The day before the instalation of the new boiler, an adviser visited me at my place. He kindly and professionally explained the procedure of the insltalation including the time and the payment method by instalment, The day,after ,Mr Datum the enginner came on time and instaked the boiler professionally. After the completion of instalation, he cleaned the place of the instalation, and collected his tools but not professionally.

Scottish gas were exemplary in the arrangements prior, at, and after the installation of a new boiler. Scaffolding was needed, delivery of materials, and recycling of the old was all spot on with arrangements. The guys who did the work were courteous, efficient, and took great care around my home. I had an existing back boiler removed, power flush cleaning of the central heating system and a new more efficient boiler fitted. The work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner and the workmanship was very good. I was surprised at how little disruption was caused and how quickly the work was carried out.

Old boiler replaced with new boiler. Situation of boiler changed from downstairs to upstairs plus all the corresponding pipework etc. There were two installation engineers who did the job. They were professional, polite and kept me updated at all times. They were also punctual and hardworking. When the work was completed my home was left clean and tidy all the rubbish was collected and removed on the same day.

They replaced combi boiler. So removed old one and installed a new one. Very happy with the job they did a great job. The person who came out to price and give advice gave excellent advice especially on the funding option and what type of system to use. The installation was efficient and the installers were extremely pleasant. Made life very easy

Took out the old boiler and installed a new boiler. I had the hive system out in so then needed an electrician to come out to connect that up. I did have an initial error code come up but they came straight back out to retify it. I am really please with the boiler and no further issues

I had my old boiler removed and replaced with a new one. Getting the new boiler into the utility room hadn't really been taken into account in the estimate and the guy on the day realised that the space to get through was too small. But he called up another engineer in the area and through various pivots and lifts managed to get the boiler into the room. That just gives you an idea of his mentality - wanting to solve tricky problems. The fitting and commissioning went smoothly and it's been working well ever since.

British Gas were available and helpful but I don't think the advice I got was the best, perhaps because the right questions were not asked. The contracted boiler fitters were really helpful on the day amd couldn't do enough to help and chased up things for us. British Gas left the scaffolding outside for over a week and we could get out the back door which was quite worrying. However after 3 phone calls they really sorted it and couldn't be more apologetic with wine and chocolates to say sorry.

Boiler moved to new location and new boiler fitted. The workmen were very respectful of the house. Completed the job efficiently and finished early. Communicated effectively throughout the 3 day job. Very pleased with outcome. Nice, quiet new boiler. Love the Hive app, which was demonstrated following complete set up on the final day. Would recommend.

Installed a new combi boiler and took away old one Reasonably happy - They sub contracted to someone who wanted to be in and out - customer felt they rushed the job - they seemed far more interested in collecting the scrap metal for scrap value. Also on the last day they worked very late to 6.30
