My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

We needed a plumber to fix our heating that had eventually stopped working. I had tried other plumbers but they either never got back to me, and if they did when they came out had no idea how to fix it (but I still had to pay call out fee!) Bumblebee however were amazing - I just wished I had called them from the outset. When I rang to enquire they were super helpful, managed to fit us in by 10am the next day, and when the plumber arrived he knew exactly what the problem was. He had the part on the van, replaced it and had us up and running within 30mins. We would not hesitate to recommend - thank you!!

I used Bumblebee to replace my ageing and troublesome combi boiler. From the quotation and survey stage it was obvious that they took a great deal of pride in their work and they answered my queries promptly and fully. The quotation provided was clear and provided a range of options for me to choose from. Having committed to using them the install was arranged within a couple of days and proceeded quickly and efficiently and they left the work area clean and tidy. I would use them for future work without hesitation.

I've been using Bumblebee for a few years now. Everything goes to plan. They respond promptly and keep the customer informed. All work is of a high standard. Most recently, I needed a new combi boiler. Before starting work, they protected all the floors and carpets. The job was completed in about 4 hours.

We contacted Bumblebee following some previous work they had done for us. They fitted a larger radiator in one of our bedrooms to improve heat efficiency in there. The work was done on time and to budget. No mess, everything was left clean and tidy. We got exactly what we were hoping for. Very pleased.

I had a leak on my heating system, Bumblebee came out and repaired it, this was all done very quickly. I can't recommend Bumblebee highly enough. I have my heating system on a plan with Bumblebee and they have never let me down! Ross and his team are a really professional outfit where excellence is treated as standard.

I was dreading my 30+ year old boiler finally giving up. It did just that on Christmas day. I have been told in the past by gas fitters ( not Bumblee ) that it was going to be a massive very expensive job to replace. They could not have been more wrong. An engineer came out to confirm that we needed a new boiler. We were given a price for the work that needed doing. Three engineers came to carry out the work a week later. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were so clean, tidy and professional. At the end of the day when they left it was as if nothing had been disturbed at all, and we had a lovely new boiler fitted. I would have no issues in recommending them to anyone. Fantastic service.

Ross and the team responded at short notice to an issue we were having with our boiler. Within a very short period of time Bumblebee had contacted me with a time slot for an engineer, same day. No dramas just very friendly and reassuring. Engineer arrived, asked if needed to take shoes off, spoke me through what issue was and was fixed in no time. Having been suddenly let down by my agreed supplier and without heating for a few weeks Bumblebee at short notice carried out an excellent job of replacing the boiler, flushing the system, and fitting a magnetic trap.They also checked our other gas appliances and have subsequently provided a Buildings Appliance Safety certificate.A neat and tidy job which is working well.

Boiler failure late Friday afternoon. Remembered seeing a Bumble Bee repair van in our vicinity, check Google for a number and gave them a call. I believe Ross answered the phone and initially said it would be Tuesday before they could attend, however as we were local he said he would pop over in the morning [Saturday]. He arrived as promised and after giving the boiler the once over, as expected gave the boiler a death certificate ☹️ He suggested a standard well known boiler replacement and that it could be fitted the following Wednesday and gave us a very good quote for the work. Peter arrived early Wednesday morning and by lunchtime we had our central heating fully working. Again efficient, friendly service leaving no mess behind after finishing the job. All I can say is that I would without doubt recommend Bumble Bee Heating and Plumbing to all if they ever need a plumber or their central heating sorted.

