I contacted Jamie following two visits from large plumbing companies that both charged me for callouts and time before saying that our stopcock was not replaceable as it was in an awkward place without much pipe to work with. Jamie answered my email very quickly and made me feel confident that he would be able to replace it. He's been today, and completed the job in half the expected time, leaving everything clean and tidy. He's polite, presentable and a generally nice guy! Would not hesitate to use Brown's for any future requirements.

Jamie at Browns sorted out some long-standing problems with my heating system that other service companies had failed to identify. He fitted three new radiators and a pressurising unit, put in new pipe-work, and replaced a leaking shower pump. My house is warm throughout and I am really pleased with the work done by Browns. Jamie was polite and helpful, and he cleared everything away when he had finished. He came when he said he would, and did the work according to the schedule and estimate he had provided.

Browns Heating was recommended to us by a neighbour and Jamie has recently installed our new combi boiler. Communication was easy from start to finish, quote was accurate and Jamie arrived on time on the agreed date and left everything tidy afterwards. The install involved lifting floorboards to access pipework and these were all put back carefully. Jamie has great attention to detail, the pipework is neat and looks so much better than the old boiler. We are very happy with our new boiler and plan to ask Jamie back to complete future work.

I found Jamie on the which website and decided to contact him for a quote because of the good reviews. He was polite, he turned up on time, very knowledgeable and good advise on the re-locating of the boiler with minimum disruption. Very clean and tidy, hardly any dust, minimal noise. He made good in all areas. I.e. he drilled through tiles without leaving any broken tiles. He had good solutions to any issues that came up. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for the help this the gas fire.

We were having problems with a kitchen tap. Jamie visited and changed our tap after trying to resolve the problem without having to change the tap to save us the expense of a new tap. He was efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend this plumber.
