Cavan provided us with a report upon purchasing our house and gave a quote for repairs. He managed to complete the work in the timeframe quoted and kept us up to date throughout. He turned up spot on time, did an amazing job, and the clean up of our drive and garden was spotless. Cavan went above and beyond for us by noticing the ridge tiles needed replacing, driving an hour away to pick up parts, and fitting them the same day. We cannot fault anything at all! Highly recommend.

I had a leak in my loft room a while ago, due to the nice weather forgot about it, remembering about it a friend said ring Cavan he will sort it. Next day I rang Cavan he was very polite and said send me your address and postcode and he would try and get over that day, when I rang my son to see if he had been he said I don’t know I will check while I’m on my phone, he went up to the loft room and said yes sorted dad . Cavan had been done the work, thanks Cavan your a star I would recommend him to everyone I can’t thank you enough.

Gavin came down on his initial visit to examine a reason for a leak on the pitched roof. He subsequently attended to remove, re-seat and repoint the ridge tiles throughout the whole roof. I was very impressed that he shared photos at various stages of the repair, evidencing the work that he had carried out. Gavan clearly takes pride in his work, and I would certainly recommend his company.
