We cover the Manchester, Stoke and Cheshire area, including Sale, Hale, Altrincham, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge and Prestbury. We provide free quotations and video surveys, and never pester you for a decision on carrying out any works.
We also carry out insurance work, and our team are fully trained, licenced and insured. All of our work is also guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years.

C+M were recommended by a friend. We have a tall old Victorian house and had a significant leak from a velux installed in the 1970s. Cavan surveyed the roof with a drone and identified the problem and some other roof problems which needed maintenance. He gave us a quotation which he kept to. He arranged the scaffolding which was erected the day before the work started. The work seems excellent and he did other work only after discussion and quoting the price. I would thoroughly recommend Cavan and his company

C&M provided a quotation to renew the mortar verges and repair the guttering on my property. The work has now been carried out to a visibly high standard. Cavan is a true professional, taking huge pride in his work and customer service. Despite quite a long wait for the work to commence (weather) Cavan has kept me informed at all times and held the price quoted for several months. The site was always left safe and tidy each day and, once started, the job was finished very quickly. Highly recommended tradesmen!

Cavan arrived with a drone to assess the work, sharing his findings and the repairs necessary to my leaking ridge tiles. Scaffolding was erected and work carried out in 3 days to an excellent standard. Nothing was too much trouble and great care was taken at all times around my property. I discussed issues with my guttering on site, which were also quickly rectified. I would highly recommend this trader.

We had been trying to find someone to help with a leak in our roof which was causing damp and mould in one of the bedrooms. Cavan (C&M Roofing Services) came out within a few days to assess the problem. He explained the issue and did a temporary fix, as he couldn't fit in the work for a few weeks. That stopped the water coming in and then, true to his word, he came back a few weeks later to do the job. Cavan sent photos of the work he had done and his quote for the project was very reasonable. We are so pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I contacted Cavan as we had a number of leaks caused by rain water in the house. Cavan carried out a complete roof repair, chimney stack and fitted a velux window. Even when he had the weather against him, he stormed through to completion. He was always on time, completely reliable and his work was completed to a high standard. He also had great communication, explaining each stage of his work and advised and provided us with options. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Cavan of C M roofing to quote for a damp problem on two chimney stacks at our home. After two punctual visits (the second using a drone) he advised me of the problem and the work involved to remedy and provided a detailed quotation which mirrored the invoice after the work was completed. Cavan gave me a start date and organised scaffolding. He also kept in touch in the period up to the start date and while doing the work gave daily feedback. He is a very capable and skilled tradesman and takes great pride in his work which is of a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using him again and have already recommended him to two people who require roofing repairs. What a breath of fresh air to have found a reliable personable tradesperson who not only does what he says but does it to a very high standard. Amazing.

C&M Roofing and Cavan himself came around to repair a leaking roof, was responsive, informed me of time he was coming, despite the bad weather fitted me in. Cavan’s work is fantastic and to an extremely high level, have used before and will use again for further works.
