Simply great. First class service from Jamie: I had my boiler change, with the added complication of a roof top flue requiring setting up scaffolding withing a limited timescale and budget. Jamie has been throughout excellent: Punctual. Says as he does and does as he says. No surprises. Jamie has been most helpful. Just wanted to share my thoughts. Jamie is extremely professional and courteous. I used him to service my Worcester Bosch boiler and also recently, to move a radiator from its existing place. Once again, there was no problem and this job was carried out with the minimum of fuss. Thanks Jamie, I will be recommending you without hesitation.

Having looked around for a suitable engineer to carry out work for a replacement boiler and smaller works I decided to contact Browns Heating after reading lots of good reviews. First impressions were positive so booked in a date for the work. From initial contact through to the completed work I am delighted that I made this choice. The work was top notch, very neat and tidy and was completed in a day even though Jamie from Browns Heating needed to stay later than normal working hours to finish the work. (Without grumbling) Based on my experience I would without hesitation put the company forward for recommendation for heating and plumbing works. I had lots of questions about future work in my house and Jamie was full of good ideas and showed that Browns Heating are very knowledgeable in their field. I will definitely use again.

Jamie did an excellent job replacing our very old water tank and boiler system. He came out to quote promptly, provided a detailed estimate of charges, booked us in, arrived on time, worked exceptionally hard during the day and left having tidied after himself as well. Delighted to have found him and impressed with the work he did. Highly recommend.

We've used Jamie from Browns several times now, and each time he's been professional, given good advice and sorted out issues efficiently. Most recently he with another person replaced a combi boiler and installed a smart thermostat. He was patient with getting me set up on the system and tidied up perfectly after the work was finished, despite it being a big job. When he switched the water back on, he even refilled the kettle as he could see I was waiting for a cup of tea, which was a thoughtful thing to do! Will definitely use again, pleased to have found him on Trusted Traders, and happy to recommend him to others.

Jamie was responsible for 2 big jobs at our house as part of a bigger refurbishment. 1) He installed central heating on the ground floor. 2) Ran a new water main from the front door to the kitchen. He was so down-to-earth, friendly, flexible and efficient. The new radiators look brilliant, the work has been so neatly and considerately done and he was always quick and punctual. Jamie's quote was the lowest one we got and he didn't offer brow beating 'some plumbers will tell you this, but I would never do it' advice. He couldn't have been better.

I had work carried out to initially fix a boiler, and later also to replace an old boiler with a new one. I must say that the response and help received from the plumber Jamie was remarkable. Myself and father had a very positive experience with helpful, courteous, and responsive communication, and we are very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend since we were impressed by the timeliness of the work completed, and most important Jamie's work ethic. Great job done, and will request his service again.

I needed a new boiler and sent Jamie some pictures of the old installation, which resulted in a quick quote and subsequent visit to confirm things. His price was very competitive. Jamie couldn't do the installation for a couple of weeks, but he came when he said he would, completed the installation within a day with no problems, keeping everything clean and tidy. The new boiler works well and comes with a 12-year guarantee from Worcester Bosch (subject to regular servicing etc., which Jamie can provide). Jamie was friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I would certainly recommend him for this kind of work.

I contacted Browns Heating Services based on the positive reviews on Which? Trusted Traders and I was not disappointed. Communication was by email only and was fast and efficient. A quotation for the work (supply and fit two new central heating radiators) was quickly provided and a date was agreed. All was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Jamie was friendly and he worked neatly. He left the flat cleaner than he found it!! I can recommend him without reservation.
