I highly recommend this company. I first got in touch through facebook when I was looking for someone to come and help my dad who has Dementia and had received a huge gas bill. Amanda and Jimmy sorted him in no time at all. They were so helpful. Jimmy looked right thru the house with ideas to keep the house warm and suggested a Hive. We then dealt with a lovely lady in the office to sort out his appointment for Steve to come and fit it. Both Jimmy and Steve arrived on time and were quick, clean and helpful. A great company to deal with.

Bumblebee have done an excellent job changing the boiler in my property. We got a call from our tenant on a Sunday that the boiler was not working. We contacted Bumblebee on the Monday. They went there straightaway to assess the issue, made a recommendation and resolved the issue on the Tuesday. We were happy, our tenant was happy, what more could we ask for. I have used Bumblebee for 4 years and they only provide genuine, hard working and very knowledgeable engineers. They fitted my combi boiler and have serviced it yearly since. The latest service, the engineers were prompt, knowledgeable, extremely polite and carried out the service in a timely manner. For plumbing and heating I wouldn't use anyone else.

We needed a plumber to fix our heating that had eventually stopped working. I had tried other plumbers but they either never got back to me, and if they did when they came out had no idea how to fix it (but I still had to pay call out fee!) Bumblebee however were amazing - I just wished I had called them from the outset. When I rang to enquire they were super helpful, managed to fit us in by 10am the next day, and when the plumber arrived he knew exactly what the problem was. He had the part on the van, replaced it and had us up and running within 30mins. We would not hesitate to recommend - thank you!!

I have been using Bumblebee for many years now. Have purchased a new boiler (which has been great). I have an ongoing maintenance contract and have been very satisfied with their work. Their response is always prompt and courteous. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

I used Bumblebee to replace my ageing and troublesome combi boiler. From the quotation and survey stage it was obvious that they took a great deal of pride in their work and they answered my queries promptly and fully. The quotation provided was clear and provided a range of options for me to choose from. Having committed to using them the install was arranged within a couple of days and proceeded quickly and efficiently and they left the work area clean and tidy. I would use them for future work without hesitation.

Brilliant service from Ross, called yesterday and they turned up the following day to troubleshoot a number of minor issues and provided advice on what we needed to heat various rooms that were cold.

I was dreading my 30+ year old boiler finally giving up. It did just that on Christmas day. I have been told in the past by gas fitters ( not Bumblee ) that it was going to be a massive very expensive job to replace. They could not have been more wrong. An engineer came out to confirm that we needed a new boiler. We were given a price for the work that needed doing. Three engineers came to carry out the work a week later. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were so clean, tidy and professional. At the end of the day when they left it was as if nothing had been disturbed at all, and we had a lovely new boiler fitted. I would have no issues in recommending them to anyone. Fantastic service.

Ross and the team responded at short notice to an issue we were having with our boiler. Within a very short period of time Bumblebee had contacted me with a time slot for an engineer, same day. No dramas just very friendly and reassuring. Engineer arrived, asked if needed to take shoes off, spoke me through what issue was and was fixed in no time. Having been suddenly let down by my agreed supplier and without heating for a few weeks Bumblebee at short notice carried out an excellent job of replacing the boiler, flushing the system, and fitting a magnetic trap.They also checked our other gas appliances and have subsequently provided a Buildings Appliance Safety certificate.A neat and tidy job which is working well.

Boiler failure late Friday afternoon. Remembered seeing a Bumble Bee repair van in our vicinity, check Google for a number and gave them a call. I believe Ross answered the phone and initially said it would be Tuesday before they could attend, however as we were local he said he would pop over in the morning [Saturday]. He arrived as promised and after giving the boiler the once over, as expected gave the boiler a death certificate ☹️ He suggested a standard well known boiler replacement and that it could be fitted the following Wednesday and gave us a very good quote for the work. Peter arrived early Wednesday morning and by lunchtime we had our central heating fully working. Again efficient, friendly service leaving no mess behind after finishing the job. All I can say is that I would without doubt recommend Bumble Bee Heating and Plumbing to all if they ever need a plumber or their central heating sorted.

