After having undertaken a lot of research, I decided to order my Roller Garage Doors from Bulldog Garage Doors. Whilst there was little difference in the price between most companies I looked at, I made my decision based upon wanting to use a company that manufactured in the UK - and the fact that this was a family business. From the moment I made first contact with Bulldog Garage Doors I knew I was dealing with a professional company that put customer service and satisfaction first. Within a few days following my initial call, Jason turned up at my home with a van full of working models. There was no hard selling - and I made the decision to buy after the initial appointment. Just over three weeks following the order, Tony and Lee turned up to fit my new Roller Garage Door. The installers were friendly, professional and worked cleanly - and left me only after ensuring I was happy and understood everything about my new garage door. From start to finish this was such a professional and knowledgeable firm to deal with. Jason came initially and took all the measurements. The quality was so much better than all the others that we looked at, and we are very happy. They even had a demo in the back of the van so you could see what you were getting. The fitters Lee and Tony were friendly, tidy and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Jason came out to survey my requirements for a new electric garage door and I was so impressed that they had 3 working systems in their van.which was so useful for making a choice. Jason was very helpful in making my choice of door type. He gave me a price there and then and i placed the order. I was given a installation date early October buy managed to get it done at the end of August. Tony And Lee who did the installation were very informative,friendly on time and very professional. The installation was completed then explained how to use and maintain. Ive had so many compliments from my neighbours who were clearly impressed. I would recommend Bulldog 100%. At last I`ve got 2 garage doors that look great and work properly. less said about the old ones the better. It was a pleasure discussing the order with Matt and soon agreed what we wanted. An appointment was made and reminder messages were sent to let us know start time. Darren and Tony arrived promptly on the day and got started promptly. It was a very hot day in full sunlight, I thought they may dissolve before finishing, but they did not stop. There were no problems arising on the day and all went well. I am very pleased with the finished job and they look and work just dandy. Bull dog doors were recommended to me by two friends that also had them, and I am happy to say they lived up to their recommendations, so WELL DONE!

Work carried out efficiently, fitters cleared up thoroughly afterwards in spite of finishing in fading light. They also demonstrated the operation of the door and explained to us. The door looks good and works well too.

Gave priority fitting as garage was unsecured after tension cables broke on canopy door. Fitted electric roller door quickly and did not leave any mess. Took away old door and frame. Courteous.

Yesterday I experienced outstanding customer service.I had a problem with my garage door. It wouldn’t close and I was due to leave for work. I followed the troubleshooting page in the instruction manual, but still no joy. I rang Bulldog and was told they would try and get someone out to me within the next couple of hours. I had hardly put the phone down to my boss explaining that I would be late when 2 men from bulldog arrived! Knowing I had to go to work they quickly took the mechanism apart and fixed the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend this company and am so pleased I decided to buy my garage door with a local, reputable company.

Bulldog initially came out quickly to repair our broken roller garage door. When it was discovered the electric motor would need replacing and in view of the age of the whole system we opted for complete replacement of the door. This was carried out within a fortnight and we are very pleased with the new roller door. The cost was reasonable and the job was left clean and tidy and everyone at the company was friendly and professional.

I built a custom-made shed for my motorbike and decided to have an electric garage door put on it. I cannot fault the service from start to finish, they came around to do a free no-obligation survey. As this was not a standard garage door, Bulldog Garage Doors were still happy to accommodate me. I don’t often do reviews but I feel this company deserves one. They are a highly professional company and are not happy unless you are happy. If you are considering having an electric garage door Bulldog garage door is the place to go.
