If I could give more than 5 stars for value I would! After looking for a stairlift for my dad for weeks and being quoted outlandishly expensive amounts by the stairlift companies I was in despair. I had started to look at second hand ones on gumtree and ebay but was a bit nervous about how to transport and more importantly to fit these. Plus if anything went wrong with them I'd be in a pretty bad situation. Then I found Bronte Stairlifts. What a breath of fresh air! A really fair, affordable price plus a years guarantee and an expert to deliver and fit the stairlift. Ben from Bronte Stairlifts came when he said he would and very diligently set to work fitting our stairlift in just a matter of hours. He then let dad and myself try it out and went through the controls etc. He really was a polite lovely young man who did a great job. Dad is now very happily using his stairlift thanks to Bronte. A really great company that deserves to go from strength to strength and teach these rotten overcharging companies a lesson!

Ben has now fitted three stairlifts to our home, and in each case the standard of service, quality of work, and fairness of price have been exceptional. He has arrived when he said, done the work in a most efficient manner, and with such a understanding way, in fact nothing is too much trouble for him. His prices are well so reasonable, that is why we have had three fitted, making our terrace house, with lots of steps, into a virtual vertical bungalow. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work, and guarantee his work will be first class, and prices, well, I don’t know how he can do it for the money.
