We had our ancient Potterton boiler replaced and big water tanks removed. Billie, with Ollie turned up on time and set to work on this quite tricky job. Everything was done efficiently and at the end of a long day we had a new boiler working well and all debris cleaned away. They were very nice to have around. We have already booked Bsafe Plumbing and Heating for more plumbing projects.

Billy and Ollie - two very nice guys - helped me with some radiators, resecuring two problematic ones and fitting two new ones. Despite difficult walls and sloping floors, the guys were prepared to improvise and try different solutions until I was happy (I’m fairly demanding when it comes to quality of work), taking time to explain and discuss at each stage. This meant a few visits and some ordering in of extra brackets and feet, which Billy organized for me. I’m very happy with both the results and the service that BSafe gave me, and I will continue to use the company for my plumbing and annual boiler servicing. I’m not exactly sure how their prices compare with other similar firms, but for me it’s worth spending the money and getting high quality plumbing work. Recommended.

Billy came to me well recommended by several people at my church. I telephoned to ask him if he could install a new boiler and flue for me a.s.a.p. He rang back within 45 minutes (!), came two days later to inspect my flat with a view to giving me a quote, which came just two days after that, also giving me seven days to choose from for the installation. He is very efficient, on-the-ball, knows his trade and I took to him right away. I felt I could trust him to do the work, while I went out for the day. I accepted his quote to install a new boiler, flue, thermostatic radiator valves etc. for me. He and his co-worker completed it all in one day, finishing c. an hour and a half ahead of schedule, including giving me tuition on the new boiler, radiator valves, wireless thermostat etc.! He even had a team come to take away the old boiler, and all related items and packaging, to recycle as much of it as possible. They left my flat clean and presentable. Billy is experienced, personable, efficient, trustworthy and patiently answered all my questions throughout the process, as well as after installation, explaining things I wasn't sure of, giving helpful advice and clarifying matters for me. He promptly arranged for a Gas Safety Certificate to be sent to me, and also for a Vaillant 10-Year Warranty, and a 2-Year Vaillant Advance Boiler Protection Kit Guarantee - and all work carried out by him has a 5-Year Warranty. I highly recommend him. Excellent!!

Billy and Ollie did a fantastic job replacing our old boiler and moving a couple of radiators in early March, 2023. They work to a very high standard and we are extremely satisfied with our new boiler and system. Billy and Ollie are polite, considerate and friendly and the job was completed on time and as agreed. What a fabulous find. Billy carried out my annual boiler service, bled the radiators and even checked my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide monitor. New boiler and full central heating install which included 11 radiators, all new copper pipework throughout the house and removal of our old warm air boiler & unvented cylinder. The quality of advice given and standard of work is outstanding and Billy & Ollie are experienced, professional, polite, friendly and trustworthy. Billy and his partner were: efficient, quick, tidy, friendly, helpful I needed a radiator temporarily removed from the wall as will be having it plastered. After contacting Billy he got back to me quickly. He was clear about costs and timings. Both had a lovely nature - were friendly, helpful and kind. Kept the work area tidy and clean. Knew exactly what they were doing, worked efficiently and quickly. They were in and out in a flash! Will definitely use BSafe again.

I had called Billy to do a couple of other jobs in the past, and saw on his website that he also did bathroom refurbishments. I gave him a call and from then on was continually impressed by the professional, but relaxed and friendly service Billy offers. Numerous helpful suggestions and recommendations were given during the design stages, but never any hard sell, or pressure. I chose all the tiles and fittings, and Billy sourced everything for me which was a great help. The old bathroom suite and tiles were all disposed of for me as well. All I had to do was tell Billy what I wanted, and when I wanted it done (he managed to schedule the work while I was away) and that was it. The final result is far, far better than I could have imagined. A truly wonderful bathroom fitted with great attention to detail and no corners cut. Fantastic job.

Billy came and capped off our old gas fire and removed it. From my first email to him to the job being completed I found him and his colleague to be very professional and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in using him again for my gas/plumbing work and would highly recommend him.

Billy & Ollie removed my old combi-boiler & replaced it with a new one. They flushed all of the radiators out & installed a new flue. Very happy with the work, which was carried out as discussed & at the price agreed. Ollie took the time to explain the new system to me & said that I could always phone for advice if I had any more questions. BSafe have done regular work for me and for my daughter at her home for several years now I have always found him reliable and professional in carrying out work on our boilers. When my boiler died just before Christmas, Billy got in touch promptly to offer help. This time I asked him to replace the existing old boiler with a new model and as usual this work was carried out well and to time. In addition to the work itself, communications between the different stages to keep me in the loop worked well too. I will be using Billy and his firm in future for maintenance of the new boiler and have no hesitation in recommending him.

After a botched decoration attempt in lockdown the radiators in the living/kitchen weren’t working and water was generally lukewarm. Billy came round and was really professional. My puppy was really anxious with him here but he kept calm and quiet during the hour. Work was complete in the hour, and expectations were managed at the start in terms of cost. Billy and his colleague did a wonderful job of replacing our old boiler with a combi, with all the new pipework, and removing the old tank in the loft. They were completely respectful of our property and did it all without fuss.
