We had two new windows fitted. The cost of the work was competitive and was completed quickly. Throughout the process, from first contact with your representative through to the survey stage and the final fitting of the product, we were very impressed with Britelite's competence. In particular, the fitting of the windows was undertaken in an efficient and tidy manner, so we are very happy with the resulting improvements to our property. We would, therefore, highly recommend Britelite Windows.

The whole process from site visit to discuss our requirements and price, to installation of several windows and door was very straightforward. I had my double glazed windows replaced to triple glazing, the order was done by Cliff, a sales professional in Britelite. The installation was done to a high standard, scratched windows (during manufacturing) were all replaced. Well done!

The installation surveys and pre- installation work was a very smooth process. Supplier advised timelines and kept to appointments. The installation team were good and kept things as clean as possible. There was a slight delay in finishing but the central office advised us of this as soon as it became apparent (was only a matter of days except for electrician due to other commitments) Product installation has been well done and snagging fault was rectified within days of being advised. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.

Stress free & everything explained in advance. All unforeseen problems dealt with promptly. The lads left the place clean, tidy & were polite. The replacement roof and roof window has been tested numerous times with some torrential rain and it's all working as it should . I was hesitant at first because I had cheaper quotes . But you pay cheap you pay twice . I'm glad I went with brightlite now.

We ordered a replacement window for the room above our rather large conservatory. Ordering, date of fitting and all relevant paper work was organised very professionally and competently by Brightlite windows. We did realise it was a challenge as access was difficult and the window had to be fitted from the outside. A very helpful and pleasant fitter turned up initially on his own and spent a couple of hours attempting to get the window up the stairs. Despite his well humoured efforts this turned out to be impossible. Once this was realised, a few days later, two highly competent and very experienced fitters arrived with our new window (in pieces as it was too heavy to lift when glazed). They were faced with the challenge of lifting this window up to the bedroom over the conservatory roof, no mean feat but achieved with notable patience, good humour and admirable professionalism. I highly recommend Brightlite; I have several of their excellent windows and each stage from ordering to fitting has been the very best possible; 5* service at every point.

Absolutely delighted with the outcome. Every stage was well organised and the contract ran like clockwork. I'm a retired Chartered Surveyor and I have been impressed with Britelite from beginning to end. The ultraframe conservatory roof system is well thought out and everything fits. The components arrived in 58 wrapped and numbered packages. Well done Britelite.

I am very happy with the quality of the windows. The design process was very easy at a competitive price. There were some hiccups at installation but after I raised my concerns they started to seek my approval. Happy with my choice.

We have used Britelite consistently since the 1980's. The products are excellent quality, and if we have needed any maintenance, they are responsive and we have always been able to call them back to remedy without any fuss or trouble. We recently had our shed roof replaced, and once the order was placed we were kept informed continually of how the order and was progressing. Once the roof parts were ready an installation date was promptly agreed. The roof fitters turned up on time, they were polite, kept us informed of how they replacement was progressing and invited us to regularly check how they were doing during the day. If we had any concerns/questions they were answered/ dealt with immediately. Once the job was completed they cleaned up and left everything tidy and the price agreed was the price paid. Shortly afterwards we received our guarantees in case anything needs attention in the future.

We had our flat roof on the extension removed and replaced along with the old guttering. We were originally told it would take three days (weather permitting) to complete but all works were completed by 11am on the 3rd day. The whole thing also came in on budget. The team were courteous, clean and tidy in their work and I was kept informed of progress and consulted about finish preferences. There were no problems or issues at all throughout the entire process. Alli n all very satisfied with the whole experience.

