Billy came to me well recommended by several people at my church. I telephoned to ask him if he could install a new boiler and flue for me a.s.a.p. He rang back within 45 minutes (!), came two days later to inspect my flat with a view to giving me a quote, which came just two days after that, also giving me seven days to choose from for the installation. He is very efficient, on-the-ball, knows his trade and I took to him right away. I felt I could trust him to do the work, while I went out for the day. I accepted his quote to install a new boiler, flue, thermostatic radiator valves etc. for me. He and his co-worker completed it all in one day, finishing c. an hour and a half ahead of schedule, including giving me tuition on the new boiler, radiator valves, wireless thermostat etc.! He even had a team come to take away the old boiler, and all related items and packaging, to recycle as much of it as possible. They left my flat clean and presentable. Billy is experienced, personable, efficient, trustworthy and patiently answered all my questions throughout the process, as well as after installation, explaining things I wasn't sure of, giving helpful advice and clarifying matters for me. He promptly arranged for a Gas Safety Certificate to be sent to me, and also for a Vaillant 10-Year Warranty, and a 2-Year Vaillant Advance Boiler Protection Kit Guarantee - and all work carried out by him has a 5-Year Warranty. I highly recommend him. Excellent!!

Billy and Ollie did a fantastic job replacing our old boiler and moving a couple of radiators in early March, 2023. Billy and his partner were: efficient, quick, tidy, friendly, helpful I needed a radiator temporarily removed from the wall as will be having it plastered. After contacting Billy he got back to me quickly. He was clear about costs and timings. Both had a lovely nature - were friendly, helpful and kind. Kept the work area tidy and clean. Knew exactly what they were doing, worked efficiently and quickly. They were in and out in a flash! Will definitely use BSafe again.

I had called Billy to do a couple of other jobs in the past, and saw on his website that he also did bathroom refurbishments. I gave him a call and from then on was continually impressed by the professional, but relaxed and friendly service Billy offers. Numerous helpful suggestions and recommendations were given during the design stages, but never any hard sell, or pressure. I chose all the tiles and fittings, and Billy sourced everything for me which was a great help. The old bathroom suite and tiles were all disposed of for me as well. All I had to do was tell Billy what I wanted, and when I wanted it done (he managed to schedule the work while I was away) and that was it. The final result is far, far better than I could have imagined. A truly wonderful bathroom fitted with great attention to detail and no corners cut. Fantastic job.

Billy came and capped off our old gas fire and removed it. From my first email to him to the job being completed I found him and his colleague to be very professional and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in using him again for my gas/plumbing work and would highly recommend him.

BSafe have done regular work for me and for my daughter at her home for several years now I have always found him reliable and professional in carrying out work on our boilers. When my boiler died just before Christmas, Billy got in touch promptly to offer help. This time I asked him to replace the existing old boiler with a new model and as usual this work was carried out well and to time. In addition to the work itself, communications between the different stages to keep me in the loop worked well too. After a botched decoration attempt in lockdown the radiators in the living/kitchen weren’t working and water was generally lukewarm. Billy came round and was really professional. My puppy was really anxious with him here but he kept calm and quiet during the hour. Work was complete in the hour, and expectations were managed at the start in terms of cost. Billy is honest, straight forward and did a great job. We had a constantly dripping overflowing pipe from the unvented hot cylinder, Billy did a great job to fix it and gave us advice on hot water usage. He charges fairly and honest, will be my go to trader.

My first impression of Billy when i was introduced to him by a neighbour, was that he came across as honest, and a really nice chap, who was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me through the process of having a gas supply turned on at my property, and managed to fit me in before xmas to get the work done. Bsafe fitted a new boiler and central heating to my home. The work was completed within 2 days, to a satisfactory standard, the original quote i was given for the boiler work came out to be actually £100 less, which was great! Billy installed a new boiler which was carried out within 2 days in a large 7 bedroom house. The central heating was working without any complications whatsoever. My kitchen extension is lovely and exactly what i wanted. Bsafe removed a downstairs toilet to enlarge my kitchen. At the same time i also had a new centralvheating boiler fixed. The project did take a bit longer than predicted mainly duevto some personal issues cropping up that were unforeseen. However Bsafe kept me informed every step of the way making sure that my project was completed as efficiently as possible.

