My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Can’t fault Bumblebee. We have used them for several years and now have an annual maintenance contract with them. We had a minor issue this week following a regular boiler maintenance visit. An appointment was made promptly and our Engineer Andy arrived on time, understood the problem quickly and rectified it. All the team we have dealt with, office and engineering, have demonstrated a good knowledge of our heating system, been friendly and professional and spot on with communication. Thank you! I've used Bumblebee on and off for years now for my boiler. In the past I had a minor issue regarding a seal not being replaced at the service on a 2 yearly basis as recommendation by the manufacturer. This was all sorted so I'm now aware to specifically ask for the seal as an additional part now it's not under manufacturer warranty. This time the expansion channel had water in it so was emptied as part of the service. Andy was experienced with the boiler I had so easily got the front off to do the service and he genuinely seems to enjoy his job plus meeting customers.

Another year gone in the blink of an eye. As always, the super reliable and competent team at Bumblebee contacting via phone and email to get it booked in. 1 email, 1 return phone call booked just 3 days later at my preference. Engineer message on way and a very pleasant young man too. Simple, swift, reliable and relatable too. As always with Bumblebee, fantastic response to our leaking radiator and water overflow issue. Sam arrived on time and tackled the repairs extremely efficiently. Left the bathroom looking like there had never been a problem. At a time when so many companies seem to believe that potential customers are a nuisance, here is one that gives them what they need when they need it. From initial enquiry, to completion of the installation of our A/C system, we have been hugely impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Bumblebee. They were always punctual, rare as hens’ teeth nowadays, and worked incredibly hard during the June heatwave to get us up and running. You may get slightly cheaper quotes elsewhere but they are usually cheaper for a reason. We cannot recommend Bumblebee too highly.

There was some problem with one type of boilers. Bumblebee informed me about this and asked me to book a service engineer to check if the boiler is okey. They helped me to book the service engineer to come to check. Sam, the engineer, came on time and did thorough check up and inspection at the same time. He was very nice, polite. Did his work very efficiently. Informed me about receiving Certificate by email which I have. Bumblebee always inform me when servicing is due. Customer service service assistants are available to advise and help. If I have a problem with a boiler or heating they help to sort out a.s.a.p Being a senior citizen I am on their priority list which is very important and comforting for me. I appreciate their support. And my many thanks to everyone working for Bumblebee. Thanks again. 👍
