My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

I got the phone call last Thursday that my service was coming up for due. My lad was off work that day so they shuffled a bit round to get it serviced that same day, boiler serviced, book stamped and no trace of them being there. Top notch local service.

Fantastic service from start to finish ,had a few problems with my old boiler recently ,James was very professional and reliable,unfortunately had to get a new boiler which bumblebee was very good in price ,quote were sent the next day by Vicky (thank you ) new boiler was fitted by Andy who was very professional thank you bumblebee.

Excellent service from a highly professional team who came to fit a new central heating boiler. They were courteous, helpful, punctual and didn't leave a mess. One radiator failed to work after they had finished. The problem was resolved swiftly by Karl, who led the team in fitting the boiler. I would certainly recommend this company. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Annual maintenance service completed today, thank you James. From the call from Vicky to book the appointment through to the actual service, everyone is always so friendly, helpful and professional. Bumblebee initially installed the boiler and heating system a few years ago and have completed boiler maintenance service each year. So impressed with the company, two other family members have since had new boilers installed by Bumblebee with annual service agreements in place.

Absolutely fantastic service from Bumblebee! From the moment they called to let me know it was due and booked me, everything was handled smoothly and at a time that suited me. I even received a text about half an hour before arrival, which was really helpful. James carried out the service—he was friendly, professional, and very informative. He reassured me that everything was running well and took the time to explain things clearly. He also left everything clean and tidy before he left, which I really appreciated. I’m on their monthly payment plan, which gives me real peace of mind—especially with a young family. Highly recommend Bumblebee for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy boiler servicing!

We recently engaged Bumblebee to quote for a couple of jobs we required. We did ask 2 other companies to quote but they said they only did full installations!! Bumblebee were recommended by my son, who had used them recently!! ( word of mouth is invaluable!!) Andy rang us to arrange a time to suit ourselves to quote, bang on time!! We needed a radiator replacing in our bathroom and the mixer/ filter tap replacing in our kitchen! The quote was accepted, quite reasonable we thought!! Andy turned up on time to commence the work, very friendly and very professional!! We supplied the radiator and valves but unfortunately the fittings were incorrect; no dramas, as Andy had a couple handy, ‘ just in case!!’ A slight adaptation to the kitchen plumbing and again no problem!!! No Leaks and no issues!! Fantastic service from a local company, highly recommended!!

I’m a landlord with two properties on monthly plans. I asked Bumblebee to do their annual inspection following a changeover of tenants. Whilst there, the engineer identified a problem with the boiler, ordered the parts and fitted them well within my expectations. It is comforting for me to know, as a landlord, that Bumblebee take pride in their work which means that they will always look after your tenants, thereby taking the pressure off you as a landlord. I was particularly pleased with Andy, the engineer who came out to the property for his professional appearance, cheerful character, and expert knowledge which really instilled me, as a customer, with so much confidence. Keep up the good work.

Anyoneof these guys come from Bumblebee you always get a really good service. All of them are really knowledgeable. I've had my annual boiler service done today and he's back tomorrow to repair some parts. I thought it was the radiator leaking and he confirmed it's part of the boiler! Just to go show you how important these annual services are. I've been really happy with Bumblebee and it's worth the less than £20 a month of a boiler cover! I have recommended Bumblebee to everybody. I know some of my friends and family are paying others £39 a month for boiler cover. I would highly recommend them.

We had a problem with our central heating system. I called Bumblebee at 9:00 hrs and they were at my home by 11:00. The problem was apparently hard to locate but Andy and Peter were extremely diligent and were able to get the problem fixed. I can’t speak highly enough of the service they provided. They kept me up to date with progress and explained the problems and what they did to make the repair. We have used Bumblebee several times in the past and the service has been first class on every occasion. I would unreservedly recommend Bumblebee to others.

Fabulous, friendly service, as always. The fitter was on time and quick to cap off the supply to our old gas fire. I thought that was all he would do but he also took away the old one and cleaned up an old bird's nest from the base of the chimney. Also gave me advice, when I asked, on how to cut skirting boards in situ. Great bloke and bargain price for the job.

Bumblebee came to sort out three issues and service the boiler yesterday. All work carried out quickly and professionally. Discovered that 2 radiators were not working later in the evening, so called them & they came back today to correct this. Very pleased the the speed & quality of service, will definitely use again.

Rang on Wednesday for a none urgent boiler issue. Appointment made for Friday, arrived at 8:30 all repairs completed and sorted by 9:00. Andy was very polite and professional and explained the issue. Highly recommend Bumblebee maintenance plan.

We had a visit from Andy, who asked about our boiler problem and diagnosed the issue after a short examination. He explained every step and advised us on our course of action. The news that our boiler was beyond repair was not easy to take, although it was expected. Karl gave us the bad news a few days previously, and went through the options with us. He told us that it could probably be replaced in a few days and this was confirmed a few hours later. Karl arrived on schedule and within 5 hours the job was complete. All the mess had been cleaned up and other than the new boiler, there was no sign that he had ever been there. He was polite, and informative. Also praise to Vicki in the office, she arranged it all and rang me up on completion to ensure that everything was ok This was the second time I have used Bumblebee and I hope it's the last, although if needed, I won't hesitate to call them again. The installation was problem free and completed within the day. No mess and extremely efficient. Having used a large nationwide company in the past this was a much better experience. Used Bumblebee due to recommendation and would highly recommend them myself.

Replacement Underfloor Heating Manifold and Controls

Needed my boiler servicing and I was encountering issues with my underfloor heating, so I contacted Blumblee after good reports on the local FB page. Steve came and serviced the boiler and undertook a survey of the existing underfloor heating system. After some detective work by Steve I recieved a quote and week later Steve and Peter arrived with a new underfloor heating manifold and new control system. Even a last minute technical issue was resolved quickly and without drama. Both Steve and Pete were extremely polite, and worked hard to ensure the works were completed within the day timeframe they had commiitted to. They left the area clean and all the old items removed. In summary a very professional outfit and I would recommend to anyone.
