My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

I would recommend bumblebee to anyone and everyone. Their boiler care is brilliant and they always come out as soon as possible to any problems and fix them there and then if they can. Very friendly and reliable tradesmen. Can't fault them.

We needed a fast response to a plumbing pipework repair following a leak detection that had been identified by another contractor as the contractor was not allowed to undertake this particular repair. As Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating also service our boiler, they were the obvious first choice for us & they did not disappoint. They came out within the hour, fixed the small repair needed, restoring the pipework to perfection & undertook the work without any fuss or bother. Bumblebee are very efficient, knowledgeable & courteous. They are also competitively priced & we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone - can't recommend them highly enough. If you want a proper job doing, then they're the guys for you. Thank you again Bumblebee for a job well done!

Great experience from initial contact to installation. The quote given was the price paid. Needed to replace an old boiler and possibly another radiator but didn't want any decorating mess. Ross suggested a double radiator, so no mess. Got a text to say they were on their way. Pete, Andy and Jack were brilliant, hard working and putting me completely at ease. So polite throughout and no mess. They also do a great service plan.

I had a new combi Boiler installed in a different place to the old one. The team were very professional, clean and tidy. All carpets were covered. Tanks were removed. We are very pleased with the job and have no hesitation In recommending them. Thank you Bumblebee.

Bumblebee provide a great service. From the young lady in the office to the service engineers that carry out the work, they all have enthusiasm for customer satisfaction and want the customer to have heat, hot water and no leaking pipes. Its a breath of fresh air to come across a company with such positive outlook on life and far better than dealing with the big boys who just want your money and provide no service. Ten out of ten and highly recommended from changing radiators, annual service and breakdowns.

Had a replacement combi Boiler fitted by Bumblebee. Received very good and clear advice from Steve on the initial quotation. Very good communication throughout with the cheerful and helpful Vicky. The installation by Peter and Jack was both rapid and very clean and tidy. Went for an Intergas boiler and very pleased with it. I can honestly say that our heating and hot water has never been better in our forty years at this house. I signed up for the very good value care plan. Thank you Bumblebee, you fully deserve the many amazing reviews you receive, you have a loyal new customer and I will recommend you without hesitation.

Three compression connections to boiler are leaking droplets. Engineer came to fix but insist only one is leaking. Tighten it then fine. However, the other two locations I pointed out now are still leaking. Need to call again to make appointment to fix again.

Sometimes leaks can be hard to find, I believe this is now all sorted. Unfortunately not all issues can be rectified first time, but we will always come back and solve any issues

Our project consisted of removing the back boiler and fire and replacing with a new combi boiler in a new location. Other work included re-routing of gas pipes, a new radiator, new Hive valves to all the radiators, and removal and disposal of old tanks and pipes. From initial site survey we were given a detailed scope of works, costs, and time scales, which were kept to throughout the works. The installation engineers placed protective coverings on carpets and furniture in all work areas and kept us updated on progress, and all waste was removed at the end of each day. All the team were friendly and polite, and despite the extent of the work required, it still made the experience as good as it could be. We couldn't fault any part of the whole experience and would happily recommend Bumblebee.

This is the second time we have used Bumblebee. Once again it was a professional job from the initial quote to the confirmation note of when they would arrive to the installation and careful commissioning of a new boiler. Even the brickwork at the flue exhaust was carefully matched to our house. Great standard of work and an excellent team of people. It was a pleasure dealing with Bumblebee.

The engineer came out to give me a quote and even did a little fix on my boiler (added more pressure) while he was there. New radiator fitted and boiler serviced. The engineer and staff on the phone were lovely. I will use them again and have recommended to family members.

Our boiler failed. Quick assessment and gave me options about repairing or replacing our gas boiler. Work, to replace the boiler, was done professionally and we are delighted with our new boiler. Site left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. Clear advice on how to use the new boiler. Really impressed. We use this company for all heating issues and they have never let us down

Can't fault them. From the speed of response to my enquiry. The turn around on attending and the communication all the way through. James the engineer who carried out my work was spot on, explained everything, told me were I can do work myself to cut cost and what he was doing. And left the work areas spotless. I have now had a service contract with Bumblebee for about 3 years and has an unvented water cylinder fitted by them also. On a couple of occasions, faults have been detected on my aging boiler and efficiently rectified. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee.

Great service, prompt and polite and very professional. Having dealt with British Gas in the past, the service from Bumblebee feels so much more personal and warm that is never forced or scripted. I has my boiler fitted by them 15 months ago and it was a brilliant job completed by the engineer. He was every bit at professional as the latest engineer who serviced the boiler.
