Nothing but praise for C&L Windows. Nigel was really professional and helpful putting the initial quote together with none of the daft "I need to ring my manager to get a discount" nonsense some of the others did - just a good deal for a quality product. The survey team came promptly, were thorough and answered all our questions. Comms were prompt leading up to the installation and the team came with extra manpower to get the job done in half the estimated time with a follow up visit the next day to fix a couple of snags I'd not even spotted! The quality of the windows and doors is superb, the workmanship was spot on, the team were friendly, professional and didn't hang about. They covered everything in dust sheets and cleaned up behind them. Highly recommended!

We used C & L Windows again recently to replace some windows. Previously the company had replaced our front door and surround (great work) and other windows. At every stage the service is superb. Making an appointment to review the work required, receiving a comprehensive quotation quickly, having a thorough survey and then two days of work to install the windows. Everybody involved from C & L Windows was brilliant, from office staff to the men who completed the work. We cannot praise them highly enough.

Visited the showroom to choose a new front door. Alex was absolutely charming and so friendly. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and his willingness to answer all my ‘stupid’ questions. No hard selling whatsoever, just a good honest and fair quote. Went ahead and I was called a few weeks later to arrange the fitting for the week after. Emma was so accommodating and helpful when doing this for me. Fitters arrived on time, so respectful and polite and great sense of humour which I greatly appreciated as my husband had recently passed away. Immaculately fitted door, every detail looks perfect and all the sealants beautifully matched in with the colour of the door. Absolutely everything was cleaned and hoovered up afterwards leaving me with nothing to do except admire my new front door. I'm absolutely delighted.

2 breaches of health and safety, broken bathroom tiles and a team that don't listen to the customer.Had 4 windows changed and asked for EVERYTHING to be changed from brown to white.Despite even pointing to the cills,my cills were not replaced.Apparently that was my fault for not saying I wanted the cills changed.Salesman's fault for not guiding me. Had 2 broken bathroom tiles and wasn't even told.My kids almost cut themselves before I found them.Was without child restrictors for over 2 wks when we have a disabled child. When asking for what I asked for & threatening a negative review I was accused of blackmail! Trim was used to hide broken tiles but shouldn't have happened in the first place. Avoid and use another company!

C&L Windows have replaced our back door and added a protective front door but ensured we could keep the original Victorian door behind. Looks fantastic and works well so immediately cuts the draught, increases security but still allows us the inside view of our stained glass wooden door. I noticed a dent in the UPVC after a few days which must have happened during manufacture and customer services promptly arranged a lanel replacement and it was fitted two weeks later. They also took time to adjust the back door to improve the fit after things had settled a bit. Friendly staff, good advice, prompt service, clean quick installation.
