I was highly recommended by one of my neighbour's regarding a Heating / Plumber tradesman several months ago as they had their boiler replaced by Browns Heating Services. Another neighbour of mine also used Browns Heating Services to upgrade their boiler and I was shown that installation. Both neighbours couldn't speak more highly of them. Last month (January 2024) my hot-water copper cylinder boiler sprang a leak. So I called Browns Heating Services who came to examine the problem and suggested that because my boiler had perforations causing water to escape and being old (approximately 39 years when the property was first built) was uneconomical to repair. Consequently I was sent a quote by email which I approved on there website. I was highly impressed with the speed of response of the quote and the installation was carried out within the advised timescale. I was highly impressed by Jamie knowledge, speed and diligence in his approach. I also requested a further quote for other work to be carried out at the same time of which I accepted. I can highly recommend Browns Heating Services unquestionably a reliable first-class service.

I’ve issued Jamie a few times over the years - in the last year to replace some radiators for me, to replace a boiler when the old one gave up this time last year, and most recently to remove a badly plumbed in and leaking bathroom radiator (badly doesn’t cover it!). Jamie is reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I’ve recommended him widely on local Facebook groups and our street WhatsApp and those who have gone on to use him have been equally impressed! Would use again without hesitation!

Browns Heating installed a new Worcester Boiler and hot water cylinder for us. The works were carried out professionally, for the quoted price and within the time specified. Jamie of Browns Heating Services Ltd was chosen on recommendation from Which Trusted trader as well as my local Worcester Bosch installer website. Jamie and Pat installed our Bosch boiler with all the alterations. They always came on time, extremely polite and carried out all the work without any problem. They cleaned up every day after their work and left our house as tidy as they found it. They took away all the old boiler etc. for recycling. None of our requests were denied and the installation was on budget. If I had asked for advice, Jamie obliged without hesitation. Their work was completed in three days on time exactly as Jamie had planned. Once the installation was completed, Jamie explained everything to us, helping us to set up the NEST app as well as our times for heating and hot water. I had to request Jamie to return next day to help with a minor set up problem and he came back very promptly, resolved the issue and said that if there were any further issues, he would always help out. Jamie was easy to deal with and understood the job right away. He offered a fair quote and was responsive with a time to complete the job. The Standard of work was high and he dealt with unexpected issues (cracked toilet) really well. I would 100% recommend Jamie and Pat. We are very happy with our new boiler and toilet/sink.

I am extremely pleased with both the work carried out and with the way it was done and I am very happy to recommend the service Jamie provides. The work carried out was the fitting of a like for like new boiler and subsequently a new more up to date timer together with the capping off of a unused gas pipe.

I needed a new boiler and sent Jamie some pictures of the old installation, which resulted in a quick quote and subsequent visit to confirm things. His price was very competitive. Jamie couldn't do the installation for a couple of weeks, but he came when he said he would, completed the installation within a day with no problems, keeping everything clean and tidy. The new boiler works well and comes with a 12-year guarantee from Worcester Bosch (subject to regular servicing etc., which Jamie can provide). Jamie was friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I would certainly recommend him for this kind of work.

I posted an enquiry for installation services through the Worcester Bosch website and selected 5 to contact me. Jamie was the first one to call me and I explained that I needed a boiler replacing. He was straightforward in advising me what to do and sent across a quote very quickly. I did also speak to 4 others but didn’t find them as helpful and their quotes much more expensive. I decided to go with Jamie. He was very clear on timings etc arrived following day and was able to be left alone to complete the task. I found Jamie very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and that gave me trust that the job was being done to a high standard. Overall I’m really pleased with the excellent service that I’ve received from Jamie and happy with the job that he has done. Browns Heating was recommended to us by a neighbour and Jamie has recently installed our new combi boiler. Communication was easy from start to finish, quote was accurate and Jamie arrived on time on the agreed date and left everything tidy afterwards. The install involved lifting floorboards to access pipework and these were all put back carefully. Jamie has great attention to detail, the pipework is neat and looks so much better than the old boiler. We are very happy with our new boiler and plan to ask Jamie back to complete future work.

Our old Worcester Bosch boiler wasn't producing hot water anymore and Jamie was able to source a new boiler and fit it in a week. He made good several bodges left by the previous plumber when the old boiler was fitted and made an extremely tidy new installation. The job was completed in one day, even with having to nip out to buy a new flue flashing kit. He cleaned up perfectly after the installation and explained the features of the new boiler before he left. We're very pleased.

