Lee was punctual and polite as always more than happy to recommend him to anyone absolutely brilliant service also very tidy and clean. Initial contact was fast and appointment was made close to first contact. Prompt arrival at time specified. Quick and efficient work. Very polite and non-patronising demeanour. Explained the issues and fixes performed. Helpful in providing future suggestions of work to boiler/radiators. Offered email or call if any further issues/questions arise.

From the initial response to completion, Lee was very approachable, professional and responsive. He visited to understand the task (replacement boiler) and provided options, explaining the pros/cons and recommending the best solution. He answered our questions on the spot.
