My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

I recently needed a new boiler. Bumble Bee surveyed the job, gave me a clear and competitive price which I accepted. There was a minor problem, it didn’t affect the heating or the hot water. They gave me a time and came out straight away. The problem was resolved entirely to my satisfaction.

Booked to have boiler serviced and gas test. Appointment booked for the following few days and time given. Fitter called to say he was on his way and checked and explained everything that he did during tests. Friendly, professional and efficient. Fair price too. Very reliable.

My initial contact was through Facebook messenger and the replies I received were timely. Once I'd given my details I was called straight away. The quote for a diagnostic was competitive. The engineer came out, was open and honest about what was needed and how he could help. Got the boiler up and running there and then whilst also saying it will still need a proper fix in the near future. As per the title, really pleased with the experience and would recommend.

Booked Bumblebee to do a boiler service and fix some cold radiators upstairs. Making an appointment was quick and easy. They turned up exactly as promised and were very quick and efficient. After getting the run around from several Warrington plumbers. ie, "Text me your details and I'll get back to you" and don't. "I'll call to see you at 4pm" and don't turn up. It was a pleasure to deal with a local company that did exactly as they said they would. Very pleasant and professional people. No surprise with the bill. No hesitation to thoroughly recommend.

I booked a boiler service, cost of which I felt was very reasonable indeed. My appointment time was between 1pm and 7pm. I asked that morning if the engineer could come before 5 as I had an appointment to attend. This was arranged without hesitation. Got a text to say when the engineer was coming, earlier than expected. Everything was explained and he was totally honest about the state of my boiler which is about 12 years old. Would definitely recommend BumbleBee and will be using them for my plumbing and heating in the future.

The engineer text me to say that he was on his way, removed his boots at the front door and asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask before he entered my house. He serviced the boiler, checked all the radiators, put new batteries into the CH control panel and reset the time in advance of the clocks going back in a few weeks time, he even offered to make me a cuppa tea being as I’m on crutches after a recent knee operation! Clean & tidy and very friendly & polite too … I’d recommend Bumble Bee to anyone as they always do a super-smashing job! x

Had my boiler review booked in for this afternoon. I was informed that John Paul would be doing the check, he arrived in the time stated and was very friendly and professional. John Paul asked if I wanted him to wear a mask, well done on this as many people don't bother now. The check was done and I am very happy to recommend Bumblebee to people as iv only ever had a brilliant service whether its from the heating guys or Vicky in the office/on the phone.

Replacement of a very old boiler. Surveyed properly, quoted promptly and reasonably, stuck to quote. Team that arrived to do the job knew exactly what to do and didn't need to run off for unexpected parts. Team stayed on task and completed the work on time and with the minimum of mess. Took all 'rubbish' away with them and left us the minimum of a clean-up job. Everyone we spoke to from the office, through Ross then the team were exceptionally polite. A small problem the day after was dealt with by a return visit that same day. Use Bumblebee with total confidence.

A replacement boiler was required following the demise of the existing appliance. It was something of an emergency given the recent cold snap and aged clients. The process of arranging a choice of replacement, quotation for installation, obtaining the selected model and installation was completed in 7 days; the actual work of removing the old boiler and installing the new one was 8 hours. The engineer was outstanding, he only took a short lunch break of 10-15 minutes and worked continuously. He was friendly, professional, helpful and patiently explained how the new appliance and associated Hive system works. I have taken out the service and maintenance contract without reservation given the superb service that I received. I highly recommend this company

I had a leak on my boiler and problems with the pressure. Also a problem with a heater under my kitchen unit that was very difficult to access. From the moment I contacted Bumblebee plumbing, they were very helpful and professional. Appointments were confirmed and they arrived when they said they would ( and texted me when they were on their way). The work required several visits. All my problems were sorted by James who was great and clearly very experienced. One of my best customer services experience from a plumbing service and good value.

My boiler was leaking and I asked Bumblebee to check the boiler as it had been installed by them 8 months previously. The engineer was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the boiler had stopped leaking before the engineer attended but he did as many checks as possible to try and find the fault. He was very professional and said not to hesitate to call back should we encounter any more problems. Would highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to get an Engineer out today due to a cancellation. He was very friendly, was happy to wear a face mask and fixed my problem straight away . The lady on reception is so nice and friendly. Best ever boiler company and their monthly fees are very reasonable.

My boiler broke yesterday so no heating or hot water. Phoned around no one interested in coming out before Christmas. Late yesterday a friend recommended Bumblebee. I rang late afternoon spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone promised an engineer today who arrived at 8.15 really pleasant man who got us up and running. I have now ordered a new boiler off them for next year because of there brilliant customer service. 5 stars from me.

Brilliant service from Bumblebee. I phoned up to report the boiler losing pressure on the 20/12/21. It was all sorted by 10am the next day. Small leak from the bathroom radiator. The gas fitter was most helpful and efficient. Must congratulate Bumblebee on there fast and efficient service.
