Britelite organised everything. The original meet was informative and answered all questions. The Scaffold team, roof installers, electrician and plasterers were all very professional and had worked together before. The transition was seamless. The ultraframe Livin insulated roof has transformed our conservatory into a new room.

Yeah really good, I think they could have got caulk around the air vent but it's no Biggie. Thumbs up

Mostly replacement doors plus a couple of windows. Fitter was good and made a tidy job. Not entirely convinced about security of outward opening doors as hinges screws on the outside (under a cover), not too important for me but would not like this if was the only outside door. Some issues on installation (mostly surveyor sizes) but these got resolved promptly.

The job was managed efficiently from start to finish. I was kept informed at all stages. All the workers ensured the minimum disruption. I am very pleased with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Britelite.

Britelite Windows responded well to my initial query and proposed an agreeable solution at an acceptable price. The subsequent survey was thorough and useful. The work was delayed by a planing application which was handled by Britelite. The construction was undertaken efficiently, tidily and well. I had anticipated snagging problems but none arose at the time or subsequently. The tradesmen were polite and kept us well informed and involved throughout. There were no overruns and the work was completed according to schedule and budget.

We have used Britelite before at our home for the installation of bifold doors. This time we had our windows replaced and as ever we couldn't fault anything in the process. The surveyor was really helpful and knowledgeable and gave some good guidance on a few options we needed to decide on. The installation was also exactly as we had expected. They turned up on time each day and took great pride in their work. We are really really happy that we chose Britelite again, everything is always done so professionally and you can just leave them to get on with it and next thing they present you with the finished article which for us has been exactly what we wanted. We are already considering using them again for a conservatory next year.

We had a new conservatory. Britelite staff were professional and courteous from beginning to end. There was a problem with the planning but we were kept fully informed and the issue resolved. They kept in touch with us and were friendly and left the site clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A great allround service. The estimate was completed on time, and the work schedule agreed. The work was finished to the agreed timing, and a very clean site was maintained. The scafolders also woked to the agreed schedule. All materials arrived at the start, so that no time was lost. An excellent job from start to finish.

I’m not sure which part of the work I am reviewing, as we’ve had a lot done by them, so I will leave a review for the windows & doors. Overall the work was really good, no problems with the installation of the back door & kitchen window. The man was really good. With regard to the other windows & front door, the work was good, appeared a tad rushed. We had to call them back a couple of times, and they sent someone out. The last man who came to look at the front door etc was very good, he knew his stuff. We will use Britelite again as the end result is very very good. Our home looks lovely.