Absolutely brilliant company, highly recommended to anyone who needs either a new boiler, service or any general enquiries. From Ross and the rest of the team, no job is too big and they reply to phone calls/emails straight away. We had a new Worcester 4000 system boiler installed last Monday 4th December, Karl was the installer and did a very thorough job and explained the boilers functions very clearly. We had a few minor issues after instalation but the guys were very prompt to come out and resolve within 24hrs. I took out the insurance offer Bumblebee do after having a boiler installed by them which is £9.99 per month which is well worth it. This covers the annual service and any parts which need replacing and the call out charge. In all we feel Bumblebee are a fantastic family company here in Great Sankey, Warrington who always priorities their customers first and foremost over profit and they always give a 5* service whichever member of the team you come across. Bumblebee booked to do Combi boiler service in January. We wouldn’t use anyone else 5* service. As on his last visit, James messaged to say he was coming, arrived punctually, was incredibly polite, was very clean and thoroughly professional outlining clearly what work he'd carried out then demonstrating how the system now operates correctly. First off I have used Bumblebee for a number of years and different properties as we moved. They were passed in to me by world of mouth and they are excellent. We had a boiler playing up and knew it needed replacing when we moved in 12 months ago. Worth noting that Bumblebee had already done work in replacing my old rads when I moved in. From the quote and explaining what was best and suit my needs from Ross, to Alex working from the moment he arrived till he left. I had to force him to have a coffee :-) to post care where I had a layman’s concern/question but the team, steve their ops manager and Vicky in the office, were prompt in reply and even came back to explain and reassure. I don’t go anywhere else and I don’t ask for multiple quotes and I know you get what you pay for nowadays and bumblebee deliver. I now have a the ability for the big boss to finally have water hot enough to soak in a bath so I am also in the good books thanks to BB Also signed up to their service so the boiler will probably outlast me now with the extended warranty

Had experienced heating controls problems and needed a new programmer. Steve diagnosed the problem then James arrived to fit the new timer once it arrived. James fitted the new programmer checked everything was working OK then explained how the new timer worked and left us the instructions so we could alter the default settings at our leisure. From first quote to aftercare, we could not be more impressed with how Bumblebee looked after us. Ross patiently answered all our queries and ran through all our multiple options before we agreed what we would like installing. Peter, Andy and Jack arrived as planned and were helpful, friendly, professional and conscientious throughout the two days they worked. They looked after our house and regularly cleaned and hoovered as they worked. Everything was completed as planned and to a high standard. We received a follow up call a few days later and I explained I had a few queries on how to best operate the Hive. Steve visited the following day, answered all my questions and added a few more tips. Bumblebee will be our first call if we need any further work doing.

When giving my wife and I a quote the advice Ross gave was helpful and clear and we soon understood why friends of ours who had had new boilers fitted by Bumblebee in the past year had recommended them so highly. We have a regular maintenance contract with Bumblebee who have been excellent. We needed an upgrade to our central heating system and they recommended a couple of larger radiators. These were installed at the agreed budget price on schedule. The staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant. You can use this company with confidence.

Boiler Service Contract
Contacted Bumblebee to set up a service contract for our boiler. Within 24hrs they had planned a service visit. The engineer made the service visit and everything was carried out as per their communication. Very reliable and unlike our previous company, no chasing to see where the engineer was and rescheduling appointments. Superb service from stat to finish. Engineer was very pleasant and organised. Highly recommend.

Rang Bumblebee on Monday morning as a cold water expansion tank burst, they came out the same afternoon, quoted for the work and came the following afternoon to fit the new tank, I was expecting around a week before I could have water again. I had a new combi boiler fitted as I had issues with the hot water tank and head tank gravity fed system which was giving me poor shower pressure and the booster pump I had for the shower was very noisy and temperamental. The job to take out all the equipment and replace with a new boiler was carried out within 2 days and I was very pleased with the result. It was suggested to move the boiler from the utility room to the garage and this was a better arrangement for me. Both men doing the job worked well and there were no issues. They were able to leave me with gas and cold water overnight which helped make the changeover more manageable for me. I was really pleased with the end product. A great company with very courteous and capable plumbers. I would highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our boiler losing pressure, which resulted in a leak. I contacted Bumblebee, they were very clear on their approach and processing during the booking process. I received an email straightaway to confirm my booking. On the day, I received another message to inform me that the Engineer was on his way. The Engineer arrived, was polite and explained the issue and resolved it in a very timely manner.

Our boiler developed a leak a week ago so we called Bumblebee, with whom we have a service contract, and they sent an engineer out the same day. He diagnosed that a new part was required to fix the problem. Later that same day I received a call to confirm the part had been ordered and to book the return of the engineer to undertake the repair work. He turned up today at the agreed time and completed the repair to our entire satisfaction. Bumblebee offer their customers prompt and efficient service at all times and come highly recommended.