An ancient back boiler replaced with a combi system and additional radiator fitted. Excellent job completed with minimum disruption from a professional team of engineers. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant company, highly recommended to anyone who needs either a new boiler, service or any general enquiries. From Ross and the rest of the team, no job is too big and they reply to phone calls/emails straight away. We had a new Worcester 4000 system boiler installed last Monday 4th December, Karl was the installer and did a very thorough job and explained the boilers functions very clearly. We had a few minor issues after instalation but the guys were very prompt to come out and resolve within 24hrs. I took out the insurance offer Bumblebee do after having a boiler installed by them which is £9.99 per month which is well worth it. This covers the annual service and any parts which need replacing and the call out charge. In all we feel Bumblebee are a fantastic family company here in Great Sankey, Warrington who always priorities their customers first and foremost over profit and they always give a 5* service whichever member of the team you come across. Had an additional radiator to replace a kitchen plinth convector heater. From first contact through to the installation carried out by Andy the whole process was easy and efficient. The way it should be done by all contractors 😁😁

Arrived on time as informed, very efficient work completed, gas hob removed and supply capped ready for electric induction hob install, cleaned up afterwords and removed old equipment. Bumblebee booked to do Combi boiler service in January. We wouldn’t use anyone else 5* service. Ross the boss runs a well organised company focussed on customer satisfaction and high quality operatives.

Complex problem with the heating controls system meaning several separate visits. James completed a final fix today. As on his last visit, James messaged to say he was coming, arrived punctually, was incredibly polite, was very clean and thoroughly professional outlining clearly what work he'd carried out then demonstrating how the system now operates correctly. Brilliant service as ever and great communications from the office staff, too.

First off I have used Bumblebee for a number of years and different properties as we moved. They were passed in to me by world of mouth and they are excellent. We had a boiler playing up and knew it needed replacing when we moved in 12 months ago. Worth noting that Bumblebee had already done work in replacing my old rads when I moved in. From the quote and explaining what was best and suit my needs from Ross, to Alex working from the moment he arrived till he left. I had to force him to have a coffee :-) to post care where I had a layman’s concern/question but the team, steve their ops manager and Vicky in the office, were prompt in reply and even came back to explain and reassure. I don’t go anywhere else and I don’t ask for multiple quotes and I know you get what you pay for nowadays and bumblebee deliver. I now have a the ability for the big boss to finally have water hot enough to soak in a bath so I am also in the good books thanks to BB Also signed up to their service so the boiler will probably outlast me now with the extended warranty

Had experienced heating controls problems and needed a new programmer. Steve diagnosed the problem then James arrived to fit the new timer once it arrived. James fitted the new programmer checked everything was working OK then explained how the new timer worked and left us the instructions so we could alter the default settings at our leisure. Received a message to say when James was arriving: he was prompt, clean, professional and extremely courteous. 5* Bumblebee once again!

From first quote to aftercare, we could not be more impressed with how Bumblebee looked after us. Ross patiently answered all our queries and ran through all our multiple options before we agreed what we would like installing. Peter, Andy and Jack arrived as planned and were helpful, friendly, professional and conscientious throughout the two days they worked. They looked after our house and regularly cleaned and hoovered as they worked. Everything was completed as planned and to a high standard. We received a follow up call a few days later and I explained I had a few queries on how to best operate the Hive. Steve visited the following day, answered all my questions and added a few more tips. Bumblebee will be our first call if we need any further work doing.

When giving my wife and I a quote the advice Ross gave was helpful and clear and we soon understood why friends of ours who had had new boilers fitted by Bumblebee in the past year had recommended them so highly. Their engineer who fitted our boiler was very professional and courteous as was one of his colleagues. Bumblebee is excellent and highly recommended.

Heating stopped working though hot water OK. Had service contract: phoned Friday (lovely lady on the phone, too!) and got an appointment for Monday morning. Sent text and arrived promptly. Fault diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes - new motorised valve. Clean, extremely pleasant and utterly competent. Perfect.

We have a regular maintenance contract with Bumblebee who have been excellent. We needed an upgrade to our central heating system and they recommended a couple of larger radiators. These were installed at the agreed budget price on schedule. The staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant. You can use this company with confidence.

Contacted Bumblebee to set up a service contract for our boiler. Within 24hrs they had planned a service visit. The engineer made the service visit and everything was carried out as per their communication. Very reliable and unlike our previous company, no chasing to see where the engineer was and rescheduling appointments. Superb service from stat to finish. Engineer was very pleasant and organised. Rang Bumblebee on Monday morning as a cold water expansion tank burst, they came out the same afternoon, quoted for the work and came the following afternoon to fit the new tank, I was expecting around a week before I could have water again. That is what I call an excellent service and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for fantastic service !

