Following a leak from my washing machine I had to have my entire wood flooring lifted and replaced. It was a huge deal and upheaval for me. I live alone and my sons live quite far away from me and have little help from any close family members. The builders who came out were great. They helped me to move my funiture around (well they moved it all and I directed!) which let them take up the old floor and replace it all. It took them longer to complete the work because of this, but they were careful and really professional when doing this. I saw from the estimate and my final invoice they didn't even charge me for this which I was impressed with and realised that there was no way I could move any of this furniture myself so they just got it done and didn't complain. They left me with a wonderful new floor, which looks amazing now and much easier for my carers to keep clean.

BuildEx renovated my kitchen, bathroom and repainted the rest of the house in December 2024. They were very professional in all aspect. They arrived on time, communicated effectively with me along the entire process. They kept me updated on progress and finished on time. They are very reliable and budget friendly. I would definitely recommend them for all projects (big or small).

I had instructed BuildEx after being refferred to them by a family member. I found them to be very professional, attending 1st to survey the works to be carried out, and ask me various questions as to what I wanted. I was impressed with this since most of the previous builders who attended did not really speak much (or english wasn't their 1st language). The Surveyor wrote out a detailed description of the works, told me when they could start and emailed all this through for me so I could discuss with my family first. They started the works and from the beginning I found the team very professional. They covered my carpets and floor from the front door all the way to my Bathroom which they were working in. The works was completed on time as they had told me and I was impressed with their attitude and work ethic. We had a slight issue with some of the material deliveries but this wasn't really their fault but the supplier I had ordered from, but they still managed to work around this hiccup and finish within the time frame they gave me. Would definitely use them for my Kitchen when we get ready to have this done some time next year!

The work that was done on the house by Build-Ex was excellent. They are very prudent and very reasonable and on time. Build-Ex basically brought back a house that was left debilitated by tenants to a brand new house. They installed a new kitchen, a new boiler and renovated the whole house into an excellent building again. I would recommend Build- Ex a hundred times over. And if anyone is looking for good builders, they can check with Build-Ex before looking any further

We recently had a new kitchen fitted in one of our rental properties. We were very happy with the professionalism and the work standard. They were on site every morning on time, left the property spotless and clean. They met every deadline set which makes it easier to manage tenants expectations.
