This is the first time I have used Bumblebee and I am very happy with communication and the boiler servicing. It was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Price is very reasonable and would recommend.

Had our boiler under service contract with Bumblebee for years and been very happy. When we moved into a new house with a gas fire I asked if they could come and service that as well. Booked in swiftly and the engineer (Sam) who came was helpful and efficient.

As always with Bumblebee, fantastic response to our leaking radiator and water overflow issue. Sam arrived on time and tackled the repairs extremely efficiently. Left the bathroom looking like there had never been a problem. Bumblebee took advantage of the call-out and Sam completed the boiler annual service whilst he was with us Cannot recommend Bumblebee highly enough for the services they provide

Used this company for a new boiler nearly 5 years ago. The one they suggested has worked brilliantly since then. Now have it serviced annually. They arrived today promptly. Serviced the boiler. Very friendly and efficient guys. Very happy with service. Would highly recommend them.

At a time when so many companies seem to believe that potential customers are a nuisance, here is one that gives them what they need when they need it. From initial enquiry, to completion of the installation of our A/C system, we have been hugely impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Bumblebee. They were always punctual, rare as hens’ teeth nowadays, and worked incredibly hard during the June heatwave to get us up and running. You may get slightly cheaper quotes elsewhere but they are usually cheaper for a reason. We cannot recommend Bumblebee too highly.

There was some problem with one type of boilers. Bumblebee informed me about this and asked me to book a service engineer to check if the boiler is okey. They helped me to book the service engineer to come to check. Sam, the engineer, came on time and did thorough check up and inspection at the same time. He was very nice, polite. Did his work very efficiently. Informed me about receiving Certificate by email which I have. Bumblebee always inform me when servicing is due. Customer service service assistants are available to advise and help. If I have a problem with a boiler or heating they help to sort out a.s.a.p Being a senior citizen I am on their priority list which is very important and comforting for me. I appreciate their support. And my many thanks to everyone working for Bumblebee. Thanks again. 👍

Having used Bumblebee a few times for radiator renewal and annual boiler maintenance- they were the first ones to know when my 14 year old boiler sprung a leak. They attended quickly and soon had it diagnosed as a faulty plastic part. Being an engineer I decided I would prefer the boiler to be renewed than go through the cold torturous death of a modern boiler that is coming to the end of its life cycle. A new modern boiler was quickly sourced and Andy was booked in to fit it. On the day he arrived early doors and soon had the gas turned off, electric isolated and as the heating system drained down after a fight with the ‘stop cock’. Andy was very courteous and respectful of the house, explaining what he was doing and letting us know he was going upstairs etc - his work-boots always left at doorways. His movements strictly monitored by a ‘sausage dog’ that can be vocal. The old boiler removed, Andy opened up the new boiler and showed the internals of a modern boiler being less complicated than its predecessor. With pipework modified and external flue fitted it was soon fitted to the wall and being commissioned. Andy ensured that all radiators were hot, and taps working and hot water supply nice and hot for kitchen and bathrooms. We then had ‘man talk’ and he explained the ‘top up procedure’ for the heating system, and had the ceremonial hand over of the boiler instruction book and certificate. Very professional and great job done as expected from Bumblebee.

I have had a maintenance contract with Bumblebee, for my central heating boiler for some years now and they are always prompt, friendly and effecient. The night before I was due to go away for 1 week the boiler started leaking quite badly so I rang the emergency contact number. The engineer talked me through the process to turn the system off while I was away which stopped the leak temporarily. He then made an appointment for an engineer to visit me the day after I got home. The problem was quickly fixed and the system is working again.

We wanted to relocate our washing machine to upstairs. This is an unusual and uncommon request in the UK, especially given space in our home. Bumblebee problem solved very well and identified a working solution for us including a saniflo system for our waste. All installed ans problems on the job solved really swiftly. Would recommend bumblebee highly. Used them a number of times over the years and they always do a good job for us.

Thanks to Sam and the team at Bumblebee for an outstanding service. Bumblebee arrived on time having received a text notification. Sam provided me with some expert advice before servicing my boiler. The work was carried out in a professional manner and on completion the area was cleaned up and left tidy. I would highly recommend Bumblebee to friends and family.

Thank you so much to Bumble Bee for the unbelievable service they provided to get my boiler up and running. Steve the engineer turned up and got to the bottom of the problem and informed me that a new part was needed, so he would have to order it in and we would be without heating and hot water overnight, which wasn’t a problem. Not long after Steve had left we received a phone call saying Steve had managed to put his hands on the part that was needed to get our boiler working again. Steve came back an hour later and we had heating and hot water . So once again thank you so much to the Bumble Bee team for going that extra mile to help us out. I have been with Bumble Bee for 2 years now and would highly recommend them . Thank you again 🙏

Excellent service. Phone answered immediately. Engineer called on time. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Provided full explanation of what the problem was and how it had been resolved.

Annual service carried out by S Noughton. Always polite. Good communication with the Company. One Company where you can actually talk to a person, enabling any queries to be resolved quickly. Receives an extra star for this for me.

Technician was punctual, friendly and very helpful. He explained what to do if the same problem happens again. Extremely impressed.

Karl and Andy came out to fix my boiler. We were kept informed of any updates re the new parts etc and they did their upmost to keep us ‘up and running’ until the parts arrived. First class service, five stars and would recommend to family and friends. Thankyou to all at Bumble bee 🤗

I contacted Bumblebee first thing Monday morning to arrange one of their heating engineers and asked them to contact our tenants who had been experiencing heating problems at the property. They got onto it right away, booked the appointment, turned up exactly when they said they would and fix the property without fuss and at a very decent price. Can’t ask for more. Super professional, super service.

A leaking boiler resulted in Bumblebee being phoned yesterday. An appointment within 24 hours was arranged. The engineer messaged that he was on his way. On arrival he quickly identified the problem, carried out the repair and tested the system. Punctual, professional and polite throughout the appointment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee.

Steve attended our house. This was to correct a water leak. He arrived as arranged and carried out the work efficiently and tidily. This work was carried out under our annual maintenance contract.
