Over the past few years we have replaced all our windows and French doors, and apart from an unfortunate early mistake, Britelite have done them all. They are always as hassle-free and professional as possible, their work and product of the highest quality, and all with courtesy and clarity.

Very happy with the base installation team, they were Punctual, worked hard and produced an excellent quality of work.

We have discussed changing our windows for several years which is what prompted the call to Brightlite. Our initial contact was made in December and we were contacted by one of the team. After arranging the visit we viewed the products and was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the products so we went ahead with the contract. We had additional visit to ensure the measures were all correct and double confirm what we ordered. We then had call to confirm scaffolding and window instalment dates. No hiccups. Windows installed in two days. We also had them come back to install missing pull on one window and replace a trim outside. Overall excellent service from beginning to end and windows look amazing.

We had a bespoke tiled replacement roof for an existing all glass conservatory and the quote was done professionally and the design predicted a big improvement in thermal performance. The work Was completed in record time to a high standard and any issues were fixed promptly. Some time later we can see that the thermal performance calculations were spot on and now we have a stylish conservative with a new lease of life that performs much better than the old one it is warmer in the mornings and cooler in the heat of the day. Exactly as predicted. I would recommend Britelite anytime.

Britelite built our new Garden Room, as we call it, during the winter of 24/25. We were given a programme for the work and they kept perfectly to that programme - almost unheard of in the building industry. At quotation stage, we made a number of changes, but these were managed with no fuss, with a revised detailed costing and drawings being provided. The overall cost was competitive and nothing extra was added at any stage. The quality of the materials and workmanship was very good and the guys on site at the different stages of construction were all friendly and cooperative. The site was tidied up all the time as the work progressed. There were a couple of very minor issues after the job was finished and these were dealt with by the company, with no quibbles. All in all, we cannot fault Britelite and would recommend them with no hesitation.

Our installer was very efficient; he arrived on time & made a good job of fitting three replacement doors He was very friendly and worked tirelessly, we were very pleased with the work.

Having moved house , I still went back to Britelite Windows . Cost is important , that's why I got two quotes The quotes from two companies ( one being britelite) were almost identical and both stating they are the best in products and materials. I went with my gut feeling and trust of having Britelite before and have no regrets . The date set was the date they arrived . Respectful of our property they used new dust sheets inside and swept and cleared up regularly outside . The windows and door are stunning and good quality. Inside re-plastering around window edge wasn't brilliant , as wasn't smooth to repaint . A call to customer services lead again to another trades man coming to make good . This was of no trouble to them , prompting booking an appointment making sure we were happy with everything . The back of our property is the next project and we will go straight to Britelite

We used Britelite's Roofline Department to install replacement guttering and downpipes all round. We chose Britelite as we had used them before and were very pleased with their work on that occasion. A negotiated price was agreed after it was determined that scaffolding would be required and the work was conducted on time by friendly and efficient installers. We were very pleased with every aspect of the professional service from start to finish and we were also reassured by the quality of products, installation and the standard of aftercare should it be required.

I found Britelite to be a great company to deal with. The salesman was honest,friendly but businesslike. He asked exactly what I wanted, then gave me a price. No messing about. The fitter came on time, worked hard all day taking old door out on his own. He was pleasant , but didn’t keep stopping to chat. He cleaned up after himself and left everything well finished off. I was very pleased with the whole process. I would be happy to recommend this company to friends or relatives.

The process from start to finish was very professional. I had one glitch. as I did not get a call to organise the survey, I called Britelite and this was immediately resolved. The guy that came to do the survey was happy to answer any questions. The installer who fitted the door was a happy polite, patient guy and also happy to answer a couple of questions. The installer cleaned any debris away, leaving a tidy neat professional job.

All went smoothly. Scaffolding wasn't up any longer than necessary. All works took a day and half. Clean and tidy.
