Welcome to Bronte Stairlifts.

Bronte Stairlifts Limited is a Keighley based company established in 2016, started due to the frustration of an industry with frequent stories of ridiculous prices, empty promises and terrible customer service. From there we started with the idea of offering a professional service, but with a friendly manner, honest prices, and offering a customer service as if it was fitted for a friend or family member. Our straight and curved Stairlift solutions are personalised to meet the unique requirements of individual customers. The ultimate goal is to help you stay independent and safe in your home.

We also offer rental, servicing and emergency breakdown repair.

Presently, we cover areas up to the Scottish Borders down to the Northern Midlands. To receive our services beyond this, do give us a call, we’ll deal with any queries promptly.

From initial phone call through to installation Bronte Stairlifts were professional, courteous and friendly. Their quote was excellent. Stairlift installed within a week. Engineer arrived promptly, work carried out professionally and cleanly. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bronte Stairlifts.

My Mum initially had a reconditioned stairlift fitted a few years ago and has had the chair maintained by annual services since. From the initial phone call to Ben right through to ongoing service, communication has been friendly and efficient and the service itself second to none. The price of the stair lift was very competitive and the service second to none. We have recommended a number of people to Bronte Stairlifts, Ben deserves his business to go from strength to strength.

I can’t praise Bronte Stairlifts highly enough. Their service was first class and their prices so very reasonable. I called them on Bank Holiday Monday. Ben visited the next day and the stairlift was fitted on Thursday the same week. Ben arrived at the time he said he would and there was no disruption. Ben did a fantastic job of cleaning up after himself both inside and outside where he’d had to saw some wood outside. We had to call them a few weeks later because the stairlift stopped working. They were there within 15 minutes to repair it. Wow. How’s that for service! When we had to have the stairlift removed they came within 2 days of me contacting them to remove it. Again there was no disruption and no mess. What a fantastic service we experienced. Definitely worthy of 5*

I was very impressed that we went from quote to installation in nine days. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and the way the stairlift worked was fully explained. The staff in the office were also extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

We received excellent service from start to finish from nice people who are easy to deal with. It was no problem to them that for various reasons we had to delay installation, because of delaying several times we offered to pay a deposit but were told it was not necessary, when we were finally ready for installation Ben arrived at a time to suit us and fitted the stairlift with no fuss or mess, we bought a reconditioned unit which we thought was a very reasonably priced, it would actually be hard to tell it isn’t brand new and we are delighted with it, it will make a massive difference to my wife, the stairs had become a big problem and now she has some freedom back. I would recommend Bronte Stairlifts without any hesitation.
