof. The actual installation of the panels took one day. On 10-05-2024 the system was up and running, generation and storage, 6 weeks from the start. Before we could take advantage of the export to grid we needed authorisation from the utilities supplier so that our energy provider Octopus could pay us. Brimstone dealt with all this and we finally received our authorisation 30-10-2024. Authorisation was passed onto Octopus so that they can pay us for any export to grid.

Brimstone provided an excellent service. Matt was keen to see the house and design a quote that suited us rather than us completing an online tool (used by everyone else we went to). We really appreciated this personal approach as Matt is the expert so he was able to guide us and give us the best options for us to choose from for our solar instal. Everyone employed to work on the installation through Brimstone were very professional and gave us great confidence in the work. We were then immediately making money back on our electricity costs and are very glad we went through Brimstone. Brimstone's aftercare was also excellent with Matt helping us find which appliance was draining the battery in the morning through use of smart plugs.

This was a project planned, supported and executed very smoothly and well by Matt and Brimstone. Without Matt's initial support we would not have been aware of the funding available. The implementation went very well. No (minor) issue found with the original set up delayed anything!