I had a new combi boiler fitted as I had issues with the hot water tank and head tank gravity fed system which was giving me poor shower pressure and the booster pump I had for the shower was very noisy and temperamental. The job to take out all the equipment and replace with a new boiler was carried out within 2 days and I was very pleased with the result. It was suggested to move the boiler from the utility room to the garage and this was a better arrangement for me. Both men doing the job worked well and there were no issues. They were able to leave me with gas and cold water overnight which helped make the changeover more manageable for me. I was really pleased with the end product. A great company with very courteous and capable plumbers. I would highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our boiler losing pressure, which resulted in a leak. I contacted Bumblebee, they were very clear on their approach and processing during the booking process. I received an email straightaway to confirm my booking. On the day, I received another message to inform me that the Engineer was on his way. The Engineer arrived, was polite and explained the issue and resolved it in a very timely manner.

Problem with the boiler/hot water, booked for engineer to arrive between 8am-1pm. Received text updates. Engineer arrived promptly, fixed problem and was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Bumblebee and their engineer.

Our boiler developed a leak a week ago so we called Bumblebee, with whom we have a service contract, and they sent an engineer out the same day. He diagnosed that a new part was required to fix the problem. Later that same day I received a call to confirm the part had been ordered and to book the return of the engineer to undertake the repair work. He turned up today at the agreed time and completed the repair to our entire satisfaction. Bumblebee offer their customers prompt and efficient service at all times and come highly recommended.

As a repeat customer, you can tell this company has customer satisfaction as the no 1 priority - the young lady in the office calls you by your first name as your information has popped up on her screen - always very professional. The guys that attend to do the service are very respectful - always stand back from the door so you can see their Bumblebee van - explain what they are going to do - proper professional knowledgeable tradesmen, look smart and work tidily - kick shoes off when walking on carpet - these little items are what make this company stand out from the crowd.

New boiler pump fitted, engineer had to replace valves as they had rusted. It was a very warm day so it must have been even more difficult. Work completed and system working again. Very efficient and tidy worker.

Old boiler was taken out new Worcester Lifestyle 8000 fitted, new filter fitted and flue changed. Copper pipework altered so things were more accessible. Really pleased with the finished job, team that carried out the work were polite, hardworking and tidy. Would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating. They've already serviced my boiler and did a repair a few years ago. The technician came and worked with a roofing contractor who was replacing a seal round the flue. I asked him if he could service the boiler too while he was there. All done in the hour so no additional cost. These guys know what they are doing and get on with it.

We had a Mew Boiler fitted nearly 3 years ago. It was recommended that we got a Intergas boiler with a 12 year Guarantee as it’s easy to maintain. Also we have a Monthly Plan which covers all parts and a yearly maintenance service Bubble Bee have been Excellent. They contact me to arrange e Service usually in August ready for the Winter months. The Engineer is very informative of what he has done, and polite also.

It's a big decision on who to choose for a boiler replacement, we all know it's expensive but more importantly you want the job completed to a high standard and competently done. Bumblebee ticked all the boxes, a high knowledge of the system and my requirements. Left no mess. I also had a hive system fitted, which then didn't work, not the fault of the engineers because it turned out the unit was faulty, another unit was acquired within the hour and worked first time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good job.

We had several modifications to our central heating and replacement of radiators. From the initial visit to completion of the work we were happy with every aspect of the work completed. Bumblebee removed my old boiler and header tank from the attic and installed a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler all with a professional attitude and good humour. Peter and the team worked constantly with very little in the way of breaks in order to get the job done, brilliant! I also purchased a Hive thermostat which Peter explained how to use in conjunction with the app. A big thank you, Peter. The invoice for the work was exactly as quoted with no crazy additions that some companies hit you with unexpectedly. If you want a professional company for your plumbing and heating needs I can highly recommend Bumblebee. Bumblebee will now be my go to company. At the same time they installed four radiators.

A very well organised Company from initial contact/quotation through to installation and commissioning. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the installation team explained everything step by step which was appreciated. The team were polite and took extreme care whilst completing the job. The team left after a day and a half with the Boiler and Nest control working perfectly. I phoned Bumblebee on Friday saying heating wasn't coming on straight away. They offered to come out that afternoon but I wasn't available so made it the following Monday. Arrived on time and within 5 minutes had diagnosed faulty 3 port valve. Came back on the Wednesday and had fitted a new working one within the hour. Brilliant company who I would recommend to anyone. Also polite and professional. Also we took out their incredibly cheap service plan when they fitted our boiler, which meant I didn't get charged for the valve! I was amazed.