BSafe were recommended to me by a neighbour after 3 years of having a newly fitted boiler that didn't work properly. Billy was prompt in responding to my call, visited when he said he would and explained the problem and solution in a straightforward manner. Not only that - all previous plumbers I had tried wanted to replace my boiler and charge a fortune. Billy explained the problem and advised that replacing sections of piping was needed, together with some other system changes. A much cheaper job! Billy (and Ben) turned up to do the work when promised, worked efficiently and tidily. Didn't even use a coffee cup (although I offered). Work was completed well and I now have a lovely warm house, warmer than I've ever known it. Also nice to receive an invoice - not have a cash-in-hand wheeler-dealer like we find so often these days (a young businessman who pays his way in the world - I like that!). In summary - a reliable, straight forward, honest plumber who gets the job done well. Highly recommended!

Billy and Rich did a great job of moving our boiler from the spare room into the loft. Both were very professional and friendly, explaining everything in detail beforehand and during the job. They also bled the radiators and fitted new thermostats to a high standard. They left the place tidy afterwards. We will definitely give BSafe a call in the future for other plumbing jobs.

Billy came to give us an estimate- he was knowledgeable and thorough and spent time explaining our options. He undertook the installation on the date agreed and for the amount agreed. Billy did a fantastic job. He fitted gas central heating in our flat, including a new boiler, pipes (both internal and external), radiators, and the removal of the old service heaters, all in two days. I had had several other quotes and his was significantly cheaper. I honestly can't see how these more expensive companies could have done a better job as we are really pleased with the quality of Billy's work. He was prompt with email and phone contact, and was at the flat when he said he would be. All in all, I would definitely recommend Billy because, for price and quality, I think he does a fantastic and quick job.

His communication is good, he is responsive and turns up when expected. We needed a very old water tank (heated by a coal fire) removed & replaced with an electric boiler. Billy gave us a free quote & carried out the work quickly. He replaced the tank & removed a lot of old pipework without any hassle. We also asked him to replace the ballcock in the toilet & change a broken tap, which he also did without any fuss. Two months later & everything is still working fine. Very pleased with the work & value for money. We will be using him again. Highly recommended.

After completing on our new home in December last year, the boiler in the property was deemed a hazard and disconnected. My partner was 4 months pregnant with our first child so we needed hot water and warmth asap! Within a day we had a new Valiant boiler installed to the highest standard. It took a while to find a decent gas engineer who had a solution to my gas supply problem. I'm glad I went with B-Safe Plumbing. The work carried out was high quality, fast and efficient. They are now my go to service in the Penge area.

I recently used BSafe to install a new combi-boiler plus associated plumbing work. In the hunt for a plumber, I'd worked my way through a number of traders on the Which trusted traders list, most of whom never returned my call. Billy, by contrast, got back to me quickly and came round the next day to give me a quote (without charge). His quote was very reasonable, and his advice sensible, so I booked him in. He arrived on time on the arranged day and carried out the work quickly, efficiently and tidily (he replaced my boiler, removed my hot water tank and cylinder and installed associated pipe work all within one day, leaving the house in the state in which he found it). I would not hesitate in contacting BSafe again for future plumbing issues.

We chose Billy to install a new combi boiler for us when ours gave up the ghost. He turned up promptly at 8:00 in the morning as promised and worked extremely hard all day until the installation was completed. This involved new pipe work being run around the outside of the house. Billy took the trouble to explain everything he needed to do, including providing options involving the routing of the pipework. I would highly recommend Billy for any boiler installation, he is efficient, reliable and a very decent person.
