We found Silviu via Which Trusted Traders and couldn't be happier. He has been doing some work for us which started earlier this year in the spring, and then there was a pause whilst other work was being completed and then finally Silviu and Pedro completed the works on Friday. Each and every time we called they came on time and when they said they would. They gave advice and guided us on what to acquire and where from - even on things not related to heating etc. ;) We really appreciated their sense of humour and reliability as well as their professionalism and the high standards they work to. We would not hesitate to recommend them. They are essentially our go to people for heating, gas and plumbing works and we would not dream of using anyone else. Highly recommend their services!!

I have only praise for the work done by this company last week. My boiler was serviced with attention to its safety. My water softener was serviced to, this is always difficult to get at, as we have a very heavy ladder to the loft. I was also having some glass fibre insulation added on top of my hot water cylinder, as this is lying on its side. I am very pleased to have found these plumbers, and I will certainly call them when there is some jobs to be done. They were very helpful, also kindly removed their shoes. I cannot praise Silviu enough! He is the nicest guy, very knowledgeable and very professional. We asked him to flush our radiators (11 of them). He offered a good price, arrived on time, communicated everything perfectly, carried out the work with care and attention to detail and even balance the system before leaving. Both his assistants were fantastic and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. Everyone wore protective slippers. They laid plastic down at all work areas and left everything spotless when they left. We could not imagine a better service anywhere. Silviu will be the first person I call for gas & heating services and I would be happy to recommend him highly.

Combi boiler stopped working on Saturday morning. Regular plumber and others could not help for weeks Contacted Silviu and he agreed to come on Monday morning He came at agreed time diagnosed and fixed problem. Completely reliable and friendly and great communication. Price was reasonable. I am very grateful and will use Silviu again