Bumblebee have recently completed a combi boiler swap for my nan, under my instruction, they arrived promptly, completed the job to a high standard and left the house in pristine condition, you would have never known they had been! My nan is grateful for their warming personalities and their patience in explaining the heating controls, they even wrote down some simplified instructions in case she forgot. I've used Bumblebee for a few years for boiler servicing, today was to disconnect my gas hob, while a refurb. My kitchen. Engineers are always friendly and efficient. I like the fact that you get a confirmation email when you book, with a half day time slot. They send a text when the engineer is en route. None of the messing about I've experienced before, just great reliable service.

We needed to replace our existing boiler urgently and Bumblebee flew into action to help us stay warm. We were super impressed by the whole process, from surveying to fitting a new boiler and all credit to their engineers (Steve and Ross) work onsite. The plumbing and fitting looked so neat - almost a piece of art! Good experience all round.

Bumblebee fitted a new pressurised unvented hot water cylinder to replace a much smaller and convoluted vented hot water cylinder system. The price was fair for the work and they visited twice to discuss and accommodate some specific requirements we had (relating to future bathroom refurb). They did exactly as discussed with neat and tidy plumbing. The new system is excellent and solved a number of problems we had. There was a small misunderstanding about the location of isolator valves but this was very promptly rectified once we flagged it. It was a pleasure to have a tradesman who took pride in their work - a rare trait it seems these days.

As always Bumbleebee responded to our heating problem expediently. Mark Hughes, the engineer, knew exactly what was causing the problem and sorted it in a minute. Excellent service. Say no more.

My boiler pressure dropped so wouldn’t heat up radiators but Bumblebee were out super swift to fix the problem

I have an annual maintenance contract with Bumblebee. I had an email reminding me that my service is due so I phoned to make an appointment. Excellent customer service from the lady who booked my call. I had a txt on the day of the service to say the engineer was on his way. Again, excellent customer service. The engineer worked very tidily. I would definitely recommend Bumblebee.

Bumblebee were excellent right from sorting out what the problem was to fitting the new boiler. They are very clear explaining everything to you and not patronising. The workmen were polite and very clean and left everywhere as they found it. Would recommend.

Had a problem with the boiler with no hot water but radiators all working well. James quickly identified the fault which was a faulty diverter valve and also improved the pipework. Repaired soon after. Professional and efficient service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Always use Bumblebee for all our plumbing needs. Came today to remove a radiator in advance of new kitchen. Fair price, arrived on time, quick work, tidy, courteous, spot on, as always.

We initially used Bumblebee just to check out the heating system ( which had not been used for some timer) when we first moved into the property. We were impressed by the professionalism of the office team and the engineer who did the work. So used them again to upgrade the heating system, replace and move radiators etc. Again could not fault any aspect of the job. No hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Bumblebee on two occasions recently, for a boiler and unvented cylinder service, and to replace a faulty cylinder pressure valve. On both occasions, they were able to provide convenient appointment times and advanced warning of their arrival. The work was carried out professionally and the disruption was minimal. The invoices and service report were delivered promptly via email, and the payment acknowledgement was received in a timely manner. Overall, a competent and professional company who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or use again.

I was really impressed by the professionalism and knowledge shown by Andy Heal. He knew exactly what to do, bought the right parts and proceeded to promptly complete the necessary repairs. He also tidied up afterwards which was really impressive. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for plumbing and heating professionals.

Bumblebee were recommended by a friend and they lived up to this recommendation. Arrived when arranged to provide a quote, which is unusual for some trades these days. Information provided fast and installation date arranged within 2 weeks. Following a cancellation the installation was brought forward so job completed within 10 days. Great lads who did the job. Helpful with the Hive and kept the house clean with a runner and removal of all waste. Recommend!

Mark sorted my boiler problem out within 30 minutes, I’ve now got hot water and heating again! Cheaper using Bumblebee (and came out sooner) than paying my excess to British Gas! Thanks guys!

We had been left without a working boiler in minus temperatures. I gave Bumblebee a call and they prioritised our need with a house visit within two days and the installation on the third day. Andy Heal came out to install, he was clean, professional and kept us informed on each step. Really impressed with the result and he even went above and beyond to help us fix a broken garage door. Really recommend this company highly and so glad we choose them.

This company goes the extra mile for customer service. I needed a temporary fix (replacement valve) for a radiator in my elderly Mum’s bedroom while awaiting fitting of a Hive system (delayed due to supply chain issues). Had been let down on the valve replacement three times by previous plumber (probably because on its own its a small job). Bumblebee recognised that the current cold spell made this important to us and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They are responsive and everyone we’ve dealt with has been very pleasant. Highly recommend.