Great service. We found Browns using Which? and chose him for a job to replace our boiler and install smart valves in each radiator. He was very supportive all the way through, conducted the job with great quality, putting everything together as it was before, and provided support afterwards with any query. I would highly recommend him for any job regarding heating systems.

Jamie initially visited my home on a Friday around 8PM after a very heavy working day. He was only available to carry out the work required 3/4 weeks later. He arrived on time on the agreed date and spent the whole day in the house performing various tasks which the house required. My house is now warm and safe. I find his attitude extremely professional and the work Jamie carries out very reliable. Jamie at Browns sorted out some long-standing problems with my heating system that other service companies had failed to identify. He fitted three new radiators and a pressurising unit, put in new pipe-work, and replaced a leaking shower pump. My house is warm throughout and I am really pleased with the work done by Browns. Jamie was polite and helpful, and he cleared everything away when he had finished. He came when he said he would, and did the work according to the schedule and estimate he had provided.

I called Browns Heating Services based on the reviews. Our boiler was very old and we thought we had time until the water went warm then cold but at 21 years was not worth repairing. Jamie was very responsive to my queries and asked for pictures to get an idea and visited later. Other companies tried to sell me Valliant when Worcester Bosch has served us well - plus Jamie is Worcester Bosch accredited and as a result, the boiler comes with a 12 year warranty. The new boiler is a Worcester 8000 Life. The pipework for the new boiler is neat, a thing of beauty and a vast improvement. Jamie is conscientious and takes great pride in his work. Jamie set up my Honeywell Evohome smart thermostatic controllers and everything works perfectly. The kitchen was spotless - although my bedroom needed a sweep and mop. I'm really glad I went with him. He does a good job for a fair price and I wholeheartedly recommend him. I'm already planning the next job with him.

I contacted Browns Heating Services based on the positive reviews on Which? Trusted Traders and I was not disappointed. Communication was by email only and was fast and efficient. A quotation for the work (supply and fit two new central heating radiators) was quickly provided and a date was agreed. All was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Jamie was friendly and he worked neatly. He left the flat cleaner than he found it!! I can recommend him without reservation.

We haven't had to replace a boiler before so this was all new to us. Browns Heating was excellent and helped guide us through the process. We researched high-rated boilers on Which and a rough idea of what we wanted. This was also the boiler that Browns Heating recommended (Worcester Bosch 4000). The new boiler and Wifi thermostat (Bosch Easy Control) were installed in 1 day. All the pipework looks very tidy and neat. As the house had quite old radiators we chose the Magna Flush so that any rust or debris that came off the inside of the old radiators would not be stuck in the pipes. We will replace the radiators in the near future. The paperwork for the guarantee and gas safe certificate arrived not long after the installation. I couldn't rate Brown's Heating any higher. Really great guidance, experts at what they do and very good to work with. Thank you.

Had a new boiler installed. Jamie is very friendly, professional, and his workmanship is impeccable. Explained clearly how the system works. All the carpets were fully protected and left the site as he found it.

I had work carried out to initially fix a boiler, and later also to replace an old boiler with a new one. I must say that the response and help received from the plumber Jamie was remarkable. Myself and father had a very positive experience with helpful, courteous, and responsive communication, and we are very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend since we were impressed by the timeliness of the work completed, and most important Jamie's work ethic. Great job done, and will request his service again.

Jamie was responsible for 2 big jobs at our house as part of a bigger refurbishment. 1) He installed central heating on the ground floor. 2) Ran a new water main from the front door to the kitchen. He was so down-to-earth, friendly, flexible and efficient. The new radiators look brilliant, the work has been so neatly and considerately done and he was always quick and punctual. Jamie's quote was the lowest one we got and he didn't offer brow beating 'some plumbers will tell you this, but I would never do it' advice. He couldn't have been better.

It took us 5 months of trying to find a reliable, responsive, professional and skilled heating engineer having moved homes. Jamie is all of the above. I called him on recommendation and he promptly booked us in for a quote and then for the works to be carried out. So many heating engineers deemed the job too tricky and complex.. we needed a huge water tank removed and the washing machine moved downstairs and a whole new combi boiler installed. It took Jamie 3 days to complete. Best heating engineer I have ever come across and will certainly be recommending him!