It's a big decision on who to choose for a boiler replacement, we all know it's expensive but more importantly you want the job completed to a high standard and competently done. Bumblebee ticked all the boxes, a high knowledge of the system and my requirements. Left no mess. Bumblebee removed my old boiler and header tank from the attic and installed a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler all with a professional attitude and good humour. Peter and the team worked constantly with very little in the way of breaks in order to get the job done, brilliant! I also purchased a Hive thermostat which Peter explained how to use in conjunction with the app. A big thank you, Peter. The invoice for the work was exactly as quoted with no crazy additions that some companies hit you with unexpectedly. I phoned Bumblebee on Friday saying heating wasn't coming on straight away. They offered to come out that afternoon but I wasn't available so made it the following Monday. Arrived on time and within 5 minutes had diagnosed faulty 3 port valve. Came back on the Wednesday and had fitted a new working one within the hour. Brilliant company who I would recommend to anyone. Also polite and professional. Also we took out their incredibly cheap service plan when they fitted our boiler, which meant I didn't get charged for the valve! I was amazed.

Bumblebee fitted a new pressurised unvented hot water cylinder to replace a much smaller and convoluted vented hot water cylinder system. The price was fair for the work and they visited twice to discuss and accommodate some specific requirements we had (relating to future bathroom refurb). They did exactly as discussed with neat and tidy plumbing. The new system is excellent and solved a number of problems we had. There was a small misunderstanding about the location of isolator valves but this was very promptly rectified once we flagged it. It was a pleasure to have a tradesman who took pride in their work - a rare trait it seems these days.

Information provided fast and installation date arranged within 2 weeks. Following a cancellation the installation was brought forward so job completed within 10 days. Great lads who did the job. Helpful with the Hive and kept the house clean with a runner and removal of all waste. Recommend!

We had been left without a working boiler in minus temperatures. I gave Bumblebee a call and they prioritised our need with a house visit within two days and the installation on the third day. Andy Heal came out to install, he was clean, professional and kept us informed on each step. Really impressed with the result and he even went above and beyond to help us fix a broken garage door. Really recommend this company highly and so glad we choose them.

This company goes the extra mile for customer service. I needed a temporary fix (replacement valve) for a radiator in my elderly Mum’s bedroom while awaiting fitting of a Hive system (delayed due to supply chain issues). Had been let down on the valve replacement three times by previous plumber (probably because on its own its a small job). Bumblebee recognised that the current cold spell made this important to us and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They are responsive and everyone we’ve dealt with has been very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Bumblebee came out at short notice to diagnose an issue with our central heating system. They provided a quote for the work and some replacement parts. Fortunately for us they were able to come out and fix the problem within a couple of days. All of the team at Bumblebee were really helpful. The work was completed quickly and we were given a discount on the original quote because it had taken under one hour to fix. I would recommend Bumblebee plumbing and heating.

The boiler had been serviced some months ago but having kept the heating off for sometime it would not connect to the remote boiler control. A quick call to the office and Steve was here in 5 minutes. Box opened and in five minutes I am back up and running. These guys are amazing. Don’t use anyone else. Our boiler broke down over the weekend, Bumblebee were quick to respond and got an engineer to us on Monday. Paul was polite and explained what problems he may be looking for. After a process of elimination he discovered the wiring to the thermostat was causing the issue. He isolated that thermostat and now we have our heating and hot water working. We do need an electrician to come and supply a new cable, but this would be outside of Bumblebees scope of work. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted bumblebee after doing a local search on google & out of many that came up locally bumblebee stood out by far with amazing reviews & with checkatrade and which trusted trader I was put at ease, I arranged a home visit for a quote to remove my 25 year old heating system with immersion heater tank removed and have a combi boiler fitted in a new location from kitchen to upstairs, the assessor who came out answered every question & recommended what boiler would suit and explained what work would have to be carried out A++++, I was given I reasonable quote and because of outstanding service & information of the guy that came out I did not want to consider getting any other company, boiler and work was carried out on date agreed 28/7/22 for 2 days, the guy that carried the works out was andy heal and his 2 work colleagues was amazing, being in the building game myself they worked clean and tidy and was respectful of my property and and was on point from start to finish informing me of every stage, I cannot stress enough how amazing and I highly recommend bumblebee for anything for plumbing or heating, everyone 110% happy, all new pipe work was done in copper pipe and clipped and as it should be not the rubbish plastic quick fit that looks untidy,

Bumblebee messaged to say engineer (Steve) was on his way. Steve was well presented, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler. Explained in detail what had caused the fault, and demonstrated how he would rectify it. Explained how to prevent the fault reoccurring (i.e. correct service intervals). Steve was clean in his work and left no mess. Would definitely use both Bumblebee & Steve again for any future plumbing/central heating work. Job sorted!

