CJ Roofing Services recently completed the replacement of the roof on our mid terraced house. Allan came to assess the work required and gave us lots of advice about what was required, including things like repointing the chimney replacing the guttering and taking the opportunity renew the insulation in the loft. We received the quote promptly and were very happy with the cost given the extent of the work required. Due to their excellent reputation they are extremely busy and as the work was not urgent we were happy to wait for several months until they could fit us in to their diary. The start date was agreed and we were informed that the work would take about a week to complete. During the following months Allan kept us informed about their schedule the asked if start date could be postponed for a few weeks due to the bad weather and we were happy to agree. The scaffolding was erected a few days before the start date and Allan's team arrived on the day agreed to begin work. Allan's team worked long hours and in some horrible weather in order to stay on schedule. They were all good humoured, friendly and conscientious and were happy to answer questions and give updates on progress. The roof was completed on time, on budget and we are delighted with the standard of workmanship. We also have a 10 year insurance backed guarantee which gives us peace of mind. Overall we were extremely impressed with CJ Roofing Services and would highly recommend them.

Mark and Lee did an amazing, professional job on my bay window rook. They arrived as planned, completed the work and tidied up after themselves. The roof ow looks very smart and it totally waterproof. I would highly recommend them. Alan organised the team to meet my diary, and the whole team was very friendly and polite. Allan and his team repaired a tear in the fiberglass on a flat roof, replaced some capping stones on brick walls, fitted a new gutter and downpipe to an outbuilding and cleaned the gutters round the house. They did a professional job to a high standard leaving everything clean and tidy when they left. They started the job on the agreed date and were courteous and friendly throughout. The quote was competitive and specified the work with photos so there could be no misunderstanding about what was covered. The invoice was as quoted. Re-covered flat roof section of 150 year old building with fibre glass. Inevitably with a building this old it was not straightforward! However, the owner kept in close contact throughout, explaining fully problems when they arose and also coming up with workable solutions. his team were polite, courteous, and very hard working. The service was first class from start to finish, and I would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

We had our leaking flat roof replaced on the Tuesday before Christmas. It was quick tidy work. New boarding underneath, edges adjoining the tiled roof set to prevent rain either leaking or splashing under. All done in one day. I was shown phone pictures of the completed work before the workmen left. At the cost agreed and with a guarantee from the company.
