We engaged both national and local double glazing companies for quotations to replace all the doors and windows in our house. Unlike the 'big' national companies, there was no ridiculous starting price with Bryan Thompson, the quoted realistically from the outset. Their quote was less than half of the nearest national company. We figured that even if the windows lasted half as long as the other companies, it was worth doing. I waited to provide a review to see how the windows fared and time has since slipped by without us having provided a review. Checking the invoice today, I was shocked to see that it was 8 years ago and I'm very, very pleased to say that the windows and doors look as good today as they did when they went in! There are no 'blown' panes and apart from a bit of wear and tear on the handles, everything is still performing to expectations. The trigger to write the review was in fact due to one window and a couple of doors requiring adjusting which the company are coming out to sort next week. Brilliant value for money, great service and a great example of a local company able to take on the 'mighty' national companies and win. Thank you.

This is the second time that we have engaged BT Windows. So impressed with the conservatory install at our previous property, when we moved to a home that required all new windows & doors ASAP it was a very simple decision to pick up the phone too Ashley and his dedicated team. From the on-line design tool we could see exactly what our design and style would look like. Having chosen the flush casement style a quote was worked though and discussed and agreed upon that came in under our budget. The install team, Hayden, Charlie, Max, Jason & Jo completed the install in appalling conditions which didn't dampen their spirits and sense of humour! Great teamwork completed on time to an exceptional standard. As with any install of this size (24 windows & 3 external doors) there were one or two minor issues to rectify. This was done quickly the following week giving us 100% satisfaction once again! Ashley and every member of his team from BT Windows are so very helpful and polite. I cannot thank them all enough for making our new home safe & secure with such quality products. The best part that stands out about BT Windows is that there is zero hard sell or bluster from him, unlike the big installers which, let's be truthful, don't come close on either quality, price or honesty. I cannot recommend them enough for a no fuss quick and clean quote & installation. 👍 Thank you BT Windows!

Various companies approached but BT windows were impressive, friendly and worked to our requirements. Called to advise when installers would arrive, advised what I needed to do in preparation. In asking of electrics lady didn't know but would find out. Called within the hour with details. Max and Jordan arrived bright and early Monday morning, even though the weather was not. Worked efficiently and quietly all day. Old conservatory taken down and new structure up on day one. Watertight by day two. All work completed to a very high standard, lads friendly throughout. Dust sheets for everything inside and hoovered after complete. Asked to measure some further windows, if price is right will definitely ask if these two can be allocated the job. Would definitely recommend BT windows, a family business which are keeping up the standards of the late Mr Thomson himself.

We would like to thank Justin and Joe for the excellent work they carried out in our home. Justin replaced a door several weeks ago by himself and then Justin & Joe came back to replace a window. Their work was brilliant, they are both so kind and thoughtful and so clean at their work. It was a real pleasure having them in our home and we look forward to the next time they are with us replacing more windows. Great workmanship spend 3days fitting seven windows and a door. Very tidy and very clean. Work was to the highest standard.Would use Bryan Thompson windows again

We had Bryan Thompson windows replacement windows and two Solidor doors. We are undergoing a big renovation of our home and we have had a real nightmare with builders and tradesman. We obtained many quotes for the windows and doors but as soon as we came across Ashley and his wife Becca we knew they were the company to use. From my initial enquiry to the finished installation the company have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Warren and Charlie our fitters were exceptional. They worked very carefully took great care in the finishing off and did a first-class job. They were also very nice guys with a lot of experience. You could see they took a great price in their work. Companies like this are very rare. I wouldn’t normally review anything - however, these guys deserve it!

We recently had all of our windows and conservatory roof replaced by Bryan Thompson Windows. The guys (Charlie, Warren, Justin & Joe) did an amazing job. Their attention to detail was excellent. In the first instance it was a breath of fresh air to be given a straightforward quote from Graham without any bluster and time wasting from a salesman "needing to ring his boss". They also sourced and arranged for a company to put reflective foil on the windows whilst they were in the workshop. The gentlemen who fitted the four windows were friendly and professional in equal measure. They made it look easy particularly given the house is old with rendering on the outside walls. The finishing trim and sealing is very neat especially inside the house and everything was left clean and tidy, you wouldn't even know they had been. The new windows look superb and I am really happy with the final result. Definitely good value for money. I would have no hesitation to recommend Bryan Thompson Windows in the future.

From the first minute we contacted Bryan Thompson we were treated with respect, courtesy and civility. They visited our property at our convenience and measured up giving us a quote at the same time with no pressure selling. The fitters came after lockdown and fitted 11 windows 1 composite front door and 1 back door. Very clean, very tidy, polite and efficient. From the moment Graham came and quoted us for our replacement windows and doors to the moment the boys completed the work we were really impressed with Bryan Thompson Windows. Unfortunately for the fitters our fitting days fell on the windiest, wettest and coldest days of this wet and windy winter! Our old windows were extremely difficult to remove so more time than usual had to be spent up a ladder getting colder and wetter and, during the first day , caught in a snow storm! There were no words of complaint, no stopping work and no rushing to get the job done! The windows and door are well made and extremely good value but the best things about the whole experience was the two fitters. We can't express our thanks enough. New windows, doors, garage door and conservatory. Excellent service from start to finish, with high quality products, value for money and a professional, helpful & friendly staff.

Had all new windows and one door, started when they said they would and finished on time. Only problem was two windows upstairs were too heavy to remove so did others and got help on the following morning. Only had two short breaks and about 20 mins for lunch every day, worked all the time. good finish on all the trimming and sealing etc. Have no hesitation in recommending this firm at all. Got a good reputation locally anyway.

I chose this company because they have a good name in this trade, they are local and do not employee subcontractors to complete there installations. We had our whole house fitted with new windows and doors plus a complete new glass roof on our existing conservatory. The installation was completed on time and the date quoted by Charlie & Warren to a very high standard with little mess & disruption, all the old windows & doors where taken away every day until completion. There were a couple of slight problems during the installation, the first problem has been completed and the second one should be finished this coming week commencing 08/07/2019. I have been in constant contact with the owner of the company via email asking numerous questions and changing things while the products have been on order and I must say they have all been completed to our satisfaction and Ashley is very quick in answering my emails, nothing has been to much trouble. So if anyone is thinking of using this company you can be rest assured they are very professional and do a great job, we are very happy we chose them.

We had our old metal framed draft windows replaced and the porch filled in with a new door. We had our 1930's stained glass windows matched - and they were matched perfectly. Max and Joe did a great job and we paid exactly what we were quoted. I would thoroughly recommend Bryan Thompson windows, and we are now living in a warm, quieter house with no gales blowing through the windows.
