Buchanan Property Care

Javan was recommended to us as someone who could fit 7 new doors and deal with the attendant carpentry including fitting new skirting boards in the downstairs hall way and re-hanging the front door. We were able to discuss our requirements with Javan before hand and he liaised with the door suppliers to arrange delivery and on completion of the work he removed all the old unwanted doors together with the rubbish, leaving the house clean and tidy. He was a pleasure to deal with and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. He quoted clearly before the job commenced and all 'add ons' were agreed with us as the work progressed. We paid what we expected to pay, and the work was completed on schedule. He would make great alternative suggestions where the work required. Finally he was very trustworthy and dependable and the quality of his work was very impressive, he went the 'extra mile'.

Javan came at the time arranged and completed the work to the highest standards. He was exceedingly polite, proficient and treated my property with great care. He carried out the work to the highest standards (shaving an internal door and adjusting the door closure). I hope to use Javan again in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough. You can employ him with the confidence that he will undertake the work to the highest standards.