I have been a professional mechanical engineer for thirty years and generally do my own work around the house, as find it very hard to find good tradesmen. Bumblebee was recommended to me by my a work colleague. I must say they where spot on. Very professional from start to finish. They replaced my old gravity feed system boiler to a combination boiler in two days. Left each day clean and tidy. From the moment Ross came out to give a quote and explain the work involved to the fitter, Peter, installing the new combi boiler, everything went superbly. Peter explained every process and I felt that he was a very professional in his way. As the house would be empty when he arrived I gave him the key to let himself in. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself and explained how the system worked using the new thermostat. Very impressed and I would highly recommend them.

We needed a fast response to a plumbing pipework repair following a leak detection that had been identified by another contractor as the contractor was not allowed to undertake this particular repair. As Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating also service our boiler, they were the obvious first choice for us & they did not disappoint. They came out within the hour, fixed the small repair needed, restoring the pipework to perfection & undertook the work without any fuss or bother. Had a replacement combi Boiler fitted by Bumblebee. Received very good and clear advice from Steve on the initial quotation. Very good communication throughout with the cheerful and helpful Vicky. The installation by Peter and Jack was both rapid and very clean and tidy. Went for an Intergas boiler and very pleased with it. I can honestly say that our heating and hot water has never been better in our forty years at this house. I signed up for the very good value care plan. Three compression connections to boiler are leaking droplets. Engineer came to fix but insist only one is leaking. Tighten it then fine. However, the other two locations I pointed out now are still leaking. Need to call again to make appointment to fix again.

Our project consisted of removing the back boiler and fire and replacing with a new combi boiler in a new location. Other work included re-routing of gas pipes, a new radiator, new Hive valves to all the radiators, and removal and disposal of old tanks and pipes. From initial site survey we were given a detailed scope of works, costs, and time scales, which were kept to throughout the works. The installation engineers placed protective coverings on carpets and furniture in all work areas and kept us updated on progress, and all waste was removed at the end of each day. All the team were friendly and polite, and despite the extent of the work required, it still made the experience as good as it could be. We couldn't fault any part of the whole experience and would happily recommend Bumblebee.

We contacted BumbleBee as our heat pump had stopped working and we were without heat in our radiators. They sent James out within a couple of days and he got the problem sorted without any issues. We are very impressed by the service provided by James and the company. We had a text message to say when James was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave a quote. Admittedly, my initial thought was the company were going to be very expensive to use, given how professional looking they are online and seeing the vans driving around - but I've been proven wrong. This was a call out under our Bumblebee contract. As ever the engineer (in this case Paul Brown) was totally efficient. He spotted the issue straight away and fixed the boiler within minutes. He was really friendly and we had a good laugh with him! I would strongly recommend Bumblebee. We had the boiler installed by them two years ago and also took out the contract at the same time. They have never let us down and are very quick to come out despite the limitations of the current Covid crisis.

My boiler broke yesterday so no heating or hot water. Phoned around no one interested in coming out before Christmas. Late yesterday a friend recommended Bumblebee. Unfortunately, the boiler had stopped leaking before the engineer attended but he did as many checks as possible to try and find the fault. A replacement boiler was required following the demise of the existing appliance. It was something of an emergency given the recent cold snap and aged clients. The process of arranging a choice of replacement, quotation for installation, obtaining the selected model and installation was completed in 7 days; the actual work of removing the old boiler and installing the new one was 8 hours. The engineer was outstanding, he only took a short lunch break of 10-15 minutes and worked continuously. He was friendly, professional, helpful and patiently explained how the new appliance and associated Hive system works. I have taken out the service and maintenance contract without reservation given the superb service that I received. I highly recommend this company

