Had a new boiler installed. Very pleased with the work carried out. Jamie did an excellent job. He even did few extra bits outside the quote that required mending as part of installation e.g. fixing an unnecessary hole and wires. Very competitive pricing. Courteous and punctual service. He came all prepared and left the place tidy.

I have no problem recommending Brown's Heating Services based on the work just carried out. I got a quote from Jamie on the Sunday evening and by Thursday the work was done! This was a boiler replacement and Jamie provided quotes based on my requirements rather than pushing any particular make as I had with British Gas. The quote was also several hundred pounds less than BG. Jamie was excellent at keeping me informed about when he could make it and luckily (for me) he had a client drop out so I was able to take the spot that same week. He and his colleague arrived when they said they would and took care to make sure they kept a good distance and wore protective shoes to make sure nothing was brought into the house. The whole job was well executed and professional (including pointing out the dodgy wiring left behind by the previous plumber). Jamie literally left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. Top work!

I cannot recommend Browns Heating Services highly enough. Jamie has a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to his trade. His initial visit and quote were thorough, and he explained clearly what he was going to do, giving me choices, recommendations and a competitive price. His communications were excellent. I cannot fault the job he did. He and his colleague showed respect to my home, were completely trustworthy and worked consistently throughout the time that they were here. Nothing was a problem that couldn’t be solved and he explained everything that I needed to know as he went along. At the end of the job, everything was left clean, tidy and all rubbish was removed. Having put up with an ineffective heating system for many years, I had a boiler and all radiators replaced. I am confident that I chose the right company to do it. Many, many thanks.

We haven't had to replace a boiler before so this was all new to us. Browns Heating was excellent and helped guide us through the process. We researched high-rated boilers on Which and a rough idea of what we wanted. This was also the boiler that Browns Heating recommended (Worcester Bosch 4000). The new boiler and Wifi thermostat (Bosch Easy Control) were installed in 1 day. All the pipework looks very tidy and neat. As the house had quite old radiators we chose the Magna Flush so that any rust or debris that came off the inside of the old radiators would not be stuck in the pipes. We will replace the radiators in the near future. The paperwork for the guarantee and gas safe certificate arrived not long after the installation. I couldn't rate Brown's Heating any higher. Really great guidance, experts at what they do and very good to work with. Thank you.

-Jamie installed a new gas boiler, removed the old model along with all byproducts of his day's work. -The agreed work schedule, parts, and budget were adhered to. -Jamie was helpful and communicative, preserved a clean and tidy work area, and most of all a safe and highly knowledgeable heating appliance installer. -Verbal post-installation user instruction was simple and easy to understand. -Comprehensive means of contact/communication regarding any necessity for aftercare/advice was willingly provided. Would I recommend Browns Heating Services? Yes, I certainly would!

Our old Worcester Bosch boiler wasn't producing hot water anymore and Jamie was able to source a new boiler and fit it in a week. He made good several bodges left by the previous plumber when the old boiler was fitted and made an extremely tidy new installation. The job was completed in one day, even with having to nip out to buy a new flue flashing kit. He cleaned up perfectly after the installation and explained the features of the new boiler before he left. We're very pleased.

Jamie of Browns Heating Services Ltd was chosen on recommendation from Which Trusted trader as well as my local Worcester Bosch installer website. Jamie and Pat installed our Bosch boiler with all the alterations. They always came on time, extremely polite and carried out all the work without any problem. They cleaned up every day after their work and left our house as tidy as they found it. They took away all the old boiler etc. for recycling. None of our requests were denied and the installation was on budget. If I had asked for advice, Jamie obliged without hesitation. Their work was completed in three days on time exactly as Jamie had planned. Once the installation was completed, Jamie explained everything to us, helping us to set up the NEST app as well as our times for heating and hot water. I had to request Jamie to return next day to help with a minor set up problem and he came back very promptly, resolved the issue and said that if there were any further issues, he would always help out. I would highly recommend Jamie of Browns Heating Services Ltd.

Jamie was very knowledgeable, gave us excellent advice which was better than what I received from my boiler insurance company. The MagnaCleanse was done by Jamie a month ago and he did an excellent job, all done with very good communications and professionalism. Our central heating system heats up more evenly now, and the MagnaCleanse was accepted by our boiler insurance company as an acceptable alternative to the power cleanse. I'll be recommending Browns to all my acquaintances.
