Tri fold doors purchased months ago and as of today they are still not fitted to a suitable standard. 6 times staff have been. They either do not have all or the correct parts, staff are not familiar with the product and are not capable of completing the job, they have damaged the doors on more than twice as a result of shoddy working practices, I could go on and on. Our extension project is being delayed as a result of this. Customer service manager is now involved and since corresponding last Friday we have heard nothing since. Supposed to have someone calling tomorrow after taking yet another day off work. We still have not had this confirmation that anyone is coming. I'm fuming and do not intend to take this much longer. Would I recommend Britelite? Not a chance.

The installation started badly from the very first day. The frames were fitted without fixing packers - resulting in distortion. Poorly plumbed. No filler is applied on both outer and inner perimeter of the frames, prior to the fitting of the trims. Wrong dimensions in height. Several glazed units damaged (7). The spacers in most of the large glazed units were uneven and undulating (8). The glazing beading poorly fitted and many damaged. The f/light opening (6) and all top hung egress sashes not closing squarely within their frames -air-tightness compromised. Cementing crumpling and finish poor. The skill and care shown by the 6 fitters employed in the installation and remedial work is well below the expected average.
