My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Brilliant service. Andy the owner, personally visited my property, a 7-bedroom HMO, to diagnose why the hot water had stopped working and successfully resolved the issue. By way of background, British Gas and five or six other plumbing companies were unable to identify the cause of the problem. Andy took the time to thoroughly investigate, staying on-site until he fully understood the issue and found the solution. I'm so impressed with the service that Bumblebee will now be my first and only call for any future plumbing work. Highly recommended.

The engineer, Ross, arrived within the slot arranged. He was polite and straightaway gave me confidence in his knowledge and ability. He explained everything he was doing and also said he would try to find a part needed that is now obsolete. I received a follow up call from him to say he couldn't source the part and he also sent me quotes for a new boiler.

Andy arrived within the specified time and was brilliant. Polite and considerate and went over everything. Workmanship was superb. Tidied everything and took the rubbish away. I’m very pleased with the service I received. The Bumblebee worker was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite throughout the boiler check. He explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had and carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. I have just had Bumblebee fit Aircon to the house . Took the plunge after our heatwaves. From coming out to give advice and quote to actually fitting the system it was seamless. What a team!!! They are professional knowledgeable and deliver excellent customer service . A big shout out and thank you to Peter who was with us for the two days it took to fit.and Andy a day. I hardly knew they were there. Always friendly ready to answer my questions at any time. My home was left clean and tidy . The system is perfect and running well. I am over the moon and ready for a heatwave 🤔. So if anyone is thinking of Aircon I can highly recommend these guys. I will be using them again for my boiler and Aircon services. It’s 5 stars from us.

Can’t fault Bumblebee. We have used them for several years and now have an annual maintenance contract with them. We had a minor issue this week following a regular boiler maintenance visit. An appointment was made promptly and our Engineer Andy arrived on time, understood the problem quickly and rectified it. All the team we have dealt with, office and engineering, have demonstrated a good knowledge of our heating system, been friendly and professional and spot on with communication. Thank you! I've used Bumblebee on and off for years now for my boiler. In the past I had a minor issue regarding a seal not being replaced at the service on a 2 yearly basis as recommendation by the manufacturer. This was all sorted so I'm now aware to specifically ask for the seal as an additional part now it's not under manufacturer warranty. This time the expansion channel had water in it so was emptied as part of the service. Andy was experienced with the boiler I had so easily got the front off to do the service and he genuinely seems to enjoy his job plus meeting customers.

Another year gone in the blink of an eye. As always, the super reliable and competent team at Bumblebee contacting via phone and email to get it booked in. 1 email, 1 return phone call booked just 3 days later at my preference. Engineer message on way and a very pleasant young man too. Simple, swift, reliable and relatable too. Highly recommended and tell anyone with gas, heating, plumbing challenges to give them a call they really are very good at what they do.
