Stoyan and his team did a partial renovation of a small ensuite in our house. He came out promptly and offered a fair quote for free. He didn't continuously followup or push for the job which we appreciated. His communication was great. He started and finished the job within the expected timescale, and with minimal disruption to a busy family home. The quality of work is excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use his service again, or to recommend him to friends. Thanks, Stoyan!

I’ve used this Company for a few years now, and for a lot of varying work, large and small. This review is dedicated to the work Stoyan and his team did at my property. The Bathroom was totally replaced, with a Shower, rather than Bath, as the elderly tenant finds it easier, after a very serious operation. Floor and walls had to be levelled, pipe work rerouted , new plastic Stack in place of old metal one. In fact there was so much work to be carried out, it was still completed in about a week and a half. Other work carried out at same time: Loft insulation to floor area and eaves. Bathroom tiled and remainder painted. All relative fittings completed as per instructions. Sliding door rail replaced for new. Other Doors realigned . New Fire door and furniture fitted. A few other minor, but important jobs also carried out. The work was carried out professionally and I was kept informed at all times, of progress, verbally, email, text and photos of progress. The workmen arrived daily, by 8.30am, and stayed well into late afternoon, early evening. Tidied up after each day. There were a few extra materials and work required, that wasn’t in the original quote, but I was always informed of what was required, and price. I would highly recommend this Company, as previous works carried out for me, and this current review, all add up to one very pleased customer.

Stoyan and his team completed a partial bathroom renovation for us, which included a few complicated elements. The process was made easy by Stoyan communicating any issues and options with me in a calm manner as the project went along. The work itself was to a high standard, and was exactly as I had specified. Stoyan kept within budget and I think his prices are really reasonable given the standard of work and care demonstrated. Communications were excellent with this company throughout. Stoyan arrived just a few days after my enquiry to estimate for the work involved and gave a very fair written estimate for bathroom floor renewal, to install a new toilet, and to carry out a few other minor plumbing repairs. Work began on time on the day arranged and after completing the minor repairs, the fitter working on the floor noticed and reported to me a serious structural problem with the joists which would otherwise have gone undetected. Though this resulted in work stopping immediately Stoyan agreed a very reasonable price to terminate the contract. I can highly recommend this company.

I wanted renovate my bathrooms and asked the Stoyan's team to installed new shower with shower cabin, basins ,toilets , to change tiles at walls and floors, electro radiators,lights,mirrors.Also to change sink at kitchen and tiles on the floor . We agreed to the price that looks quite reasonable at today market The job started 2 weeks later than I were expected because the team was busy with another project. That is why I advise you don't make any plan for travelling until your project will finish completely. Because my flat is small only two guys was able to work at the time.They followed my idea's about design and done good job to the agreed schedule.Also the team professionaly advised me a few times about different questions of my renovation. Steve came recommended by our plumber when we discovered that our shower needed waterproofing and retiling. He was incredibly helpful from the start - immediately providing an accurate quote based on photos of the damage, responding promptly to our follow-up questions and graciously allowing us to reschedule at the last minute due to a family emergency on my side. During the work itself Steve and his colleague were always friendly and respectful. They took the time to check that the tiling pattern was what we wanted and cleaned up every day before leaving... in fact, I'm pretty sure they left the carpets in a much better condition than when they found it. They were also happy to do an extra job (putting up a wall cabinet) which we had struggled with. A pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Following a leak, we had to waterproof our roof terrace and retile it. Stoyan did an excellent job and we can only highly recommend his company. Extremely professional, fast execution and great quality.

Steve did a fantastic job mounting extra kitchen cabinets to a plasterboard wall which can be pretty tricky. He was very professional, friendly and polite and used clever solutions to some obstacles. I am happy with the quality of work. Also, when I asked Steve for extra work to help me to fix a bathtub side panel, he was helpful and fixed that very quickly and professionally. We've had numerous building works carried out in our house and Stoyan has to have been the easiest and nicest to deal with by a mile. They installed our new bathroom and were professional, courteous, always available and handled any queries or issues immediately which lead to a very relaxed experience. It always felt as though nothing was too much trouble. Communication from quote through to the end of the project was prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend his company and hope to use them again.

Replaced bathroom and tiled kitchen Job completed quickly and on time Trader very easy to get hold of, very professional, trustworthy and helpful, and always on time. Any slight alterations and small problems that arose were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

The job was to replace a cracked toilet and to repair connection to a corroded, cast iron soil pipe. He was very punctual and courteous, the job turned out to be more difficult than my description. This did not faze Stoyan at all and did a great job working with old and crumbling fixtures and fittings. He charged me a very reasonable price even though it ended up taking a long time. He stayed to make sure I was happy and cleaned up thoroughly. I'd happily recommend him and will definitely use his company again.

We had a lot of work done in a small flat. This included installing and completing a wet room and bathroom, building a wardrobe into a fire breast and various other small jobs... I must say that it's been really nice to have found a builder who one can trust. One that will pick up the phone when you call, consider and discuss various ideas, look for the best option, deliver good work and so importantly stand by his word. I was very happy indeed with the work we had done. Stoyan is obviously someone who wants to work and deliver the best. I highly recommend Stoyan and his crew!! I asked Steven to fit an access panel on my tiled bath panel as we need to investigate a leak. When I originally contacted him via email he got back to me within an hour with a quote and a day when he could do the job. On the actual day he arrived on time and did a great job of cutting out the square through tiles and plywood to put in the hatch. He cleaned up after himself and as it took him less time than he thought he told me that he would be charging less than the original quote. Really happy with the job and would thoroughly recommend Steven.

Steve and his team did an exemplary job decorating in my house. They were punctual, very hard working and very clean. The work came in on budget and time for which I was very grateful. He was recommended by someone I trust and lived up to his reputation. A very good experience which I'll happily repeat.

Stoyan & Iliyan refurbished my bathroom & toilet. The work is great, importantly, but the really great thing about Stoyan wass his calm manner that meant no problem felt insurmountable. In particular, even though he was booked for a specific two weeks, a sheared stopcock meant dealing with the ever helpful Islington council and a delay of 8 days. Stoyan just took it in his stride and simply reorganised his time, with no extra charge or complaining. Iliyan who did a lot of the work, like the tiling, was a pleasure and cheerful, considerate and always cleared up every night. I will definitely use him again.

Stoyan renovated my bathroom, taking out the bath and installing a walk-in shower which involved re-positioning the toilet and washbasin. I am really pleased with the finished result and also the way in which it was carried out. I found Stoyan easy to work with, always very calm and able to come up with solutions to any problems which arose. His team worked hard and conscientiously and were always helpful, courteous and considerate. They left everything tidy and in good order. I first came across Stoyan through an internet search for a handyman. His first job for me was the purchasing of and fitting of external decking. Since then he has undertaken numerous jobs for me in both my previous and current jobs. These include fitting dishwashers, installing a new toilet and bathroom, doing flooring, carpentry on fitted wardrobes, re-fitting doors, checking window locks, installing heated towel rails; installing showers, as well as classic handyman jobs (e.g. bathroom fittings, installing picture hooks, assembling furniture etc). Not only is his workmanship exceptional but so too are his reliability and trustworthiness. I leave my spare keys with him to do the job and he does so while I am at work or away for a few days. He is also extremely reliable in terms of giving a price quote and keeping to it, and getting in touch if he has any queries. His workmanship is absolutely outstanding. Use him!
