My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Would just like to thank Mark for fixing our boiler. Arrived on time, was respectful and courteous, it took quite a long time to fix but he persevered and was very patient as was not an easy task. Well done Mark. Highly recommend him and the company.

A heating engineer was onsite within twenty four hours of our call, he identified the fault on our combi-boiler and fixed with a spare part from his van all in an hour. Faultless service.

Just had a new boiler fitted today. Competitive price quoted. Felt safe in the knowledge they knew what they were talking about, after receiving several quotes felt they were the best equipped to deliver a good job. Very happy with the job done and the workmen did a great job. I am also going to take them up on their service plan which is very good value for money

We contacted BumbleBee as our heat pump had stopped working and we were without heat in our radiators. They sent James out within a couple of days and he got the problem sorted without any issues. We are very impressed by the service provided by James and the company. We had a text message to say when James was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave a quote. Admittedly, my initial thought was the company were going to be very expensive to use, given how professional looking they are online and seeing the vans driving around - but I've been proven wrong. The price was excellent and the work is top notch! Honestly can't recommend this company enough! Thank you to James too for the professional service!

Just had our old system boiler swapped out for a new combi and six radiators changed by the Bumblebee team. From survey to quote and installation every member of the team was courteous, professional and represented the organisation well. Lots of communication on progress and booking the dates for installation. Installation team were all very neat, tidy, polite and courteous. Arrived when they said and kept work areas clean and tidy as they went. A job very well done and would definitely recommend the Bumblebee team to anyone looking to have similar works completed.

Been using Bumblebee for over three years now and so far they have been the best gas maintenance company I have ever used. This includes boiler installation at a very reasonable price and thorough maintenance service. They are always polite, on time and clean up after themselves.

This was a call out under our Bumblebee contract. As ever the engineer (in this case Paul Brown) was totally efficient. He spotted the issue straight away and fixed the boiler within minutes. He was really friendly and we had a good laugh with him! I would strongly recommend Bumblebee. We had the boiler installed by them two years ago and also took out the contract at the same time. They have never let us down and are very quick to come out despite the limitations of the current Covid crisis.

We asked Bumblebee to quote for a number of small jobs round the house. From first contact the service was outstanding - quick, helpful and informative. The quote came speedily and was very detailed, the chaps who did the work were helpful and super efficient and all round we have been thoroughly impressed. Boiler loosing pressure

Brilliant service from Bumblebee. I phoned up to report the boiler losing pressure on the 20/12/21. It was all sorted by 10am the next day. Small leak from the bathroom radiator. The gas fitter was most helpful and efficient. Must congratulate Bumblebee on there fast and efficient service.

Combi boiler faulty

My boiler broke yesterday so no heating or hot water. Phoned around no one interested in coming out before Christmas. Late yesterday a friend recommended Bumblebee. I rang late afternoon spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone promised an engineer today who arrived at 8.15 really pleasant man who got us up and running. I have now ordered a new boiler off them for next year because of there brilliant customer service. 5 stars from me.

I was lucky enough to get an Engineer out today due to a cancellation. He was very friendly, was happy to wear a face mask and fixed my problem straight away . The lady on reception is so nice and friendly. Best ever boiler company and their monthly fees are very reasonable.

My boiler was leaking and I asked Bumblebee to check the boiler as it had been installed by them 8 months previously. The engineer was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the boiler had stopped leaking before the engineer attended but he did as many checks as possible to try and find the fault. He was very professional and said not to hesitate to call back should we encounter any more problems. Would highly recommend.

I had a leak on my boiler and problems with the pressure. Also a problem with a heater under my kitchen unit that was very difficult to access. From the moment I contacted Bumblebee plumbing, they were very helpful and professional. Appointments were confirmed and they arrived when they said they would ( and texted me when they were on their way). The work required several visits. All my problems were sorted by James who was great and clearly very experienced. One of my best customer services experience from a plumbing service and good value.

New Boiler

A replacement boiler was required following the demise of the existing appliance. It was something of an emergency given the recent cold snap and aged clients. The process of arranging a choice of replacement, quotation for installation, obtaining the selected model and installation was completed in 7 days; the actual work of removing the old boiler and installing the new one was 8 hours. The engineer was outstanding, he only took a short lunch break of 10-15 minutes and worked continuously. He was friendly, professional, helpful and patiently explained how the new appliance and associated Hive system works. I have taken out the service and maintenance contract without reservation given the superb service that I received. I highly recommend this company

Replacement of a very old boiler. Surveyed properly, quoted promptly and reasonably, stuck to quote. Team that arrived to do the job knew exactly what to do and didn't need to run off for unexpected parts. Team stayed on task and completed the work on time and with the minimum of mess. Took all 'rubbish' away with them and left us the minimum of a clean-up job. Everyone we spoke to from the office, through Ross then the team were exceptionally polite. A small problem the day after was dealt with by a return visit that same day. Use Bumblebee with total confidence.
