My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

We asked Bumblebee to quote for a number of small jobs round the house. From first contact the service was outstanding - quick, helpful and informative. The quote came speedily and was very detailed, the chaps who did the work were helpful and super efficient and all round we have been thoroughly impressed. Would definitely recommend Bumblebee to anyone!

This was a call out under our Bumblebee contract. As ever the engineer (in this case Paul Brown) was totally efficient. He spotted the issue straight away and fixed the boiler within minutes. He was really friendly and we had a good laugh with him! I would strongly recommend Bumblebee. We had the boiler installed by them two years ago and also took out the contract at the same time. They have never let us down and are very quick to come out despite the limitations of the current Covid crisis.

Been using Bumblebee for over three years now and so far they have been the best gas maintenance company I have ever used. This includes boiler installation at a very reasonable price and thorough maintenance service. They are always polite, on time and clean up after themselves.

Just had our old system boiler swapped out for a new combi and six radiators changed by the Bumblebee team. From survey to quote and installation every member of the team was courteous, professional and represented the organisation well. Lots of communication on progress and booking the dates for installation. Installation team were all very neat, tidy, polite and courteous. Arrived when they said and kept work areas clean and tidy as they went. A job very well done and would definitely recommend the Bumblebee team to anyone looking to have similar works completed.

We contacted BumbleBee as our heat pump had stopped working and we were without heat in our radiators. They sent James out within a couple of days and he got the problem sorted without any issues. We are very impressed by the service provided by James and the company. We had a text message to say when James was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave a quote. Admittedly, my initial thought was the company were going to be very expensive to use, given how professional looking they are online and seeing the vans driving around - but I've been proven wrong. The price was excellent and the work is top notch! Honestly can't recommend this company enough! Thank you to James too for the professional service!

Just had a new boiler fitted today. Competitive price quoted. Felt safe in the knowledge they knew what they were talking about, after receiving several quotes felt they were the best equipped to deliver a good job. Very happy with the job done and the workmen did a great job. I am also going to take them up on their service plan which is very good value for money

Great service, prompt and polite and very professional. Having dealt with British Gas in the past, the service from Bumblebee feels so much more personal and warm that is never forced or scripted. I has my boiler fitted by them 15 months ago and it was a brilliant job completed by the engineer. He was every bit at professional as the latest engineer who serviced the boiler. I have now had a service contract with Bumblebee for about 3 years and has an unvented water cylinder fitted by them also. On a couple of occasions, faults have been detected on my aging boiler and efficiently rectified. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee.

Can't fault them. From the speed of response to my enquiry. The turn around on attending and the communication all the way through. James the engineer who carried out my work was spot on, explained everything, told me were I can do work myself to cut cost and what he was doing. And left the work areas spotless. Would highly recommend!

Our boiler failed. Quick assessment and gave me options about repairing or replacing our gas boiler. Work, to replace the boiler, was done professionally and we are delighted with our new boiler. Site left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. Clear advice on how to use the new boiler. Really impressed. We use this company for all heating issues and they have never let us down

The engineer came out to give me a quote and even did a little fix on my boiler (added more pressure) while he was there. New radiator fitted and boiler serviced. The engineer and staff on the phone were lovely. I will use them again and have recommended to family members.

This is the second time we have used Bumblebee. Once again it was a professional job from the initial quote to the confirmation note of when they would arrive to the installation and careful commissioning of a new boiler. Even the brickwork at the flue exhaust was carefully matched to our house. Great standard of work and an excellent team of people. It was a pleasure dealing with Bumblebee.