Replacement of a very old boiler. Surveyed properly, quoted promptly and reasonably, stuck to quote. Team that arrived to do the job knew exactly what to do and didn't need to run off for unexpected parts. Team stayed on task and completed the work on time and with the minimum of mess. Took all 'rubbish' away with them and left us the minimum of a clean-up job. Everyone we spoke to from the office, through Ross then the team were exceptionally polite. The engineer text me to say that he was on his way, removed his boots at the front door and asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask before he entered my house. He serviced the boiler, checked all the radiators, put new batteries into the CH control panel and reset the time in advance of the clocks going back in a few weeks time, he even offered to make me a cuppa tea being as I’m on crutches after a recent knee operation! I booked a boiler service, cost of which I felt was very reasonable indeed. My appointment time was between 1pm and 7pm. I asked that morning if the engineer could come before 5 as I had an appointment to attend. This was arranged without hesitation. Got a text to say when the engineer was coming, earlier than expected. Everything was explained and he was totally honest about the state of my boiler which is about 12 years old. My initial contact was through Facebook messenger and the replies I received were timely. Once I'd given my details I was called straight away. The quote for a diagnostic was competitive. The engineer came out, was open and honest about what was needed and how he could help. Got the boiler up and running there and then whilst also saying it will still need a proper fix in the near future. As per the title, really pleased with the experience and would recommend.

I bled radiators today and the pressure in the system dropped and the boiler switched off. I know how to top up the system and that usually sorts it. However it didn’t work. We had no hot water. I called Bumblebee and they came immediately and had it fixed very quickly.

We contacted Bumblebee on the Monday, Ross came out on the Tuesday to prepare a quote, we accepted the quote on the spot and the new boiler was fitted on the Friday, amazing service. Everyone involved were highly professional and really helpful, this was not the cheapest quote that we received, it was the professionalism that swung it. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Leak on boiler, engineer attended and diagnosed the fault quickly and with little fuss, replacement parts needed, we had to wait a few days as bank holiday weekend but no fault of the engineers, once parts were in the engineer collected and was with us promptly on the Tuesday morning to repair, great reliable service, would definitely recommend

Selected Bumblebee to install boiler and radiators. The quote was competitive and informative about the options (much cheaper than British Gas) and work was done quickly and efficiently, overcoming the obstacles of an older house and even helping move furniture around. Did have a minor issue, but this was sorted straight away with a follow-up visit, so great customer service on that one. Would highly recommend them and certainly use them again.

Bumblebee did a great job resolving an ongoing issue that others had failed to fix. We had a home cover agreement in place, but a recurring issue was not resolved despite multiple call outs, much to our huge frustration. Bumblebee came out and correctly highlighted two issues, fixing both with no problems. Really friendly, knowledgable engineers, who did a great job - exactly as they described.

The owner/manager who surveyed the job was most knowledgeable and the quote was competitive. The fitters/engineers who carried out the were hard conscientious, polite, and considerate. Whilst undertaking some renovation work we found a screw drilled through a floor board and in to a pipe. Ross from Bumblebee promptly came to our assistance, removed and replaced the damaged gas pipe and completed a safety check. Professional, polite and a high standard of service competitively priced. This was not our first experience of Bumblebee and as expected we have no complaints about the first class job they did. Some similar companies give you a time and date for the job and then don’t turn up. Bumblebee are there when they say they will be and their engineers are always smartly turned out presenting a corporate image. Good job at a fair price carried out by pleasant and competent engineer. I got five different quotes and Bumble bee were definitely the most helpful explaining in clear language what they needed to do and why. Cost was competitive. Both guys that did the work were very pleasant, Covid aware and also laid down carpet protector as they had to remove the old water tank in the loft and the emersion heater. Cleaned up after themselves, punctual and even gave me a ten minute warning when there was likely to be some noise (as I was working from home making tele calls so I wouldn't get disturbed). There was a slight problem after they left (the historic plumbing that was not part of their job), one quick call and they were back straight away and resolved it with no fuss or complaint. Excellent job and recommended

We sought an estimate from a national retailer for a replacement boiler, but the representative who came out was a salesman rather than a heating engineer. As a consequence, we had little confidence in the product or the service that was being offered. We had seen the Bumblebee vans around the local area and thought we would ask them for a possible alternative. Thank goodness we did! As soon as we started to explain what we wanted, Ross made it clear that he had an excellent working knowledge of boiler installation and customer needs. He listened to what we wanted and then explained our options. We obviously decided to go ahead. Pete and Andy arrived promptly on the morning the work was due to commence. At the end of the 2 days they were in our home, we had a nice, new boiler. All our requirements were met, if not exceeded and you would never know they had been in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Bumblebee.

