My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

First off I have used Bumblebee for a number of years and different properties as we moved. They were passed in to me by world of mouth and they are excellent. We had a boiler playing up and knew it needed replacing when we moved in 12 months ago. Worth noting that Bumblebee had already done work in replacing my old rads when I moved in. From the quote and explaining what was best and suit my needs from Ross, to Alex working from the moment he arrived till he left. I had to force him to have a coffee :-) to post care where I had a layman’s concern/question but the team, steve their ops manager and Vicky in the office, were prompt in reply and even came back to explain and reassure. I don’t go anywhere else and I don’t ask for multiple quotes and I know you get what you pay for nowadays and bumblebee deliver. I now have a the ability for the big boss to finally have water hot enough to soak in a bath so I am also in the good books thanks to BB Also signed up to their service so the boiler will probably outlast me now with the extended warranty

Was looking to get my boiler serviced after neglecting it for a few years! 🙄 Absolutely fantastic service from the minute I phoned - courteous, informative, and reassuring making me an appt the week after. On the day informed me when on their way - Paul was prompt and thorough in his work and I am delighted my boiler is ready for the winter ahead. Thank you once again Bumblebee and I won’t hesitate in recommending your great service.

Had experienced heating controls problems and needed a new programmer. Steve diagnosed the problem then James arrived to fit the new timer once it arrived. James fitted the new programmer checked everything was working OK then explained how the new timer worked and left us the instructions so we could alter the default settings at our leisure. Received a message to say when James was arriving: he was prompt, clean, professional and extremely courteous. 5* Bumblebee once again!

Second Annual Service

Once again Bumblebee Heating give great service. Simple message in good time to book appointment. Confirmed by text and email. Message from engineer when on way. Polite, professional and communicated everything completed and also that next years service will have additional elements as the heating reaches 3 yrs old. Couldn’t ask for anything more, remain really impressed with the team from start to finish. Heartily recommend

I was very happy with bumblebee it was my first time service on my boiler .They explained everything that they done and were very pleasant and I would recommend bumblebee .

Installed new combi boiler system with Hive controls

From first quote to aftercare, we could not be more impressed with how Bumblebee looked after us. Ross patiently answered all our queries and ran through all our multiple options before we agreed what we would like installing. Peter, Andy and Jack arrived as planned and were helpful, friendly, professional and conscientious throughout the two days they worked. They looked after our house and regularly cleaned and hoovered as they worked. Everything was completed as planned and to a high standard. We received a follow up call a few days later and I explained I had a few queries on how to best operate the Hive. Steve visited the following day, answered all my questions and added a few more tips. Bumblebee will be our first call if we need any further work doing.

The owner of Bumblebee , Ross Coen and his engineers are knowledgeable and experienced and it is easy to see how this company has been recognised as a Which Trusted Trader. When giving my wife and I a quote the advice Ross gave was helpful and clear and we soon understood why friends of ours who had had new boilers fitted by Bumblebee in the past year had recommended them so highly. Their engineer who fitted our boiler was very professional and courteous as was one of his colleagues. Bumblebee is excellent and highly recommended.

excellent service from start to finish called them up and had a quick chat and they sent someone round he was fantastic and explained our options booked to install about 10 days later and they turned up on time and was done in about 5 hours really nice chap who did the work and only left when we were happy cleaned up as well and you wouldnt have know he had been really pleased we had been recommended Bumblebee from a few people and they did not disappoint
