This work was a follow up to install additional batteries to our solar system. Ben and his team scoped the full works previously, getting all planning and load bearing measurements in and we were advised accordingly. The quotation was clear and well laid out including the financial terms. Ben also got us an acceptable quotation for the scaffolding which we used. The kit all arrived, and so too Ben and his team and they were tidy, polite and explained what was happening as the install progressed. On completion everything was explained fully and we had comprehensive instructions. I had cause to contact Ben on a query and he got the issue resolved the same day. I would recommend Ben and his company to anyone.

BTP Electrical were outstanding contractors with first rate service from the initial quotation to the finished product . Their quote was very competitive compared to other companies . The paperwork was very informative at the quote stage , as I had no prior experience of solar panels. The work was done on the expected and agreed date. BTP arranged all the ground work for the cabling and access to our cellar . This was done quickly with minimal disruption and the site was left as if nothing had been excavated . The system was explained to us with lots of safety labelling on other bits of our electrical system . We were shown how to use the app, with good after sales service too when I needed to reconfigure the battery charging for the winter period. We are so pleased with our panels and battery, saving so much money . Excellent service from BTP. I would thoroughly recommend them as solar panel installers.

BTP Electrical fitted a solar power system with battery and bird guards. I was very comfortable talking to Ben rather than a flashy suited salesman. He gave straight forward advice about our choices, including honest advice about what we didn't need. He answered all of our many queries, both before and after fitting. Ben installed the system himself, with an able assistant, leaving a very neat finish. It's now been in place for 2 summers and 1 winter, with no problems occurring. We are still even more pleased with it than we had hoped.

I had BTP Electrical, quote and install a solar system with 5kW battery backup. I felt from the first meeting that Ben had the knowledge and experience and as a benefit he was also the person on the roof installing the equipment so understood how it would work physically as must as a system. He explained all of the equipment, advised on options and explained choices for me to choose the right setup. Some companies I have spoken to have sales and installers, dealing with the same person was for me a big positive. The installation was very smooth as Ben and the team installed as if it was going on their own house, so a very high level of finish was achieved. After the installation Ben took time to explain how everything worked, covered the online tracking and the app for control. Since the original installation I have had BTP upgrade the battery to 10kW, upgrade my fuse board, install a charger for my Electric Vehicle along with various other lighting installations, Ben of BTP will always be my first to call for any and all electrical work and I trust BTP Electrical fully.
