My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Andy from Bumblebee came today and was excellent. I threw half a dozen problems and queries his way and he solved them all with little effort, a smile and reassuring professionalism. Genuinely excellent service and will be using Bumblebee going forwards without hesitation. Surprisingly good pricing too!

Thank you so much to Bumble Bee for the unbelievable service they provided to get my boiler up and running. Steve the engineer turned up and got to the bottom of the problem and informed me that a new part was needed, so he would have to order it in and we would be without heating and hot water overnight, which wasn’t a problem. Not long after Steve had left we received a phone call saying Steve had managed to put his hands on the part that was needed to get our boiler working again. Steve came back an hour later and we had heating and hot water . So once again thank you so much to the Bumble Bee team for going that extra mile to help us out. I have been with Bumble Bee for 2 years now and would highly recommend them . Thank you again 🙏

Can’t fault the first class service provided
Karl and Andy came out to fix my boiler. We were kept informed of any updates re the new parts etc and they did their upmost to keep us ‘up and running’ until the parts arrived. First class service, five stars and would recommend to family and friends. Thankyou to all at Bumble bee 🤗

I contacted Bumblebee first thing Monday morning to arrange one of their heating engineers and asked them to contact our tenants who had been experiencing heating problems at the property. They got onto it right away, booked the appointment, turned up exactly when they said they would and fix the property without fuss and at a very decent price. Can’t ask for more. Super professional, super service.

A leaking boiler resulted in Bumblebee being phoned yesterday. An appointment within 24 hours was arranged. The engineer messaged that he was on his way. On arrival he quickly identified the problem, carried out the repair and tested the system. Punctual, professional and polite throughout the appointment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee.

Steve attended our house. This was to correct a water leak. He arrived as arranged and carried out the work efficiently and tidily. This work was carried out under our annual maintenance contract.

Karl came this morning & reinstalled the radiators plus gas boiler service. Worked well by himself. Was prompt & well mannered. Now awaiting final new radiator to be fitted. I will use Bumblebee again.

Bumblebee has been our choice for gas and heating services for nine years now. To be honest, I have been pretty satisfied overall with most of the engineers who have attended and the work that has been done. However, today was a bit different because I was having a pressure guage issue and since I was due a service we where able to do the service and fix the pressure issue as well. Sam Naughton attended, and I simply could not have asked for a better engineer or a better result. Due to past bad experiences with tradespeople, I have learned to ask questions in an attempt to have a basic working knowledge of our boiler. This prevents someone who has little scruples taking advantage again. Sam was patient and explained exactly what the problem was, and explained step by step what he had done to fix it. He left everything in very good condition and left no mess. He was so conscientious. I was so pleased that everything could be done today and did not require another call out. Thank you Sam and thank you Bumblebee! We will be continuing our custom with you hopefully long into the future.

Very communicative and responsive throughout. Ross came and surveyed within a couple of days of my initial enquiry. Always a good sign when you ask a question and told "currently don't know the answer to that but I'll find out and get back to you". Quotes for installations by 2 different equipment suppliers returned quickly and very good value. Install wasn't straightforward due to pipe runs but Bumblebee worked through the issues efficiently and kept me informed. Tidied up at end of each day. Had used them for plumbing jobs earlier in year and will happily use them again and recommend.

I got the phone call last Thursday that my service was coming up for due. My lad was off work that day so they shuffled a bit round to get it serviced that same day, boiler serviced, book stamped and no trace of them being there. Top notch local service.

Excellent service from a highly professional team who came to fit a new central heating boiler. They were courteous, helpful, punctual and didn't leave a mess. One radiator failed to work after they had finished. The problem was resolved swiftly by Karl, who led the team in fitting the boiler. I would certainly recommend this company. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Got a reminder phone call from Vicky to book in a service. On the day of the service Got a text to say the engineer was on their way. Annual maintenance service completed today, thank you James. From the call from Vicky to book the appointment through to the actual service, everyone is always so friendly, helpful and professional. Bumblebee initially installed the boiler and heating system a few years ago and have completed boiler maintenance service each year. So impressed with the company, two other family members have since had new boilers installed by Bumblebee with annual service agreements in place.

Absolutely fantastic service from Bumblebee! From the moment they called to let me know it was due and booked me, everything was handled smoothly and at a time that suited me. I even received a text about half an hour before arrival, which was really helpful. James carried out the service—he was friendly, professional, and very informative. He reassured me that everything was running well and took the time to explain things clearly. He also left everything clean and tidy before he left, which I really appreciated.