I was apprehensive about using a company I had not used before and did not know anyone who had. I had endless questions and took some time to make a final decision! In my opinion replacing an existing conservatory roof is a very specialist project and I could not afford to choose the wrong company. I am now pleased to say I am delighted with my replacement Livin roof. Every aspect of the project was first class. From Sales, Survey, Roof removal to the final electrics. Each team at every stage were prompt, hardworking, professional and completed their work on schedule – totally, cleaning up the whole area after their work. I do not have a single negative comment. The work defiantly exceeded my expectations. Thank you

I recently purchased my house, which came with a conservatory that was built only a few years before by Britelite. The conservatory had a 10 year 'guarantee' from them. We had a lot of heavy rain in the first half of 2023. Despite the gutters being clean and clear, the conservatory sprung a huge leak where it is connected to the house, and has caused a mass of water damage to the wall. Its now growing a lot of mildew / mold. Upon contacting Britelite about this, I was told that that this guarantee wasn't valid as I hadn't requested a transfer of the guarantee from the previous owner of the house to myself within 3 months of purchasing the house. This is not mentioned AT ALL on the guarantee. The only caveat mentioned on the certificate is that it is transferable subject to a satisfactory chargeable inspection. It seems like they will use any excuse to get out of putting right their faulty workmanship. Be aware. I'm now taking legal advice. I've requested to make a formal complaint to them but they wont respond.

Would not recommend this company at all. I ordered new windows for my whole house back in July 22, it wasn't until April 23 that they finished fitting them. I was originally told me it would take a week to have all the windows fitted, however they sent one fitter to do the work. It is impossible for one man alone to fit multiples bay windows, he couldn't even get the bay out of his van without us helping him! I raised this multiple times but wasn't given an explanation. Secondly the quality of the work was diabolical. Nearly all windows weren’t level, handles were round the wrong way, windows were arriving damaged from the factory, the angle of the bay was wrong so had to be re-made and the list goes on. At one point the fitter was grinding bricks at 6.38pm because the bay had been made to the wrong size. They cost me upwards of £1000’s as the other work on my house fell behind whilst I was waiting for them to complete the job. I felt like it was a full time job trying to work with them to get all the issues solved. They pressurised me non-stop to sign the finance agreement so funds would be released to them despite the job not even being completed yet. I raised an official complaint before signing any paperwork and they offered me a measly £200 goodwill compensation and threatened me with legal action if I did not sign.

Problems arose during the installation of windows and doors and is still ongoing 17 months on. Dan tried to fill in a ventilation grill under one door, and argued and shouted at me when I said that this was against Building Regulations. Later I found that he had filled in a ventilation brick under another door. Huge cracks appeared under the upper bay windows. One of the windows leaked, but this wasn't fixed until 6 months later. RISA, who do inspections for FENSA did an independent inspection, and they said the installation was below normal industry standards. They said the cracks were due to incorrect support during installation. The architraves and trims were of different sizes, tiles were broken, and pointed out other damage. 20 of the glass units were installed incorrectly with the low e coating on the wrong side. Plastering was inadequate. I pointed out that they had put a glass unit with toughened glass in wrong place. Several visits were required to do the remedial work. I reported I had tripped over the new kitchen door threshold. I arranged for a reinspection which again stated that the work was below industry standards. The plaster work was still inadequate, one glass unit was still wrong way round, door seal inadequate, caulking has shrunk between plaster and UPVC, steps need to be constructed to prevent trip hazard, soffit above upper bay needs mending. Latest Britelite letter omits mention of the steps. I am very distressed by the poor workmanship.

Faultless from start to finish. Representative, office staff and installers were brilliant. Was installed in such a professional manner and I was so impressed with how quick the fitters worked.

My requirement was for the supply and fitting of a hardwood sill inside my lounge patio door, length approx. 3,000cm by 205cm. The work was carried out on the appointed day without any undue disruption or mess. The result is brilliant. The wood has now been treated as advised by Mark, the installer, and it looks absolutely superb. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Britelite's attention to my request. Our lounge has been transformed!

We had a front door and surround installed a week ago. The quality of the product and fitting is exceptional. It has Transformed the front of the house but still keeping with the style and age of the property. The staff have been professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The fitter was so accommodating and considerate and respectful of our home. Highly recommend britelite

I have to say that Britelite are an ethical and efficient company who instal a very good product and whose staff are very thorough and efficient. Although there was a small issue that needed to be dealt with at the end of the project, they made sure to keep returning until it was resolved. So I would certainly say that I would recommend them to others.
