My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Bumblebee came to sort out three issues and service the boiler yesterday. All work carried out quickly and professionally. Discovered that 2 radiators were not working later in the evening, so called them & they came back today to correct this. Very pleased the the speed & quality of service, will definitely use again.

Rang on Wednesday for a none urgent boiler issue. Appointment made for Friday, arrived at 8:30 all repairs completed and sorted by 9:00. Andy was very polite and professional and explained the issue. Highly recommend Bumblebee maintenance plan.

We had a visit from Andy, who asked about our boiler problem and diagnosed the issue after a short examination. He explained every step and advised us on our course of action. He was extremely polite and courteous at all times. This is obviously a customer-centred company and we will be sure to call them again for any heating issues. Would thoroughly recommend.

The news that our boiler was beyond repair was not easy to take, although it was expected. Karl gave us the bad news a few days previously, and went through the options with us. He told us that it could probably be replaced in a few days and this was confirmed a few hours later. Karl arrived on schedule and within 5 hours the job was complete. All the mess had been cleaned up and other than the new boiler, there was no sign that he had ever been there. He was polite, and informative. Also praise to Vicki in the office, she arranged it all and rang me up on completion to ensure that everything was ok This was the second time I have used Bumblebee and I hope it's the last, although if needed, I won't hesitate to call them again. Bumblebee provided a really good service. On both the initial visit and for the installation the engineer arrived on time. Very helpful information was provided on the first visit. The installation was problem free and completed within the day. No mess and extremely efficient. Having used a large nationwide company in the past this was a much better experience. Used Bumblebee due to recommendation and would highly recommend them myself.

Replacement Underfloor Heating Manifold and Controls

Needed my boiler servicing and I was encountering issues with my underfloor heating, so I contacted Blumblee after good reports on the local FB page. Steve came and serviced the boiler and undertook a survey of the existing underfloor heating system. After some detective work by Steve I recieved a quote and week later Steve and Peter arrived with a new underfloor heating manifold and new control system. Even a last minute technical issue was resolved quickly and without drama. Both Steve and Pete were extremely polite, and worked hard to ensure the works were completed within the day timeframe they had commiitted to. They left the area clean and all the old items removed. In summary a very professional outfit and I would recommend to anyone.

I was So impressed that I have signed up for the service plan. Called and had an appointment the following day. I need a new radiator. The engineer provided a link to a website with the same radiator. I paid next day delivery then called and was given appointment for the following day. I had 2 visits with 2 different engineers. Both were amazing. Friendly and efficient.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Steve arrived within an hour of my initial call. I had a notification of who was calling and when. My boiler was sorted within half an hour. Steve was polite and friendly explaining exactly what the fault was. Just sorry I didn't have chance to make you a cuppa. Will deffo use again and recommend.

Noise from heating recall - no fault & helpful advice

Bumblebee carried out work for us in Oct 25, replacing the boiler and hot water tank. All went well. We’ve recently had noises when the heating has been on and I called them to discuss this on 17 Feb ‘26 They came to take a look on 18 Feb and established that the pre-existing pump was the source and that simply reducing the setting made a big difference to the noise. Andy from Bumblebee was very helpful and friendly and also took a look at other elements of the heating system that could have had an impact. The visit was classed as a recall and no charge made. I’ve found Bumblebee to be very responsive and helpful and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or from recommending to others

Engineer arrived promptly and straight away identified the problem with the radiator. Value replaced within 10 minutes and job done, radiatir workibg as it should be. Engineer was friendly and listened to what the problem was.

Our annual boiler service was completed by Steve. He noticed that our wireless thermostatic control wasn't working. He returned the next day to a fit a new one. Excellent communication from start to finish. Thank you for the prompt service.

My old boiler was playing up and I asked Bumblebee to come round and review my system. Recommended a few options and gave me some quotes to look over. Once i'd decided they booked me in and Peter came to install my new boiler. Great communication, done in a day, clean and tidy work and Peter was excellent and hard working. I've taken up their boiler and heating cover as well. Great work, thanks guys!

We have been with Bumblebee for several years now and they never let us down. We are both in our later years and when I rang them at 7pm last night they fixed the job for the following morning. To my surprise Sam rang me roughly 30 mins later and said as it was so cold he would come and look at the issue there and then. He duly came and fixed the problem. To me that was way beyond the call of duty and he demonstrated the caring nature of the Company to a tee. Thank you so much Sam you were a superstar!
