From the off nothing was too much trouble. Bathroom was planned out and advice was given when choosing the products used. Ricky cleaned up everyday leaving the job neat and tidy as it progressed. Each part of the project was completed to the highest of standards. The finished job was superb and we are enjoying our new bathroom very much. We would recommend Brook Contractors to everybody.

Ricky did a complete bathroom refurbishment for me and I am delighted with the result. He is a hardworking, kind and courteous man with great communication skills along with a professional attitude and respect for one's home. His work is of a high standard and he helped me to choose the right fittings which have worked out perfectly. Everyday he tidied everything away and vacuumed thoroughly, he arrived when he said he would and worked extremely hard. Many thanks to Ricky, I wholeheartedly recommend him.

This is the second bathroom Ricky has installed for us and again, all the work is to the very highest standard. At the design stage, Ricky made good suggestions and gave us a detailed quote straight away. He and his team worked extremely hard to keep the project on track despite some unforeseen issues and even worked on the bank holiday. Ricky is always courteous, communicates really well and does a great job. Highly recommended.

Ricky Darby managed the whole process for us, from ripping out the old bathroom to installing the new shower room. He completed the job with very little fuss, cleaning up as he went along. He brought in electricians to install the new lig hts, fan and cabinet and a joiner who mounted the new door for us. We are very pleased with the work he did and will use him again for any future work we have. We recommend him highly. Ten out of ten Ricky, thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ricky arranged everything from removing the old bathrooms, ordering the new suites, delivery, fitting, new lighting and laying the new floor. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed at all times. The price was good and there were no added extras even though we made some changes to our original choice. Ricky and Chris where really friendly helpful they listened to what we wanted and suggested things they thought would help. Time scale for all work was meet. They keep you informed of any problems due to lay out and sort them out. They are really hard working and always arrived when they said they would. They make sure that every thing is clean and tidy before they leave. We cannot recommend this firm more highly for workmanship and price. We are really pleased with our walk-in shower and new cloakroom.

The whole team carried out excellent work, they standard is very high and I would happily recommend them. The quality of tiling, plumbing and electrical work was to a high standard and there has been no need to recall them for any snagging, they got it right first time. I will be looking for a new kitchen next year and will certainly see if they are available. The team were prompt, polite and made good all the mess that results from a whole bathroom refurbishment.

A new shower room for my elderly mother to replace a tired bathroom and bath. Ricky of Brook contractors organised the whole project. After coming to consult us about my mothers needs he made great recommendations about the entire project at a good price, and organised the whole thing. Clearing out the entire old bathroom, plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling etc. he kept us well informed throughout, also saving us quite a bit of money by sourcing the tiles. The finished shower room looks fantastic, Every one has been impressed by the quality of finish. The work was finished on time, rubbish cleared by skip he organised and left very clean.

Ricky and Chris were a pleasure to deal with from the first meeting and quotation. He was upfront, honest and offered advice when putting the quote together. We had a full bathroom redesign and installation, including removal of the old bathroom. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the job and they were hardworking. I'm really impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. The radiator was leaking ever so slightly after they had finished but Ricky was back out in the evening within the hour, on the day before his holiday to fix it for us. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

These guys stripped out our fully tiled bathroom with corner bath suite and replaced with a shower, vanity units, fully tiled walls and floor. Outstanding job, thrilled with it. From first meeting to completion they have been completely professional, polite and hardworking. Competitive price and excellent communication. I would highly recommend them, our bathroom looks fabulous and is now much more practical.

Had Ricky from Brooke’s convert a downstairs shower room, into a utility room. Very happy with Ricky, and his team. Very professional, courteous and took immense pride in their work. Always kept me informed on the progress, and made suggestions from my original request, which vastly improved the look. Came back on completion of job to make final fixes to an issue which arose, and whilst there conducted quality control check. Found the price very reasonable, and the work ethic of Ricky and his team exemplary. Would happily recommend to anybody in the future.

Excellent workmanship & communication. Work completed on time & whilst we were away on holiday in the main, so very trustworthy. Excellent price & are now booked to refurbish my mother's bathroom as she was so impressed & jealous. Would have no problem in recommending.

Punctual everyday, knowledgeable in their field, polite, going that extra mile to please, used dust sheets and cleaned up afterwards. The quote was a good honest one and itemised every cost I never doubted or questioned their honesty. They greet you with a friendly smile and a hearty goodbye.
