The day before the instalation of the new boiler, an adviser visited me at my place. He kindly and professionally explained the procedure of the insltalation including the time and the payment method by instalment, The day,after ,Mr Datum the enginner came on time and instaked the boiler professionally. After the completion of instalation, he cleaned the place of the instalation, and collected his tools but not professionally.

Scottish gas were exemplary in the arrangements prior, at, and after the installation of a new boiler. Scaffolding was needed, delivery of materials, and recycling of the old was all spot on with arrangements. The guys who did the work were courteous, efficient, and took great care around my home. I had an existing back boiler removed, power flush cleaning of the central heating system and a new more efficient boiler fitted. The work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner and the workmanship was very good. I was surprised at how little disruption was caused and how quickly the work was carried out.

Old boiler replaced with new boiler. Situation of boiler changed from downstairs to upstairs plus all the corresponding pipework etc. There were two installation engineers who did the job. They were professional, polite and kept me updated at all times. They were also punctual and hardworking. When the work was completed my home was left clean and tidy all the rubbish was collected and removed on the same day.

They replaced combi boiler. So removed old one and installed a new one. Very happy with the job they did a great job. The person who came out to price and give advice gave excellent advice especially on the funding option and what type of system to use. The installation was efficient and the installers were extremely pleasant. Made life very easy

Had a new boiler installed, replacing an older one. Work also included replacement of magnetic system filter, powerflush, flat roof vertical flue and, and other required pipework. A Hive 2 active heating programmable thermostat was also installed.
