Jamie fitted a new Mira shower for us quickly and efficiently. He replied to all emails promptly, arrived on time, clearly explained what had happened to our old shower to avoid problems in the future and kept everything clean during installation.

We were having problems with a kitchen tap. Jamie visited and changed our tap after trying to resolve the problem without having to change the tap to save us the expense of a new tap. He was efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend this plumber.

We had an excellent experience with our boiler replacement. Jamie worked diligently to complete the work in the stated time period and to the agreed estimate, apart from a replacement central heating pump identified as suspect during the installation work ( see details below). There was a question mark around whether we would need a larger gas pipe and this was included in the quote and would only be charged for if needed. After the boiler was installed it was confirmed that we did indeed need the larger gas pipe. This was installed swiftly and with as little disturbance as possible and was able to be run through the garage from the meter cupboard to out-side of the house and round the back of the house to the boiler position. During the installation it was identified that we had a problematic central heating pump and that a replacement for this item should be considered. I was already aware of this pump having excessive vibration (also noted by another plumber who quoted) so I had no hesitation in agreeing to have this pump replaced. It was replaced with no additional labour cost and just the agreed cost of the pump. All work carried out professionally plus any mess generated was cleared up and old boiler parts disposed of. An electrician was needed, arranged by Jamie, to fit an RF device pair to get around the lack of wiring in the existing configuration. We were made aware of this before work commenced and the price agreed before work started. Thoroughly recommend.

I know Jamie for couple of years now and Excellent / professional work done by him. He is one of very very few who I know are master of their profession. His charges are fully justified as it gives me a long term comfort for the work done along with sensible advise. I wish him good luck. Cheers

We had problems with our heating system where the radiators and hot water were only slightly getting warm. British Gas quoted a wait time of 4 weeks. Jamie came on Wednesday, investigated the problem and power flushed the system on Thursday. All radiators are now working perfectly and the work was done to a high standard for a fair price.

Contacted Browns Heating Services in the morning explaining my boiler had broken down and I had no heating or hot water. Jamie promptly arrived two hours later, diagnosed the fault and sourced the parts to repair the boiler with efficiency and speed. Within two hours of arriving the boiler was working perfectly and I had hot water and heating. This was much appreciated on a very cold day. I wouldn’t hesitate contacting Jamie again if I had any central heating problems in the future. He was professional and provided a first class service at a reasonable cost.

Jamie from Brown's heating came to service our boiler following Which reviews. He came when he said he would, seems to do all checks required, honest view of a few problems. Fair fee for service. I would recommend and will be asking him next year for our service!

I found Jamie on the which website and decided to contact him for a quote because of the good reviews. He was polite, he turned up on time, very knowledgeable and good advise on the re-locating of the boiler with minimum disruption. Very clean and tidy, hardly any dust, minimal noise. He made good in all areas. I.e. he drilled through tiles without leaving any broken tiles. He had good solutions to any issues that came up. If I could give more stars I would. Jamie was very knowledgeable, gave us excellent advice which was better than what I received from my boiler insurance company. The MagnaCleanse was done by Jamie a month ago and he did an excellent job, all done with very good communications and professionalism. Our central heating system heats up more evenly now, and the MagnaCleanse was accepted by our boiler insurance company as an acceptable alternative to the power cleanse.
