My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

We had a boiler issue and we reported the error code, the specialist visited us early on Saturday understanding the situation and equipped with all possible solutions for the error code. He resolved the issue and boiler was back to working condition. Also recommended few parts change to avoid the issue in future.

Superb service from Bumblebee. Having issues with hot water and pressure and decided to call. So efficient and professional with the reassurance and everything explained throughout. Had trouble with system since a boiler was fitted by another company. Ross came out and got heating back on. James came today and sorted rest of problems even though the pipe work and radiators are really old. Working well now. They were very pleasant,reassuring and patient. Faultless service provided, would highly recommend! My Mum's boiler stopped working the day before Christmas Eve. Bumblebee responded immediately and had an engineer booked in. The engineer arrived promptly, found the fault, sourced a replacement part and returned the same day to ensure that she was not left without heating or hot water for the Christmas period. Can't thank them enough.

We took out cover with this local company several years ago after moving and finding out the boiler needed replacing Each year they call to service it We have had to call them a couple ifbtines for leaking radiator pipes when then came out on the following day, completed the work within the cover and to their high standards at all times Having the cover means no huge bills Having it with Bumblebee means a monthly low fee giving us peace of mind and reassurance that it will be completed professionally with no worries We cannot recommend them highly enough

Andy was the engineer that came to service our boiler then a few days later returned to replace some radiators at our request. Very clean worker, tided up, you would have guessed anyone had been. Removed all rubbish. Talked me through what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. Great company and great engineers. The lady in the office was very helpful (sorry I forgot her name).

The Engineer Karl removed our ancient boiler and fitted a new Alpha boiler. He was so professional and the job was completed with skill, excellence and dedication to the finished job. Cleaning and hooveringup as he went the finished product was excellent, with all rubbish removed. He was so pleasant and explained the working of the system clearly.
