I am delighted to write a review for Browne Gas and Heating Ltd. Lee and his colleague expertly fitted my new radiators and then balanced my central heating system. They were good value, punctual, courteous and very tidy. They did a great job and I have already recommended them to several friends in the Bath area.

Lee came around to quote for removing a radiator a week before he did the work. He was punctual, very polite and knowledgeable and gave us confidence that he would do a good job. He was running 30 minutes behind time the day he came to do the work as his previous job had overrun, but he texted me in good time so I knew when to expect him. This was much appreciated. He got on with the work very professionally, and the quote was 100% accurate and very fair. He cleaned up after himself & even took the old radiator away for disposal.

Lee responded immediately to my request to service my elderly mother's boiler and carry out a gas safety inspection. He was friendly, thorough and provided a professional service. He replaced a filter and recommended some additional remedial work which I have booked in. I have no hesitation in recommended Lee to anyone requiring the services of a gas and heating engineer.

I have engaged Lee on several occasions to undertake CH maintenance/servicing and replacement of a switch/timer for my 91-year old Dad. Not only is he very easy to contact and responsive, he is also prompt (to his pre-arranged times), efficient, friendly and explains everything well. My Dad and I both feel very comfortable and confident in Lee and his work. This was especially the case during COVID, when he was very thoughtful to my Dad's vulnerability, something which was particularly important to us after a previous 'cowboy' got in a strop after we asked that he wear a mask in the house! We have found a diamond in Lee!!

Lee supplied and fitted a new boiler as quoted and to budget. He is a local and well respected corgi registered gas engineer, friendly, polite and with excellent communication. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to my friends and will also have any future work and services done yearly by him. He has also carried out work at my mum’s house.

I own a rented property in Bath. I have used Lee for gas servicing and gas safety certification but also for a couple of emergency call-outs, most recently a CO2 alarm issue. In my experience Lee is prompt with all the paperwork, accommodating, reliable and efficient. He has gone out of the way to assist me at short notice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He liaises with the tenant to complete work at her convenience and she is also happy to have Lee attend the property. For me living remotely, it is essential to have good, dependable professionals to call on and Lee is my first port of call for any gas and plumbing requirements. I have also found his charges to very reasonable.

I had intermittent hot water from my gas boiler; a periodic problem in a hard water area. I was able to explain the problem to Lee Browne and we were able to agree on an attempt at descaling, rather than immediately opting for the replacement-part solution. This was entirely successful and the remedial solution entirely reflected in the modest invoice. I have regular boiler/heating services from Lee Browne and have always found him to provide an excellent quality of work - clean and tidy and always very pleasant. His invoicing is clear and fair.
