About
We are a chimney and roofing specialist, solid fuel supplier and installers. We also provide general building services. We have a showroom displaying a range of wood burning and multi-fuel stoves on Crusader Park in Warminster, Wiltshire. The showroom is kept warm with the display of live stoves and there is also a range of accessories to support the stoves.
We also offer a comprehensive roofing service from single tile replacement to a complete new build. For flat roofing we use the Firestone rubber roof system which is supplied in most cases as a single piece, no joints which eliminates leakage from split seams. The roof can also have insulation fitted to make the roof more energy efficient.
Our professional team are certified and registered installers of Heating Equipment Testing and Approval Scheme (HETAS) and members of the Institute of Chimney Sweeps (ICS) and Bryan is also a member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps (NACS). Nigel our surveyor is a Registered HETAS Retailer.

After experiencing flue problems with my 25year old wood burner I approached Bryan Loveday along with two other companies to address the problem and quote for the work to remedy the issues. All three companies suggested solutions but Bryan Loveday's quote clearly spelt out the exact scope of the work, and they also provided the lowest estimate. The installation went very well. The team went to great lengths to protect my property and carried out all of the work in a very professional manner. The work included relining the chimney, installing flue insulation, and a new wood burning stove to HETAS standards. The work was completed on time and on budget. On using the new wood burner I was delighted to find that the new installation had resolved all of the issues that I had had experienced with the old flue. Excellent customer service and a great work force makes this trader stand out.

I followed up the reviews of four "Which?" roof repairers on-line. Two didn't bother to call me back. I was tempted to accept the quote from the next firm that came out and inspected the work needed but, thank goodness, I waited until I heard from Lovedays. They were so much more professional, actually taking a ladder up to the roof and inspecting from there, rather than just inside my loft space! The problems were quickly identified (leaking around the chimney and, separately, the vent pipe, providing me with photographic evidence), and a temporary repair effected until they could return to complete the job. Photographs of the completed work were supplied, which will prove useful when I come to sell my property. Marked down very slightly on price only because I had no other realistic quotations with which to compare. Really pleased.

I had an issue with a leaking chimney. These guys came around and did an assessment on the chimney. Found out that the flashing around the chimney were deteriorated. And some other minor issues. They gave me a quote and I was happy with it. They fixed it straight away and haven't seen any wet wall paper again.

This company has done quite a lot work for us over past 4 years, form bathroom refurbishment to outside rendering. Laid all our patio's and driveway and roof. He is the most trusted bloke I have ever met, he is a perfectionist and will not stop until it is perfect. Will seek confirmation from me as well to determine the job is good enough. Came back to check if everything is still alright. I trust them so much that I even left my house keys to them so they have access all the time during work. They never left a spot of dirt or rubbish behind. We even got to know them personally. I will not use anybody else.
