My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Our boiler failed (no heating or hot water) so bumblebee came out and carried out a temporary repair which we agreed with at no charge to us which kept us going until a replacement could be sourced and fitted. As our boiler was quite old and beyond economical repair we were offered three options by Ross, once we had chosen the option best for us the boiler was ordered and fitted that weekend. In summary the service was friendly from both office staff, Ross and his engineers. We are very satisfied with the work that has been carried out.

Been using Bumblebee for years for all sorts of things and when I called to book my annual boiler service I had a chat about the monthly maintenance scheme, was easy as to set up, all over the phone, and a date within a week. As ever I had a txt to say Andy was on his way, he was punctual, courteous and helpful as ever- despite having to clamber over things to get to some of the radiators. Love the staff and service from Bumblebee, shame more trades are not as conscientious.

We've been delighted with our gas boiler installation from Bumblebee. From a reasonably priced quote with two options, to booking a date within two weeks, the initial communication was excellent. On the day, Peter and Karl fitted the boiler in a professional and friendly manner, leaving our house clean and tidy. Our new boiler is excellent. Thank you Bumblebee.

Had hot water but no heating. Ross arrived on time and very quickly found the problem was the thermostat not working. Luckily he had one on the van, he synched it with the boiler and then gave me a quick lesson on how to use it. All done within budget he initially mentioned. Very impressed with the service and therefore have signed up for a maintenance agreement for the future.

As always timely reminder for our boiler service. Andy Heal carried out the service and commented on the system being noisy. Diagnosed a fault on the pump, organised a replacement and was fitted today. Bumblebee are without doubt are one of the best companies we have dealt with. From Vicky in the office, to the engineers, especially Andy, they are polite, punctual and most of all efficient at their jobs. Would highly recommend this company.