My old boiler stopped working and this always gives me anxiety after dealing with British Gas some 5 years ago. Sam came round and correctly diagnosed the fault within 1/2hr. Unfortunately it was a rare part and took some time to source the part (boiler prob 20 yrs old) but it did come and was fixed first time at a very reasonable price. Great work Sam and Bumblebee, it's a relief to know a good plumbing firm.

After being let down repeatedly by other local heating engineers to come and service my boiler, I phoned Bumblebee. I was impressed from the first contact, efficient booking system over the phone, followed immediately by a confirmation email. Sam phoned 45 minutes before the booked time to ask if it was ok to come early. Absolutely was. He was polite, courteous and obviously knows his trade. I will definitely use Bumblebee in the future and will recommend them.

Had a boiler system fitted, replacing an ancient broken one. We were given a choice of systems and after discussing them we were advised to go with the cheapest of the options. They don't just sell you the most expensive. We took out their service option and they have been fantastic. The services have been organised around my work and the guys coming round have been friendly and answered any questions I have had. I have only had to call them out the once and they were round straight away. We have been with them 3 years and would definitely recommend.

Our heating recently stopped working and with the current situation in the country at the moment, we panicked a little, as we are currently self-isolating. Being over 70 need our heating. We looked online and found bumblebee was still working and had very good reviews. We phoned up and spoke to Ross and he assured us that all of his staff were well enough to be in work and explained that he had his engineers sending their temperatures in a morning, alongside that they were wearing face masks and gloves and they would keep a safe distance from us at all times. I felt a little more at ease so I booked in a visit and their engineer Steve came out to see us. He wore a face mask the entire time along with his gloves, he even had his own cup for a brew. We explained what was wrong and he got to it. He was very polite, very tidy and very knowledgeable. H had us up and running in under an hour all whilst keeping a safe distance from us. We then received the bill to find that we had been given a 20% discount for being over 70. We are very grateful and wouldn't hesitate in referring them to anyone who needs there heating looking at, even if you're worried about isolating. Well done bumblebees and thank you

We called out Bumblebee following catastrophic damage to our old central heating boiler which had left us with no heating or hot water. It soon became apparent that the damage was so substantial that it probably wouldn't have been cost effective to undertake repairs, even if spares were still obtainable for this particular boiler. We took the decision to have a new "INTERGAS" boiler installed, having previously read about these new efficient dutch boilers. The Bumblebee engineer said that due to other workload commitments it would be Tuesday 24th March before it could be done. However since he was aware that we were both OAP's. he said he would talk to Ross, the owner, and see if they could prioritise our installation. Within the hour we received a call to advise us that they had been able to re-arrange workloads and that our installation would take place the following morning. True to their word, Bumblebee arrived first thing Thursday morning, and the new boiler was installed, up and running, some 4 hours later. We cannot praise Bumblebee enough for their commitment to resolving our dilemma, at a time when clearly a supply of hot water is essential in combating the corona-virus. Their tradesmen and equipment are of the highest quality. Thank you all at Bumblebee.

This was the first time that we'd used Bumblebee but it won't be the last. I called last week to explain that we needed 4 radiators replacing. They gave us a satisfactory quote for the work, which we accepted and few days later an engineer returned and did the work on time and to budget. We are very happy with the standards of workmanship that were applied and to the professional and tidy way in which the work was done

I have used Bumblebee before. They look after my mums boiler. My mum is 84 years old and for her the priority is to keep warm. In May her boiler failed no heating or hot water. I telephoned bumblebee and they arranged to visit the same day. Excellent service. They managed to get the heating back only on a temporary basis as the boiler needed a new pump which was fitted the following day. Mum was delighted with the engineer that sorted out the problem. 1st class service received by first class people. Thank you

I had a boiler installed in January 2019. Reasonably priced and their employees are professional,punctual and polite. When I has a problem with the remote device on a Saturday they came and sorted it promptly. I recommend them to all my friends and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Bumblebee plumbing and heating was contacted due to the heating being stuck on. I was booked in and the following day they came out and replaced a broken valve. As always Bumblebee was friendly, professional and left the place today once the job was completed.