The engineers arrived on time, removed old boiler and installed new one well within time advised. They explained what they were doing and cleaned after themselves. Very pleased with the work done. Just got to get used to a purring boiler.

Bumblebee came out at short notice to diagnose an issue with our central heating system. They provided a quote for the work and some replacement parts. Fortunately for us they were able to come out and fix the problem within a couple of days. All of the team at Bumblebee were really helpful. The work was completed quickly and we were given a discount on the original quote because it had taken under one hour to fix. I would recommend Bumblebee plumbing and heating.

We have used Bumblebee for the past 3 years now since we lived in Warrington. Every time the service has been fantastic, the team explain everything before and after the service is done. They even talked through why some rooms were hotter than others and recommendations as to how to resolve this. I would highly recommend them, in fact I have and several neighbours now use them.

The boiler had been serviced some months ago but having kept the heating off for sometime it would not connect to the remote boiler control. A quick call to the office and Steve was here in 5 minutes. Box opened and in five minutes I am back up and running. These guys are amazing. Don’t use anyone else. Andy and his colleague replaced 5 radiators and installed a Hive system to our existing system. We were informed fully from the initial contact, quotation and date for work to be carried out. The work was completed and fully explained to my husband and I. Despite our house currently being somewhat of a building site due to other works the guys left there areas tidy and clean. Our Boiler stopped working leaving for work and they were there before lunch. Everything fixed and given a clean bill of health. Very polite and professional engineer visited who took extra care to ensure everything was perfect and left with a smile. Outstanding service. Cannot recommend anyone more than Bumblebee.

Our boiler broke down over the weekend, Bumblebee were quick to respond and got an engineer to us on Monday. Paul was polite and explained what problems he may be looking for. After a process of elimination he discovered the wiring to the thermostat was causing the issue. He isolated that thermostat and now we have our heating and hot water working. We do need an electrician to come and supply a new cable, but this would be outside of Bumblebees scope of work. Would definitely recommend.

We arranged for Bumblebee to fit a new combi boiler to replace our old-fashioned unit. The engineers arrived as planned, prepared for the work, ensuring no damage was done to carpets, and proceeded to complete the work as planned over 2 days, The job was finished promptly and to our satisfaction. No heat coming through upstairs radiator. James came fixed stuck valve, which he explained sometimes happens when not used over long summer. All fine. Worth taking a plan out.

Contacted bumblebee after doing a local search on google & out of many that came up locally bumblebee stood out by far with amazing reviews & with checkatrade and which trusted trader I was put at ease, I arranged a home visit for a quote to remove my 25 year old heating system with immersion heater tank removed and have a combi boiler fitted in a new location from kitchen to upstairs, the assessor who came out answered every question & recommended what boiler would suit and explained what work would have to be carried out A++++, I was given I reasonable quote and because of outstanding service & information of the guy that came out I did not want to consider getting any other company, boiler and work was carried out on date agreed 28/7/22 for 2 days, the guy that carried the works out was andy heal and his 2 work colleagues was amazing, being in the building game myself they worked clean and tidy and was respectful of my property and and was on point from start to finish informing me of every stage, I cannot stress enough how amazing and I highly recommend bumblebee for anything for plumbing or heating, everyone 110% happy, all new pipe work was done in copper pipe and clipped and as it should be not the rubbish plastic quick fit that looks untidy,

Bumblebee messaged to say engineer (Steve) was on his way. Steve was well presented, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler. Explained in detail what had caused the fault, and demonstrated how he would rectify it. Explained how to prevent the fault reoccurring (i.e. correct service intervals). Steve was clean in his work and left no mess. Would definitely use both Bumblebee & Steve again for any future plumbing/central heating work. Job sorted!

I have been a professional mechanical engineer for thirty years and generally do my own work around the house, as find it very hard to find good tradesmen. Bumblebee was recommended to me by my a work colleague. I must say they where spot on. Very professional from start to finish. They replaced my old gravity feed system boiler to a combination boiler in two days. Left each day clean and tidy. Ross came out to my house to install a new radiator. A highly professional, friendly, competent tradesman who did a great job and the cost of the work was reasonable as well; great value. I also asked for his advice about work I will want doing on the condenser pipe in the future. From the moment Ross came out to give a quote and explain the work involved to the fitter, Peter, installing the new combi boiler, everything went superbly. We needed a fast response to a plumbing pipework repair following a leak detection that had been identified by another contractor as the contractor was not allowed to undertake this particular repair. Great experience from initial contact to installation. The quote given was the price paid. Needed to replace an old boiler and possibly another radiator but didn't want any decorating mess.
