My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

A very well organised Company from initial contact/quotation through to installation and commissioning. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the installation team explained everything step by step which was appreciated. The team were polite and took extreme care whilst completing the job. The team left after a day and a half with the Boiler and Nest control working perfectly. Having now experienced the Company I have taken out the Boiler care maintenance package they offer and feel confident that my Boiler and installation will be well looked after for many years to come, thanks Bumblebee.

Bumblebee removed my old boiler and header tank from the attic and installed a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler all with a professional attitude and good humour. Peter and the team worked constantly with very little in the way of breaks in order to get the job done, brilliant! I also purchased a Hive thermostat which Peter explained how to use in conjunction with the app. A big thank you, Peter. The invoice for the work was exactly as quoted with no crazy additions that some companies hit you with unexpectedly. If you want a professional company for your plumbing and heating needs I can highly recommend Bumblebee. Bumblebee will now be my go to company. At the same time they installed four radiators.

We had several modifications to our central heating and replacement of radiators. From the initial visit to completion of the work we were happy with every aspect of the work completed. It's a big decision on who to choose for a boiler replacement, we all know it's expensive but more importantly you want the job completed to a high standard and competently done. Bumblebee ticked all the boxes, a high knowledge of the system and my requirements. Left no mess. I also had a hive system fitted, which then didn't work, not the fault of the engineers because it turned out the unit was faulty, another unit was acquired within the hour and worked first time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good job.

We had a Mew Boiler fitted nearly 3 years ago. It was recommended that we got a Intergas boiler with a 12 year Guarantee as it’s easy to maintain. Also we have a Monthly Plan which covers all parts and a yearly maintenance service Bubble Bee have been Excellent. They contact me to arrange e Service usually in August ready for the Winter months. The Engineer is very informative of what he has done, and polite also.

They've already serviced my boiler and did a repair a few years ago. The technician came and worked with a roofing contractor who was replacing a seal round the flue. I asked him if he could service the boiler too while he was there. All done in the hour so no additional cost. These guys know what they are doing and get on with it.

Old boiler was taken out new Worcester Lifestyle 8000 fitted, new filter fitted and flue changed. Copper pipework altered so things were more accessible. Really pleased with the finished job, team that carried out the work were polite, hardworking and tidy. Would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating. Have taken out a service contract so I know they will look after my new boiler well. Thanks for the very good job.

As a repeat customer, you can tell this company has customer satisfaction as the no 1 priority - the young lady in the office calls you by your first name as your information has popped up on her screen - always very professional. Our boiler developed a leak a week ago so we called Bumblebee, with whom we have a service contract, and they sent an engineer out the same day. He diagnosed that a new part was required to fix the problem. Later that same day I received a call to confirm the part had been ordered and to book the return of the engineer to undertake the repair work. He turned up today at the agreed time and completed the repair to our entire satisfaction. Bumblebee offer their customers prompt and efficient service at all times and come highly recommended.
