I contacted Burgess Gas Services Ltd recently, as my Vaillant boiler was showing high pressure and I realised that it was not something that I could tackle myself. This was on the Saturday and an engineer arrived swiftly on the Tuesday to have a look at the problem. The gas engineer who attended my home was friendly, chatty, and respectful of my property, taking his shoes off at the entrance. Furthermore, he had the boiler issue fixed in around 30 minutes. Brilliant. Having used this company a handful of times now, and knowing how qualified, diligent and thorough the owner Nathan is, I know that I can always trust any of his employees to have the same work ethic and competence to get any plumbing, heating or gas job done. I would always use this firm in a crisis, because they will attend as quickly as they can, and they can be trusted in your home. These things are priceless. And to conclude, what you see is what you get. A lovely team that can be relied upon to deliver a great service, with prices to match.

I would totally recommend Burgess Gas service's. They replumbed a buy to let property I own. As an overseas landlord they carried out all the work without any problems, we're quick and very efficient as the tenant was Insitu whilst the work was carried out. He was delighted with their work and professionalism.

Nathan and Pete the guy who has done all my work get 100% plus for their advise, help and subsequent work just finished today. After my "so called" service contract people let me down with the cover and incorrect diagnosis, Nathan and his guys have done an excellent job. Really quick, friendly and thorough workmanship, resulting in getting my shower in correct working order, CH system flushed and cleaned, boiler serviced and even an error with the flue corrected. Great price and due to their honesty with the diagnosis, even saved me just over £400 with a part not actually being needed. I can personally recommend them in full. Thanks Guys.

Had an old gravity fed boiler system removed and a new combi boiler installed with powerflush. Nathan and his team were brilliant, they've done a really good job and they are really nice guys. Really helpful and gave good advice. No problems whatsoever since. Definitely recommend!

Nathan recently replaced my old open-vent non-condensing boiler. I was particularly impressed by the way in which Nathan was able to pipe the condensate internally rather than adding external pipework which can be vulnerable to frost. The power flush took longer than anticipated but this is because Nathan is fastidious in his work. He is polite, punctual, and very tidy. I recommend him.
