We first got this company to look at some brickwork and guttering work but Ben was quick to realise that there was a bigger problem causing the issue and discussed with us what needed to be done. We never felt pushed to carry out unnecessary work as everything was carefully explained and we were always involved in looking at options. Communication throughout was prompt and efficient and the work was really thorough. The team took great care with all the details which made us feel valued as customers and they cleared up after themselves everyday and left everything spotless at the end.

We had work carried out on our house for a new pitched roof, dormer renovation (to include new tiles and insulation), new windows, the loft insulated, the house and garage repainted. All of this work was carried out to the highest of standards by Ben and his team. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they often suggested new ideas and went above and beyond to help out. We would 100% recommend using Ben and have in fact recommended him to friends, who have been in touch with him already! Also a special mention to Steve who also took great care in his work and also suggested new ideas. Ben and his team were courteous and a pleasure to having working on our property. We are planning more works next year and will definitely be using Ben again.

It was a small project where I had a roof tile dislodged. I looked up on 'Which Trusted Traders' and this trader was rated highly and was closest to my house. I ignored the advice Which gives and only got the one quote. He identified that the paint on the verge board was in a poor state and suggested that he repaint this at the same time. He completed the work in one day but came back the next day just to put on a second coat of paint and take down the scaffold tower. I was very satisfied with the result. ( I am 80 years old and there is no way that I would have attempted to do the work. My son was surprised that it didn't cost more).

Ben and his team installed a new tiled extension roof and velux windows for us earlier this year, including the interior plastering and painting. They have done a really good job with an excellent finish and completed the work to the agreed budget. They took great care, including cleaning up every day, and were a pleasure to deal with and to have about the house. Ben provided a lot of advice and is clearly very knowledgeable and was easy to contact, including when I thought I had a problem afterwards (i didn't). I would recommend this firm.

Ben has done an excellent job repairing, insulating, painting and retiling the front of our house. We have had an ongoing problem of water leaking in the front bedroom and Ben was able to identfy and repair the problem that other companies had been unable to. He is very friendly and helpful, and fully explained the work as it progressed. He clearly takes great pride in his work and does a very competent and thorough job. I would definitely use him again.

Skilled tradesmen who inspected/diagnosed/repaired structural roof problem. They also installed new guttering, downpipes, fascia and soffit. Their work was to a high standard and would use them again.

Ben quoted us a good price for the roofing work. Even when it turned out to be a bigger job than he thought, he stuck to the original quote and put the extra hours in. I would recommend him to anyone.

We employed Ben based on his clear level of expertise and the detailed way in which he diagnosed a problem and explained the remedial work required. His quote was also very competitive. He and his team did excellent work to correct water overspill on part of the guttering on our block of flats, and to repoint a wall next to a balcony. This included resetting a loose brick which we had not been aware of and which could have caused damage or serious injury had it fallen. We had only asked for an area around about a dozen bricks to be dealt with, but they did the entire wall at no extra cost, working until darkness had fallen to complete in one day. We're very pleased and would have no hesitation in inviting Ben again to do further work, or to recommend him to friends and family.

Ben is easy to talk to, quick and responsive, and knows his trade very well. He took his time to explain the work required (Various repairs to roof, gutter, window sealant, chimney, etc) and completed the jobs efficiently, on time and to the agreed budget. Will definitely continue to use Ben and his crew. Can highly recommend him!
